Let me start off by saying I didn’t plan on buying a car. Unfortunate circumstances lead to me looking around to price what another vehicle would be. I asked my husband what type of car would he be interested in and told him our budget. I got to work and called Gray Daniels Nissan of Brandon. I was pleasantly greeted by “Uncle Ken” in which I entrusted him with my information. I gave him all the bad details basically selling myself out of a car but Ken knew just what to do. Within 2 hours he called me and told me I was approved and he brought it to me. Never have I ever had a car buying experience like this. My husband and I were completely wowed. Women be aware of going to the car dealership by yourself. The salesman and the general manager will take advantage of you if you are by yourself. Do not trust anyone that works there all they are trying to do is to sell you a car. They do not offer a COOLING OFF PERIOD. The financial officer will not review the application with you. Their contracts have a lot of red lines, and red tape makes sure before signing have your lawyer to review the contract or get a second opinion. I have a 7.4 credit score Gray and Daniels Toyota was trying to give me a 5.5 APR on my loan and then it refinanced for a 3.4 APR when it should have to be a 1.2 APR. DO NOT TRUST Cedrique Kelly AND THE General Manager Darian Pearson.

I had been shopping for a new car for a few months. All of the dealerships I visited kept giving me the run around because of my not so great credit rating (recent college graduate).... I just wanted a new car, and wanted someone to work with me on making that happen.... I knew I could disprove what my credit score said if given the chance.... Gray-Daniels Nissan did just that... Not only did I get a newer car, but I got a beautiful BRAND NEW (only 3 miles on the odometer) car that I actually wasn't thinking I could be approved for.... My sales rep was kind, fun, friendly, energetic, and strangely calming ... Taking on a new car loan is usually so stressful. I was relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience.... Thank you for turning such a stressful task into a pleasant one for me!! I will be a repeat customer! :-)

This is the most unprofessional group of individuals that I have dealt with in a long time. My husband and I were told to drop our vehicle off for service on Saturday and pick up a loaner vehicle as long as it was before 4pm. We decided we should call after being half way there. When we finally got Chris on the phone he informs us that we are not able to get our loaner vehicle because ...get this....it was slow so the service department went home....Really....even though we were told to come???? Wow... really ...already this vehicle is a danger 2015 Armada shutting off while you are driving it...then this bunch of nonsense. ...I will be contacting upper management and anyone who will listen about this unprofessiinalism!

My experience with Gray Daniel's Nissan and the Service Manager Eddie Gray was a very pleasant one! They were very caring and friendly! I had a park light that was busted, something had splattered on my car which I could not get off and I needed an oil change! They detailed my car and NO spots!! Light was fixed and oil changed! I'm one happy customer because I truly thought no one could get those spots off my car! Kudos to Eddie Gray and his staff!!!! Keep up the good work! This is what every business needs these days! Good service!

Took My 2015 Nissan Rogue in for its first oil change and had the service department to see why I had no windshield washer fluid. I had left the vehicle with them and received a call within a hour. The oil change was complete and they had order a new windshield washer reservoir to replace the broken one. This was on a Friday, they called me Monday to let me know the part was in already.

A lady from Nissan called for a routine reminder for oil change and offered a free tire rotation. She also scheduled this appointment and I told her to just send it to my email. I came in for the scheduled appointment and found out that I wasn't even scheduled in their system. I checked my email for the appointment and it wasn't there. The only thing I received was an automated call reminding me about the appointment. They politely took care of my oil change and kept their word about the free tire rotation. I'm very happy how Gray Daniels Nissan take care of their valuable customers.

I took my SUV to a local service shop for an oil change & it turned out to be a nightmare! The "well trained" tech. didn't put my oil plug back in properly and when I got home, after a couple hours, there was fresh oil leaking out all down my driveway. Although the local shop sent out a service tech to my house to "fix the problem" & refunded me my money for the oil change. For several weeks after, I kept noticing small oil spots under my vehicle in my garage. That's when I took it to Gray Daniels Nissan. Alex, was my mechanic and he was GREAT! He found that the former service shop had stripped the oil plug when trying to put it back on. He had a new plug back on it within a couple of hours, as well as, a new drive belt because he noticed my current one was cracking and would eventually leave me stranded somewhere! Neeko & Brit were also GREAT and a HUGE help in keeping me updated on my status of my vehicle & explaining all the "technical terms" that I had no clue about! Very proficient, friendly, knowledgeable, & professional! Will definitely be coming here again for ALL of my service needs!

