first time I asked for a truck and was told that they sold the last one, tried to sell me something else , the next time I went looking for a car I spent 45 min at this dealership and no one came over to even say hi or can I help you ! I went though the whole car ,front seat, rear seat under the hood in the trunk still no one came over to me at all !!!!! WOW So for the second time I will be taking my business else where!!!!!!

I usually have a good experience with Gray service department. On my last oil change/tire rotation visit, though, Brian did not reset the tire pressure monitoring system. Lucky for me I knew someone who could do it with the key fob. He also said my front brake pads were down to nothing and needed to be replaced. Rather than pay the $300, I bought the pads and did the job in my driveway. The front pads were not even halfway worn. Turns out it was the back pads that needed to be changed. So now not only did I spend money on front pads I did not need, I now have to spend more on back brake pads (and rotors at this point). On the plus side, Jim is always accommodating and friendly

Staff was determined to find the problem with my car as well as repairing it. They were very helpful and polite. To sum it up they were excellent! I even got a ride to and from a restaurant. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Gray Chevrolet. On a scale of zero through 10; 10 being excellent,I would rate this dealership a 10. The complimentary coffee was fresh and delicious, the only thing missing was the donut.

GM notified us of a recall issue for airbags. We called for an appointment and were scheduled right away. On the day of the appointment, the manager explained how long it would take. He was right on target. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for more.

Two months ago my engine light came on. The dealer checked it and said it was a coil for my cylinder. They fixed it and everything was fine for 2 months. Then the engine light came on again. They got me in right away and found that another coil was bad. My car has less then 25,000 miles and I was very upset about this. The manager called GM and explained what was going on and how this should not happen. He was able to make a deal with GM for me to only pay $100 and GM would pick up the rest. (My car is a 2011 so no warranty left) I feel he fought for me because he knew this was wrong and I appreciate all he did.

Jim the service writer was excellent. The department is understaffed based on the number of people waiting at the counter. Despite the number of people who walked through the service writing area not one stopped to lend a hand or ask if they could help. Way to be a team player.The service on my vehicle was atrocious. I had oil on my 65K truck from the door handle to the hood. Seriously? I understand oil "techs" are just that, low dollar guys changing oil however that is totally unacceptable, show some pride in your work. Jim (Brooklyn) came out from behind the counter and cleaned the truck while apologizing the entire time. This was not his responsibility.I can see my tires were at minimum touched. They certainly weren't rotated. I know this as my center caps were put back on upside down, yes I am a detail oriented person. They may have been moved side to side but not front to back.My truck purchase came with four oil changes and as of right now that is all you will ever see my truck for. Ever wonder why I don't bring my Corvette to you. No way.Your four star rating came from your service writer. Thank Jim for me not giving you one star.

I bought my car on Friday. There was a noise that they told me would be fixed and that it would be ready by Tuesday. I was very excited to hear from them Saturday, that it was fixed and ready! I asked if I could pick it up on Monday morning. My salesman said that he was not going to be there on Monday and would prefer that we came on Tuesday. Monday would have been better for us, but we agreed on Tuesday morning as requested. We arrived first thing on Tuesday morning and the car was not ready as we were told. The car was fixed, but it was not cleaned up as we were told it would be. They did a rush job over the next half hour or so of the inside of the car and was given $10 towards a carwash for the outside. I was pretty disappointed that it was not ready when we arrived this am- especially after I was called on Saturday and was told it was ready. The sale itself went fine, they came down in price for me and our salesman was very nice, but not very happy on arrival today to pick it up.

