They car I test drove was not as advertised. The transmission slipped. The car stunk like mildew or mold. The front bumper was barely connected. The mileage could not have been actual. It was advertised as "like new."No one I talked to had driven the vehicle. They should have taken it to the auction and advertised it as needing a complete overhaul. Will never deal with them.

Warning you are buying the car as is and they have all excuses why theres things wrong and will band aid the problem than when it breaks they play dumb and tell you well if you wanted a new car thats what you sould have done used cars break down

Class Act Dealership with GREAT employees. I had been looking for a car for five months. My credit is rough. They got me pre-approved within 30 minutes. I literally was in and out with the vehicle I wanted within 1 hour. I would recommend this Dealer to anyone and everyone. They are a pleasure to deal with and very honest.

This truck has very low miles , the add and the salesman on the phone said the truck was nice inside and out , the pictures looked great . I explained on the phone that I lived 300 miles away and I'll have the check from the bank and the loan was already approved , the salesman assured me that I would love the truck and it wouldn't last long . I get there to find a truck all scratched up , the tailgate handle looked like it was bondoed on , driver and passenger seats were full of cigarette burns , passenger arm rest was barely hanging on [actually hanging] by what looked like spray expanding insulation . After a long 6 hr drive with a buddy wasting his time too the salesman explained to me the truck was nice for around there . The pictures just happened not to show all that was wrong with truck only the ok views . After this wasted day and more miles on my truck I had to return the check to the bank explaining it was all for nothing . Hopefully Cars.com will start weeding out dealers like these , which will save there customers time and money .

Over priced and crappy vehicles. The quality of their vehicles are terrible. They dont even pay attention to the vehicles individually, I had to point out the issues and they acted as If they had no idea there were complications. I regret my decision to purchase a vehicle from them. I will never return or recommend.

To start I have very bad credit. I called Terry at Great Deals on Wheels US 421 location and told him my situation. I am going to school 45 minutes away, work 20 minutes from my house and had no vehicle. I was being taken to work and at times having to spend the night at work because of no ride. I told him what I was looking for and within minutes he called me and said he had me approved! I went on the website and found the perfect SUV for me and within a few more minutes it was mine. I have to say this was the easiest process of buying a vehicle I have ever had. These guys at this location are great!
