This was the first time I bought a car where there was no hassle. It was a very nice experience. The staff are really friendly and make you feel comfortable! They were not pushy, aloud you time to browse at your leisure! Carlos really took his time and reviewed and answered all my questions. Overall a very nice car buying experience and I love my new car 💜. I absolutely recommend them to everyone!

It was actually a fun time to buy this car. No stress at all! Friendly and honest staff and a great selection of vehicles. We never felt like we were being sold to. I used to shutter at the thought of buying a car, but not any more after our perfect experience at Green Light Auto. Many thanks to the thoughtful team. We love the car and we will back again!!!

Dave, Carlos and staff were a pleasure to work with. This shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Finding a reputable/trust worthy shop is no easy feat… happy to say that I’ve found one and will continue to bring my vehicle there and recommend to other for years to come. The buying experience was so easy. I found the car I wanted, I asked for some pictures, they completed their part of the paperwork. I showed up to test drive it, signed the paperwork, and left with my car. I got exactly what I wanted with no extra stress and no heavy sales pitch.

Bought a used jaguar from this dealership it broke down within a week tried to get in contact with Carlos was brushed off, when I was finally able to contact Carlos he told me take it to a local shop see the price to get it fixed which I did, Carlos then said that the price for it to be fixed here was too much he then said he’d have it towed to his dealership to get it fixed. It took Carlos three weeks to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership an that was after he didn’t respond to us for much of the time. I then had to threaten to report him to the BBB my car was towed within two days. So after he “fixed” the problem we then drove the 350 miles back to get my vehicle which then again had a check engine light on within a week I took it to another shop to get a diagnostic report to see everything wrong with the vehicle more problems came up I contacted Carlos about this he told me I had to have it towed to him which has been nothing but a hassle cause it’s going to cost near 1k to have it towed now that I’ve found a way to get it to the dealership he refuses to fix it now that it’s out of the warranty date in almost three months I’ve driven my car for 2 weeks total an Carlos has been nothing but useless he’s seem like a deceiving person will offer little to no assistance to get your out of the warranty period because he knows he sold you garbage. I would never recommend my worst enemy to the place stay clear!!!!!