On my last visit to Gray Daniels, I was told that I needed an Alignment on my car. I choose to wait but finally went back to have the alignment done. After the guys took my care back to check for the alignment they returned and told me that my car did not need the alignment and showed me the print-out where their machine showed no alignment needed. I really appreciated that because they could have said they did the alignment and charged me the cost of something that was not needed. But, I did have my tires rotated... : -)) Thank you Gray Daniels for being honest with me. gh

The overall service was good, but a car wash and/or vacuuming of the inside of the vehicle should be done afterwards, especially when the men doing the service leave grease marks on the floor boards, etc. A charge of $55.00 for a car wash is outrageous, especially with the other charges that customers have to pay.

This is my second time visiting the service department and I have to say both times have been a pleasant experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly when I visit. They let me know my car had two recalls and leaking shocks that would go out of warranity at 36,000 miles. It meant a lot for them to be honest with me. I definitely will be taking my car back for its next oil change at Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon.

Took entirely too long to pick up a vehicle that we were already approved for. Drove 2 and half hour and waited for 5 hours to get the car and drove back 2 and a half hours. Did not want to supply us with another key for the car even though our overall drive plus time waiting was about 10 hours. Also made my husband super late for work. We like the vehicle but there is a need for improvement at this Nissan dealership

I went in for routine service and John, my service representative,reminded me that my car had a recall on it. John said he would have it taken care of and my wait time was only 45 min on a Saturday. I can't say enough about the effort that Grey Daniels puts into ensuring the satisfaction of their customers. Excellent Service! Honest people! Great prices! I needed tires. I called to find out if they had the ones I needed. I was told they didn't have them but could get them by the next day. Within a few minutes, the service center called back and said they could have them in 30 minutes. I dropped my car off and got a loaner. Wonderful so I go to work. During the inspection, it was discovered that I needed new brakes. They were honest and said I had at least another 3 months before it became critical. I choose to go ahead. My car was like new in a few hours. I will definitely be back in the future for the rest of my service needs.

I have been getting my oil change at Nissan in Brandon, MS for 2years now; however, my oil change service was different on 3/12/15! Different in a good way! I was greeted my John Matthews who did a great job at customer service! He was very nice and friendly! He took care of all my service needs by listening promptly to why I was there and what needed to be complete. I bought a car from this dealership 5 months ago for 9K ( 60K miles), I had some recalls come up on it and come to find out that I have 5K + in mechanical work that need to be fixed just so I can drive it ( transmission, the whole front end , etc.. when I found out the car had all these issues I took the car back to the dealership were they said they would help the best they could. this was a manager!!!!! I decided just to trade car in , and buy a newer used car , I was offered only $1,500 for the car . I was completely blown away with the offer. This was a slap in the face!!!!! There was a lot said when was going to leave of coarse. (this is the short story). I was told that I should of bought a extended warranty. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had. I guess talking care of customers is gone!

Neeko at Gray Daniels is absolutely the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not loud, and pushy and didnt try to lay the salesmen lines on me. Being handicapped, he made the experience very easy. Worked with me a lot by phone and when I did go it, the process was VERY QUICK. After decision to purchase, I was in and out in less than 2 hours tops... and that included getting the vehicle ready for me to drive away in. I even ended up with the higher-end vehicle than we discussed at the SAME PRICE!! If you go to Gray Daniels Nissan in Brandon... ask for Neeko. you wont regret it.

I had been looking for a truck to replace the one I was driving taking the tour of various lots in and around the Jackson area. My wife and I was looking for a new vehicle for her. The SUV she had been driving was just about worn out. We had a 1999 Altima as a second car and it had just tripped our 180,000 miles on it and had some major questions about it since it was involved in a rear end collision a few years back. We were treated very good from the beginning by Neeko and was never pressured in any way. They had the vehicles on the lot that I had been researching on their website and offered us a wide selection on what we were looking for. Every need we had was met and was given a respectable trade in value on our old Altima. My wife and I ended up buying a used 2014 Altima with low miles and all the comfort we were looking for. Both of our sons are in the military and we travel a lot to go see them and comfort was a big selling point. We did not get to the dealership until late but Neeko, the salesman, and their financial officer stayed late to get our deal done. We drove away about 8:30 that night very happy customers. I recommend Gray-Daniels Nissan to every person who is looking for a great deal, great price and a comfortable atmosphere.

