I had been looking for a long time for a used vehicle and dealing with a lot of different Dealers / Sales people. I just want to say that Green Hyundai was about as pleasant as it gets. William Jones was a blessing to deal with. No pressure selling. Just make me an offer and go from there. My wife liked him so well she bought an identical car for her son there and from William.

I just recently entered the car market looking for a decent, reliable vehicle. I looked at a few different dealerships I knew my friend, William Jones, worked at Green Hyundai in Moline and thought I would stop over and check out their inventory. William was very professional and very accommodating. The facility was very clean. Even though, I was just looking for a just a decent, reliable vehicle I drove off the lot with a brand new Hyundai Elantra. I absolutely LOVE my car!! I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service of William Jones! I would recommend him to anybody. The easiest and most satisfying car shopping experience I have ever had!! Thank you! Thank you! My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle. We're expecting out first child and we're local business owners and needed a larger vehicle to accommodate. We knew our friend William Jones worked at Green and we wanted to see what was available in used SUV's. We test drove multiple SUV's and ended up with a Honda Pilot. The service we received was excellent and the environment was very professional and enjoyable. I'd go back in a heartbeat and purchase another vehicle from Green Hyundai but more importantly William Jones as he was very knowledgeable and patient while letting us test drive all those SUV's. Thank you for the outstanding experience I had in purchasing a vehicle from Green Family Hyundai. Jesse Percifield was our sales associate who went above and beyond our expectations. I never felt pressured, hurried, or like it was just another sale. I did not expect to find a salesman and dealer that care about the customer and want to do the right thing by them. In the weeks leading up to my purchase of the vehicle we had visited with several dealers and associates, none of whom seemed to really want to deal on a vehicle in any capacity let alone care about the customer. After my car buying experience with you I can safely say that I will be telling my friends about our experience. Green is extremely fortunate to have you Jesse as an employee. Thanks Jesse,

Spent a morning with Tom Booth as my salesman/host. I hadn't looked at new car buying in several years due to a bad previous experience. This encounter was very refreshing as Tom treated me like a colleague versus a number. Every question was answered honestly. Money wasn't haggled over...I didn't sit alone while the salesman conferred for 30 minutes or more, etc. I received a tour of the entire facility. While I didn't buy right then and there, I will be buying a product from them in the future, and, will be recommending them to others.

I wanted a specific vehicle at a specific price. I was not able to find it at this dealership but, they were very nice, honest and not pushy trying to sell me more car than I wanted.

I have bought numerous cars over the years. Many dealerships have typically treated me pretty bad. They act as though I am wasting their time or they wish they were somewhere else. This dealership was by far the greatest experience shopping for a vehicle. Mark and Paula were amazing. They broke everything down for me and even showed me mistakes from my previous car shopping experience. I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership and i will recommend them to any of my friends/family that is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I bought my first car from this dealership today, and the sales representative and sales manager I spoke were were friendly, professional, and helpful. They answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best deal for the car I wanted. These two made the process as quick and easy as possible, and never once did they look down on me for not being that knowledgeable about cars or the buying process.

I was looking for cars online and came across one that was at Green Hyundai that I really liked. Being that it was 2.5 hours drive to get there i wanted to make sure that it was what i needed. They were more helpful than I could imagine. I was needing a vehicle with enough cargo space for road trips and seating for 3 children in the back. They not only gave me the needed information i was wanting via email, but even made a personal video of the car for me with extra details about it! They followed up with me several times to answer questions and even offered to meet me in the middle to test drive if I wanted! I ended up buying a car closer to home since the space in the vehicle at Green wouldn't have been enough, but the service is amazing and I would highly recommend them for a great shopping experience!!

I had been shopping for several months on a couple of models. Green had the one I was looking for and clean and sharp. Eric did a good job on getting us a deal. A prompt response to my inquiry, we made an appointment to test drive it and we had a deal that afternoon.