I found that your service manager was very accommodating-- I was impressed that you mailed me the red post card saying that I had not gotten my car fixed yet, as I had misplaced the original letter from Chevrolet. I really did not want to go to Wind gap or Nazareth, to have my car fixed, and hadn't thought about your dealership in Stroudsburg. It was very convenient to come to your location in Stroudsburg, since I live in Mount Bethel. Although I did not have any, I thought that it was very thoughtful to have the crispy creme doughnuts and coffee in your waiting room--also the nice wide screen TV. Drove more than 90 miles to test drive a used BMW X5. I offered a reasonable price in line with other prices advertised online. Also, the car had noticeable scratches across the hood, so it was not in the condition that would demand top dollar. They refused to reduce the price at all, not one dollar, and offered an unreasonably low amount for my trade-in. I stated I've seen lower prices for comparable vehicles and had been offered much more for my trade-in. I told the salesman since I did not agree with their counter-offer, I would therefore just keep looking elsewhere until I found the right deal for me. When I got up to leave, the salesman asked me to stay and talk to the "sales manager". I told him I was not interested in talking further unless they were willing to work with me on the deal. If the manager was simply going to try to convince me the high price and low trade was fair, we may as well save ourselves the time. I was certain better deals were out there. I've seen them. When we got into the manager's office, he started to lecture me about how competitive their prices are and how they monitor the internet to remain competitive, etc., etc. He took issue with me pointing out I had seen lower prices for the same comparable vehicle. His agitation seemed odd coming from a dealership that claims "nobody sells for less." I would think they would want to know when others are in fact selling for less. I also let him know I was clear upfront that I would not entertain their counter-offer as is and therefore did not care to waste anyone's time further (particularly my own) unless they were willing to work with me on a reasonable deal. I also did not appreciate the hard-sell approach. Just tell me you're not willing to work with me, and let me move on to find my better deal. I was fine to just leave, but they are the ones that wanted me to stay and listen to their pitch. The manager became rude and obnoxious and accused me, the potential customer mind you, of trying to play "hard ball", perhaps because I did not simply fall in line the way a "good customer" is supposed to when confronted with "the manager." I guess I'm supposed to take that abuse and simply agree to overpay for a car. Instead, I simply stated we were done, and walked out. I did find a much better deal a few days later. Got significantly more for my trade-in and paid much less than the amount of my original offer to Gray, for a comparable vehicle that is in much better condition. Meanwhile, as of this writing more than 2 weeks later, this particular car still has not sold, Gray Chevrolet has actually increased the advertised price of the car by more than $3K, and there are other comparable vehicles advertised for much less and in line with my original offer.

I recently "won" an android tablet from this dealership. I had to pay $60 shipping and handling. As seen in the description of the form, it states that the tablet retails at $200 so I went ahead and paid the $60 for shipping and handling. Upon receiving the tablet and finding out the version of the tablet, I found out that I could have bought the same exact tablet from local stores for at most, $40. I was told this tablet retails at $200 when it actually retails at $40. If I had known this, I would have never paid the $60. I feel extremely lied to and will never trust this dealership again.

I had been shopping around ALOT to different places because I had no credit. Everywhere I went I was told yes I could get financed but it was totally out of my budget. I stopped in at Gray after work one day and met Albert the Business Manager and withing 15 min. he told me he could get me in a new car well within my budget and that was with knowing my credit problems. I came back that Saturday and met with Micael George who showed me my vehicle and took me for a test drive. Micael walked me thru the process and Albert did his magic and that day I rode out of there with a BRAND NEW CHEVY CRUZ. I cannot say enough about both of these gentlemen and their care and service. I will always always go back to this dealership. Not only because of the magic that they worked but also because of the care, understanding and time they devoted to me. They did not just leave me sitting. They were honest with me for the entire process and kept me very well informed of the process and my situtation. I typically drive foreign luxury cars, but thought I'd give an American luxury car (Cadillac) a shot this time. Unfortunately, the Gray staff did all it could to lose my business in a short period of time. This despite the fact that I am in the core demographic for Cadillac buyers (50 ish white male). When I arrived, I was treated like an idiot who had no knowledge of cars, and was inexplicably handed off (like a leper) from a senior salesperson to a junior one. When I requested a test drive, I was given some lame excuse about why the car was not ready and told to come back later. I almost didn't, but had some free time and called back anyway to schedule the drive. Sure enough, was told the car would still not be available for a test drive. Really got the impression that the Gray staff was either complacent, lazy, or just did not take me seriously--maybe all three. But the joke is on them. My net worth is well over $2M and I could have bought this car with cash. Instead, then sent me back to the luxury brands I usually frequent (Audi or MB). IMHO, the Gray staff needs a wake up call on how not to alienate potential customers.

