Ashley Jones was amazing! She helped me pick my perfect first car and made it a quick and easy process to find the one that fits for me that I got to bring home before my sweet 16. She was kind and super helpful as well as able to answer all of mine and my families questions on different models and what would fit right for me, as well as any other questions we had. Can’t thank her enough, she was great! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to make that purchase!

Bought a vehicle, no problems everything went smooth. Went back for an oil change, I let the receptionist know that my turn signal and brake light were not working. She said she would make a note of it and during oil change they would find the issue. I showed up for appointment oil change, tire rotation and inspection was done. I asked about the turn signal. The response was that there was no note of it, so I asked about the multi point inspection and why they didn't notice. They said they didn't know but I could schedule another appointment at a later date because they were to busy. After leaving with no signal or brake, I looked over the paper and they put a check mark next to inspection categories (positive saying all checked good). One of those checked was lights, so apparently they don't go all the way through the inspection they just check mark all. I took it to another place and had a bulb replaced. Any other place I have ever went to get an oil change they try to sell me wiper blades check all my tires check on my lights and look over the vehicle. I thought a higher end company like Greens would take more pride and care of the customers but apparently they just move you like sheep.

Ivan Dull was our salesman and I am extremely satisfied with my experience today! I had a very difficult situation and he went above and beyond to help me. He was fantastic, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and made my whole experience easier less stressful. We also worked with Jesus, he was friendly and also went above and beyond! Treated us all like family! I will definitely continue to work with Green Chevy with this car and future cars. And I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!