I received customer appreciation coupon in the mail for a free oil change --- I could not make the appointment online as it suggested (web said number entered from coupon was not valid) so I called as also suggested for an appointment for the oil change. Service gave me an appointment and , as instructed, I told them I had the coupon. He immediately told me he could not make an appointment I had to talk with sales. Sales came on the line and instantly he went into sales mode. I told him I only wanted to schedule and oil change not buy a car. He stated he did not know anything about a coupon and he transferred me to someone else. She told me a manager would call me back shortly. After more than an hour I called back. I asked for a manager because I had not received a call back. I told him my story and he said he did not know anything about a coupon but he would call me back. After 30 minutes he did call me back and said I could not get an appointment as they had so many people coming in with the coupon but to bring it in and they would work it in. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS LIE as in the prior call he said he did not know anything about it. Since I was not in the market for a car they did not want to make it convenient for me by making an appointment. The coupon was labeled customer appreciation ( I purchased my Altima there) - it should be renamed.

This was mine and my husbands first vehicle purchase together, she explained the process step by step and told us everything that was going on, and worked with us very very patiently. This whole expirience was so much better then I thought it'd be! The only time we had any issue was in the finance office. We had our 2 children ages 3 and 4 with us and this dealership was accomodating and well equipped to make shopping with children as easy as possible. There is a room for them to watch TV and play with toys as well as Jill gave us activity packs for each kid. We have bought several vehicles at dealerships from all across the east coast and Gray-Daniels Nissan was the most positive, easy experience we have encountered. We will definitely stop here first for our next vehicle purchase.

Joshua was very friendly and paid attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went the extra step to obtain another vehicle from the North Jackson dealership so I could test drive it also. He was very knowledgeable on the features of the Nissan Rogue. He also came across as very sincere and helpful. Tyler assisted me on the day I picked up the vehicle, after the sale, and was also very friendly and accomodating.I would buy another vehicle from Joshua in the future. I bought a 2011 Nissan Leaf. Since I live in Indiana, the entire agreement was done over the phone and email except the actual signing of paperwork. They overnighted paperwork to me and pre-arranged to have it overnighted back (at their expense), so all I had to do was sign, slap on the return label that was included in the paperwork, and drop it at UPS. This allowed me to use my own auto shipper that was scheduled to be in their area. The car was in perfect shape when received. No issues whatsoever. They were prompt, courteous, and the price was excellent.

Arrived at at dealership to plan a future purchase. Manager and salesman were very informative. Glen George worked with me and helped me find a new car that fit my budget. Salesman and Manager were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The deal offered allowed me to purchase a new car now instead of waiting. Glen was very helpful after the sale and stayed late to do a walk through with my daughter when she arrived. it was a very positve experience with genuinely good people.

Richard Crook was very personable. He took the time to ask about my family and we even shared stories. He helped us get a Honda Acura for a great price. Donald took the time to explain the paperwork and potential warranties we could purchase. While waiting for the car to get detailed 2 days later, Richard spent time with us and my 2 girls, letting them play games on his smart phone. Thanks!

I went to Cannon Nissan before I went to Gray-Daniels, and I was extremely disappointed with their selection and customer service. Luckily, an angelic saleswoman by the name of Gayle at Gray-Daniels that was there to get me into a new Versa. She was uncannily friendly, and made my sale a breeze. I don't even live in Mississippi, but I can honestly say that I will be coming back to Gray-Daniels Nissan of Brandon in the future.

Charles Aga was the first salesman to greet me on the Gray Daniels lot in Brandon. He treated me with respect and was very friendly. He allowed me to ask questions and he answered all of them. I couldn't be more pleased with my the purchase of my new Nissan Rogue. Everyone there was very professional! Charles Aga and the Gray Daniels team deserve the highest rating!

