The salesman, Ed Brewer, was great. He’s very personable, Knowledgeable and thorough. I bought four cars from him and every experience has been great. Is the best car sales person I’ve ever encountered. The Financial manager on my latest purchase however, it’s not so great. He practically insisted that I go with the financial institution he recommended. That had a higher interest than other places I found so I refused. He wasn’t happy about that and it showed.He Went from very friendly to a little bit brisk. He also reported incorrect information about my Credit report, telling me that it was a lower then it actually was. I checked with the credit agency and my score was actually 50 points higher than he said it was. He said he had the latest information, but trans Union disagreed. I know that the dealers get a kickback from the bank and probably the interest-rate as well I don’t know why he did that but it happened. When I went to pick up the car finalize everything he was polite but not real friendly just kind of gave me the papers and said sign here and you’re still here etc I am to pay more interest. I checked with a credit union three times and mine was about 50 points higher than his information

It has been a month since we purchased our 2021 Civic EX, and we love it. Honda owners for 36+ years, we decided to replace our car, and drove to Great Lakes Honda to "just look at them". We were fortunate to be able to work with Michael Loy, a very professional and patient product knowledge expert. Michael made the process so easy, he is SUPER. He had the exact car we were interested in, and one test drive sealed the deal. We were hooked. From that moment forward everything flowed seamlessly. We experienced nothing but top notch service from everyone we had contact with. Kudos to Xavier Pepple for leading such a great group of people.

I cannot say enough great things about the Honda dealership. I've owned Honda for quite awhile. Always have been treated with dignity and respect from everyone there. Especially Mike Gantz in the service department. Any issues I may have had he has gone above and beyond to correct the issue and to make me feel like I was an important customer. I believe he is one of the longest employees working there since it was Jack Maria. If you need a great service department call and ask for Mike. He is the primary reason that location has kept my business over the years. Great job to Mike!

I bought a 2021 HR-V a few days ago. Ed Brewer was my sales rep and he was amazing. He got me the car I wanted quick and easy. We went over all the paperwork and the cars features together and it was a wonderful experience. I couldn't stop smiling from the moment I signed for the car until I went to bed that night. This car is going to last me a while but if I ever need to buy a new one or recommend a dealership to a friend Great Lakes Honda West is where I will be going/ sending them from now on.
