Took some parts back for a friend of mine to the parts department at green Nissan. The guy behind the counter was a little short guy and he was very rude and disrespectful instead I'll only do this one time from now on we don't take electrical parts back. He could have been real nice and courteous about it but what does that attitude I felt like I mean he was so short I felt like just take my fist and just pounded him on the top of his head and driving him through the floor.

Without an appointment for an oil change I was happy to beworked in within minutes and out the door much sooner than I expected. I also received a complimentary inspection on paperthat gave me the condition of my car that I could take home with me.The waiting area is very comfortable and provides coffee or soda.The complimentary car wash was also very good. Friendlypersonnel and I am probably forgetting other nice touches.

This was by far the best and simpliest car buying experience that I have ever had. I was not expecting to be able to buy a car when I came in. Chance and Keith were AWESOME. Chance was a very knowledgeable salesman and Keith really does work wonders. My sales agent was very good. He showed me the options and walked me through the safety features before my test drive. I was able to negotiate a fair price. The only thing I was disappointed with was the extended warranty options. I didn't realize (was not shown to me) that the extended warranty had various premium amounts. I don't know what the price difference would have been between a $0 deductible and a $100, but it would have been nice to know.

Excellent service for no appointment to get oil change and tire rotation.Found out Nissan upgraded Bluetooth phone so sometimes my Samsung Rugby II has problems making calls. End up with a Call Ruth instead of person calling but just punch phone for call and then call is fine. John was very helpful on car questions. My 2013 ,Java Metallic Altima looks just as good as the new one on floor display!!! Love my car!!!

They got me in an out in no time at all. They took the time and looked at some things I asked them too. Then told me I didn't need to have the tires rotated and that there was nothing wrong with my rear breaks. I was happy to know that they were honest and didn't request that I have work on the car done that didn't need to be.

I am 20 years old, bought my first car from Green Nissan on January 2, 2015. The brakes were making a noise when I test drove the Nissan Altima. The salesman said that nothing was wrong. To this day, the breaks make a loud noise when I stop at stop signs or stop lights. Also, Green did not get my plates transferred with the Secretary of State, and I was put in the back of a cop car for having illegal plates on my new car. Green proceeded to not take the blame. Now, I paid my first car payment, and the remaining balance left to pay on the vehicle was way more than I expected. I looked at the bill of sale, and Green had added on fees that I was not aware of. All in all, I would never recommend this dealership to any person in the future and am doing what I can to return the vehicle and get a new car from somewhere else. Management is rude, and does not help the customer out in any way. They are very arrogant, which should not be a quality of a car dealership.

The service was great when I took my Titan to the dealership for an oil change. The intake was prompt and friendly. The service advisor John, explained what was done, and explained in detail what would need to be done in the near future based upon the inspection done with the oil change. The invoice is detailed and also includes the cost of the needed repairs that have not been done yet.

I came into Green Nissan to have my oil changed and have my brakes checked. I was very pleased that they would honor a competitors coupon for the oil change.. But I was told that my brakes are fine, and my 2013 Nissan Altima only has a little over 20,000 miles on it, and they are still squeaking... I do have a very ANNOYING rattle in the back right of the car, but they didn't have time to check that out, so I have to make an appointment and bring it back to the dealership.. I'm hoping that because I had my tires rotated also, maybe it will help the squeaking of the brakes.. I will give it a little time..

Requested an oil change on my 2012 Frontier. While at the dealer's service location, it was recommended that I have the power steering fluid changed. The vehicle was a good many miles past the recommended miles for this service, this I was aware of because as I had delayed the service the previous oil change that had been performed. The advantage to staying with a qualified and good servicing dealer is that they will remind you of such recommended service that your vehicle is in need of without applying any pressure to have it done. This I appreciate.I was very well satisfied with the service that was performed. My experience with Green Nissan service has in the past and to date been excellent.

Our son was home for Thanksgiving. He said he had little control over his car in the snow. We checked his tires: bald as racing slicks. He needed a complete set of tires.I called Friday AM & spoke with Greg. The dealership had only one tire in stock. This was probably the best experience I have had shopping for a new truck! My husband and I went to look at new trucks for him at Green. Justin immediately started helping us find some to look at that might fit our budget. He sat down and worked out numbers with us and never rushed us into buying anything that we were not sure about. After looking at our budget and going back and forth with Justin, he helped us purchase a new car for myself and a used car for my husband that would best fit our budget. He very thoroughly went over everything with me in my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot and he even helped me get my phone hooked up to my blue tooth. Justin was very personable and was always willing to help in any way. He went above and beyond his job to help us out. He even stayed late many evenings to help us! Everyone is always friendly and says "hello". I always receive good service and it is always explained to me what is needed. I am never pressured to get services I do not need. Love the waiting room with drinks and snacks, although you should have diet coke instead of diet pepsi. Especially love the popcorn. I always recommend you to everyone I know. We've been to other services, you have the best. :)

I traded my car below book value... Bought a Nissan Juke I was sold as an AWD Vehical. It was not.. Half way back to great falls I pulled over to looked for awd.. This did not have it. I was Pissed. I contacted Jamie the manager at the time.. He told me well its your problem drive back down here n pay more for an awd that his salesman said I was getting........ Jamie as a manager was a joke.. Never seen a manager not give a customer the owners phone number so I could go above him. HE WAS TERRIBLE.. Green took over and done away with express oil change what a mistake. the dealership is like a use car place. they have to work on all the junk used cars they don't have time for new car service like oil changes. You have to make an appointment and who knows how long it will take when you arrive at you appointment. I will never buy from Green family stores. Tod Green is too rich and don't care.