My situation was difficult and awkward from the beginning. I can wanting to purchase a particular car on a Monday after noon. Confirmed I would buy the car Thursday afternoon after I returned home from business in Atlanta on Sunday. Came to the dealership first thing Monday and they had sold the car. When I called gerrick on Sunday to make sure it was there, he didnt know for sure. This was frustrating. Even though they sold my car, I hung around and was shown a few cars. The Nissan rouge, way out of my price range, was the car I found myself ina whirlwind signing papers on. When I asked to slow things down I was told "I really need you to sign for this car tonight". That made me leave immediately. They told me to take the car and decide in the morning. I brought it back and worked with someone different. josh Copes. He was amazing. He was patient, he listened, he understood my situation completely. I wasn't hassled nor hurried. I had even told him no to a car in my perfect price range and it ended up being the car I fell in love with. Thanks to Josh, I have a new car, in my price range, that I love. Your the best!

The purchase of the Nissan Rogue was very pleasant. I did not feel pressured to purchase. Xavres explained all the features on the Rogue and Murano before test driving each model. I felt I received a fair price for my trade in. Donald took the time to expalin all the options for warranties. He explained each form that I had to sign in detail. Both Xavres and Donald were very professional and I would recommend Gray Daniels Nissan to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car.

My particular situation took a lot of patience on the part of the sales people at Gray Daniels. Garrick was so kind and accommodating at each and every visit that I made to Gray Daniels. He was polite and patient and very helpful. Everyone a the dealership introduced themselves, checked on me frequently and were genuinely kind. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Altima and I couldn't be happier!

I went to Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon looking for a used car. After speaking with Chris, it was determined that a new car was going to be a better choice. Chris and Garrick were very friendly to me and my husband and very patient with us while we decided what to do. They did not rush us in anyway, Garrick showed us numerous cars and let us drive each of them. Both of them never frowned or acted as if they did not want to help us at anytime during this process. After several hours, we found a car that we both liked but it was at another dealership, Chris called them and got it for us. This is the fourth vehicle that we have bought from them and when we buy another one, will go right back to them. They were great.

Our interaction with Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon began when we submitted a quote request online on a Thursday evening. We promptly received a response Friday morning from one of the internet sales representatives, Garrick Walker. The quote provided was a very competitive and after some further discussion we decided to set up a test drive Saturday morning. When my wife and I arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Garrick and were given a quick tour of the vehicles we were interested in. After becoming more familiar with our needs, Garrick suggested some other vehicles we might be interested and the test driving began. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during the whole process.After deciding which vehicle we wanted to purchase, we spent some time reviewing our financing options with one of the business managers, Donald Pettitt. Don provided a lot of information in a very concise and digestible format. We really appreciated his patience with us while we made some final decisions on our financing options. All in all, we had a great experience at Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon and will shop there in the future!

I recently visited this dealership and this was my first car purchase. I was skeptical at first, being that I am a female and this was a new experience for me. I had a wonderful sales person. The entire staff worked together to get me exactly what I asked for. The salesperson was not over-bearing and allowed me to make a decision at my own pace. I had a been to Gray daniel's nissan before, and even though I did not make a purchase the first time, Garrick Walker, my sales person, still touched basis with me to see exactly what I wanted and made sure that the vehicle I purchased had the accomodations i was looking for. When I decided that the vehicle I purchased was the one for me, I was very satisfied. My first car purchasing experience was a very good one. The staff was very friendly and I did not have to wait through an exhausting process. I look forward to continuing business with Gray Daniel's Nissan.

Overall the experience was very pleasant, effecient and I will definitely be going back to Nissan. Richard, our salesman, was a great sport in helping pull off the surprise! The best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I filled out all the financing information online. By the time I got to the dealership, my financing was approved and only had to sign a few papers. The only dissappointment was when the car was cleaned up for us, it looked like they just wiped down the inside of the car with a damp rag and didn't really clean anything. As far as the sales and financing persons, I couldn't ask for better. I will deffinitly buy another vehicle from Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon when that time comes! Thanks for giving my family and me a great experience!

My visit to your dealership was my fist stop to begin my journey of purchasing a new new vehicles; i didn't plan on driving away in a new vehicle that day. Mr. Anderson was very pleasant and paid atention to what I perferred in a vehicle. He didn't try to peak my interest in a more expensive vehicle with more bells and whistles. I have driven my Altima for 2 weeks now and like the way it drives. I missed the fact that the one I picked does not have fogg lights; realized it about a week later, hopefully I can have them added at a later date. Nevertheless, today I still feel that I picked the right car for me.