This was my first car buying experience and everything seemed to be falling into place well. I had an appointment and was going to settle all of the paperwork before going to work. I ended up waiting over an hour before being helped, had to call in an hour late to work, and had to deal with Geico insurance FOR the sales woman who was supposed to be taking care of my purchase, not running around helping everyone else. It was unacceptable. I expected the dealer to be ready for me and neither my saleswoman nor the finance manager were. Out of three hours at the dealer, 30 minutes were spent actually going over the paperwork. I waited around the other 2 1/2. As I was about to leave in my new Chevy Spark, they realized no one had filled my tank, but I had to leave to go to work. It was one thing after another. They definitely weren't prepared for their customers that day. I love the car I purchased and every visit up until this last one had been fine. They really should have scheduled their time better.

I went looking for a used SUV and boy was I lucky to meet Jim Tish. His knowledge in the automotive industry was second to none. There was "no-hard selling or pressure" what so ever. He explained everything to me, actually twice counting the day I picked my Equinox up. He spent a great deal of time with me so I would feel comfortable with the whole buying experience. Also, Albert in the finance department was also very professional in explaining different extended warranty packages. I would highly recommend friends to buy their car from Gray. Again I would like to thank Darnell for all his help, he was never pushy and very accommodating.

Bob Romero was very helpful getting us through the sales process. All of the people that we dealt with were knowledgeable and had a calm manner that we appreciated. Buying a car is stressful and we never felt pressured by the staff. We traded in two vehicles and purchased a certified pre-owned SUV. I felt like this was one of the best experiences that I've had with a car dealer and I've probably bought and sold 20 vehicles from dealerships across the country over the years. The service department is very proactive and will automatically help you schedule required maintenance as needed. The overall facilities are very good.

I walked in apprehensive about getting approved for a car (new or used) due to my recent bankruptcy. I knew what I could afford monthly, and Bob Romeo worked within my budget, never trying to sell me the "moon, and stars". He is an outstanding sales man! Then to the approval part...all I can say is Albert definitely worked his magic for me! His good reputation with lending banks got me approved, and a decent percentage rate (based on my credit rate) Overall, they have an outstanding group of guys working at Gray Chevrolet! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car, with questionable credit history. Oh yeah...my BRAND NEW Chevy Sonic runs like a dream, and is great on gas! Way to go Gray Chevrolet!! :-)

My car buying experience at Gray Chevrolet was unlike any other I had experienced in the past (in a good way and I have been to many, many car dealerships) For starters, Gray Chevrolet was the only dealership that had the exact Equinox that I wanted (big plus right away!). Our sales rep Jessica was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and never once pushy. She respected the price range I wanted to stay in and worked hard to get me the final deal I wanted. The owner was very personable (a rarity among other dealerships I have been to) and a pleasure to meet. Again, unlike many other finance departments, Gray Chevrolets finance department was never pushy while going over additional packages for my new car. Overall, I just felt very good while at Gray Chevrolet. I generally grow uncomfortable and nervous when purchasing a new car because I never feel like the one in control during the process. I never once felt that way while at Gray Chevrolet and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I went Gray Chevrolet to get a new car that was great on gas and that's what we walked out with. A brand new 2013 Cruz!!! Everyone was great to us, we also came with our kids and everyone still treated us great. Our salesman Garry didn't force any cars on us and he respected our wishes on price range and monthly payments also. And also while we was taking care of all our paperwork, the receptionist Kim also was a big help too. Kim offered our kids snacks, bottles of water and toys for the kids to play with. And also she put on the cartoon channel for the kids too. Everyone there was a big help and and my wife and I are truly happy with how things went for us.

I've purchased 2 new cars in the last 6 months and both times I had the same salesladyand she was great, she came to me with the car and she was on top of everything,Albert in financing was a great help, he was able to work the figures to my liking.I haven't had much service done, I had one issue with the cadillac and they fixedit without any issues or delays, the camaro hasn't had any issues yet and notenought miles to go into the shop

I drove 100 miles to get a car. And when I did get there they sold it.. After knowing I was on my way to get the car!! Poor Service!