I am a returning customer of Gray Daniels Nissan. I had a good experience before and this time was no exception. I felt that Steve New was a really nice guy and helped me get a great deal. I was a little disappointed with the financial side of things. I felt pressured to get the extended warranty and I wasn't given a competitive apr. I found a much better rate through my personal bank which is somewhat unusual. I have always found the dealerships to have a better rate than the banks in this highly competitive market. But I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would buy from Gray Daniels again.

This was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. From the beginning to the end the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles I looked at and never pressured me to make a choice. The whole staff, sales, finance, service department, they were all courteous and friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I was welcomed and assisted to find Steve when I arrived at the dealership. Steve was very friendly throughout the process. I also found the finance emplyee to be friendly although I did not finance the vehicle. I drove about 90 miles to purchase the vehicle and will return for future purchases based on my experience.

When Shun met us at the door we just knew we were going to be in good hands. She was very helpful with giving us a complete tour of my NEW NISSAN FRONTIER. You can't get that kind of service from just any salesman. SHUN really knows her stuff about the vehicles. We did not have any questions once we were through with test drive. Then we were taken care of by Dale Martin with coming to an agreed price on the vehicle. With me being a new customer and first time buying from Nissan, Shun and Dale held my hand while walking me through the process. Once we got to Finance with Bryan Davis we could only expect exactly what we got. GOOD SERVICE. Byran was a pleasure to work with as he explained everything in detail so I could completely understand what I needed to know. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!

I had originally intended to purchase this vehicle from another Nissan dealer but was blown off by them. This upset my wife so through the internet she contacted Gray Daniels Brandon and we were connected with Kay. She went the extra 3 miles for me as I work and so does my wife we could not take off to work a deal on a car so she did it through email. When it was all done we went to the lot the deal was not quite right but I will have to say that was my fault Kay did it the way I told her. Talked to Kay and another manager and boy did they do me right. Go see Kay she never slows down to take care of her customers and does a wonderful job at even when you make mistakes like I did.

The only complaint I have about this dealership was the financial manager. He never introduced himself to me and was very rude. It was quite obvious he was not happy with the situation as we obtain financing through the credit union.Anyone in customer service knows you always introduce yourself period.

Very good customer service. The sales person was more than supportive and seemed very genuinly concern in giving me the best deal possible. The was not any pressure on the selection of the vehicle. I would not buy a car from another dealership.

Mr. Roy was very patience with us. I had to take my son with me to look at the new car. He acted like the child did not bother him. He was kind to the both of us even with a rough little boy. My hat goes off to Mr. Roy. Even when we went to pick up the car. Everytime he walked by us my son would speak to Mr. Roy. Mr.Roy would stop and speak to my son even if he had someone with him. After the sale he did not throw us to the curb.

Our salesman Mr. Marcell Morris was good. He was friendly, not too pushy, and helpful. But one of the manager (big african american guy - can't remember his name) was rude. He doesn't know the meaning of "customer". He must be sent for immediate customer support training, otherwise this dealership will loose some customers because of him. One more bad thing about this dealership is 50% of our time was spent on waiting. The only reason I bought vehicle from this dealership is because of the salesman and we had VPP discount. But considering their sister dealer Gray Daniels - Toyota, this dealership has lots of way to improve in achieving customer satisfaction.

My sales person, Veretica Young, did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to show me each and every feature of any vehicle I wanted to look at. She listened to what I wanted and to what my overall goal was and she deliverd. She made me feel very comfortable while at the same time really selling the product. I told her she could probably sell ice to an eskimo because she knew what she was talking about. She even delivered my care to me herself and I was not expecting that at all. I would recommend her to just about everyone! Great job !!!

Gray-Daniels Nissan in Brandon has some of the most friendly, honest, and helpful group of people. We have drove around to several dealerships and have always ran when the sales person arrived at our car. When the sales person approached us she was very honest and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for rather than try to put me in just any vehicle and pressure me to buy. We had our 5yr old Son with us which normally would have been very difficult to car shop in 100 degree weather! She offered to let me test drive and she ran inside grabbed the keys and pulled the car up cooled off before my family got inside! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! We have shopped at quite a few places and overall this store was the best! In fact we plan to buy another vehicle from there within the next year!

I love how knowledgable the reprersentative was about every car on the lot. My husband and I came in to get something affordable but also durable that would last and he suggested the perfect vehicle for us. I love the atmosphere and the niceness of all the workers that day. It was a very hot day and they offered us water that was very good and cold by the way but overall I would recommend family and friends to this dealership.