I always take my 2009 Nissan Altima to the dealership to get my oil changed. The price seems to be the same as other places to which I would take my other cars. The only thing that is upsetting is the simple fact that every time I take my car in for an oil change there are other things that need to be done...power steering flush, brake fluid flush, the air filter needing to be changed every other oil change. Yes, I want to ensure that my car's engine will last a long time, but to have something be recommended every time I go for an oil change is ridiculous.

I went to Green Nissan looking for a bigger vehicle (due to a growing family) and a cheaper payment. Jay Skube was great. He worked very hard at getting me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. He was also very accommodating to all my requests with the vehicle, but also brought me back to reality when needed :-) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions without difficulty. When I picked up my vehicle, it was freshly washed, waxed, had a bow on it and balloons inside of it. Jay really knows how to make a customer happy and feel special! Which, in turn, is why I will refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to Jay. And I will also be a returning customer.

I had a dragging sound . Problem found was a heat shield above the muffler. did not have appointment, but was cared for very very promptly. there is a problem. I have filled in the space many times and you keep asking for it once more.

We arrived at the dealership on Saturday at around 2:30 and did not leave with our new Pathfinder until 8:30 that night, which was well after closing. Everyone worked really hard to answer all of our questions, help us understand the differences between the different models and hybrid vs non hybrid, etc. We test drove just about every new model on the lot as well as used models. The salesman, Ray, that we worked with was very patient with us! If he wasn't completely sure about one of our questions, he referred to the sales manager, Dale. Dale was instrumental in helping us decide if it would be beneficial for us to go with a hybrid vehicle. We really appreciated everyone's help and dedication in staying late to get us in our new vehicle, which we love by the way!

My ratings are based on my total experience in purchasing my new 2014 Rogue. Every individual I came in contact with either spoke to me and/or ask me if they could be of assistance. I spent a great deal of time at the dealership and I was impressed with the sales staff. There was no pressure in my purchase and since I wanted a gun metal grey color Justin and Dennis searched extensively for a grey Rogue which impressed me. Justin was very customer oriented and went out of his way to make sure the sales experience was 'laid back'. I wouild highly recommend this dealership to any one looking to purchase a new Nissan.

I called early in the morning (Saturday, 8:15 am) to determine the service dept. schedule and spoke with Josh, who was polite & friendly and is always helpful. Having determined that the schedule was okay for late morning, I stopped by for service at around 11:00 am. Josh checked me in; confirmed the work I wanted done and accepted my service coupon. Everything was completed in an hour, and the service area remained constant with customers during the time that I was there. Busy day, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was called to take care of the bill at noon. My car was just coming out of the car wash.Timing and service were great!

My experience at Green Nissan was OUTSTANDING and beyond comparison with other dealerships. This is my first Nissan purchase. Everyone that I dealt with, to initially search for a new vehicle and consider purchasing, was warm and friendly. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or make a decision that I was not comfortable making. John Hastings is a true gentleman. He is kind and very easy to talk with. He allowed me to make an informed and thought out decision to purchase my Nissan and not just act on instinct and emotions. That is top notch in my book. I have already recommended Nissan and John to my friends and family who may be thinking of buying a new or used vehicle in the near future.

Battery installed in October 2012 crashed. After explaining the reason for not jump starting the vehicle arrangements were made for towing to the service center (at no charge). Battery was replaced promptly. During the analysis it was noted that the drive belt was stretched; since I drive many highway miles I was pleased to be alerted to the potential problem a broken belt can cause.

I purchased a used (2012) Ford Escape in mid-October, 2013. Since I was planning to buy a used automobile, I had a short list of brands whose models I was willing to consider. (Others were mid-size SUVs from Dodge, Honda, Jeep, Subaru and Toyota.) Because there were several SUVs on display at the front of its lot, Green Nissan was the first dealership I visited. The car I bought was the second vehicle I test drove with Mr. Campbell. I was impressed by his directions to follow a circuit of streets and highway segments that provided experience with most types of driving. Although the Ford was about three thousand dollars more than I had originally budgeted for a new car, it was exactly the vehicle I wanted. I added to my down payment offer from a planned reserve. (I did not a have a vehicle to trade.) I was pleased with Mr. Campbell's tour of the dealership after we concluded the sale. In the preceding questions, I have not rated "Quality of Work" because no service my new Escape has been necessary.I was disappointed at having to pay for both the remaining Ford factory warranty on the Escape and a new Nissan warranty which overlaps it. Mr. Helm's explanation of those agreements was, however, perfectly understandable. I know that service agreements---like many other contracts---cannot practically be written for odd numbers of months or years. In general, my buying experience at Green Nissan was pleasant and I am most pleased with the car I bought there. I will recommend the Green Nissan store to friends and neighbors.

The advertised price of the car I wanted was at Green Nissan. I live in St.Louis which is a 2 hour drive so I didn't want to drive there and not buy it. I spoke with salesman, Antwan, who was very friendly but useless beyond being personable. They hustled some nonsensical "martinized" scratch protection fakery on the bill for $200. They mutilated the license plate removing it from my trade-in and smashed it up putting it on the car I bought. After the sale it took 3 months to get the title from them, they reimbursed me for the late fees of not registering the car on time because of the delay. It was a huge hassle. Ever since then I've been getting mail solicitations from them. I have always bought used cars from private sellers because I hate the entire dealership process. This would be my first and LAST time buying a car through a dealership.

I bought a 2012 Xterra in March of 2013 as my "vintage" car needed more repairs that it was worth. I was at a total loss as I had no idea what I would even want to purchase. A couple of my friends recommded Duane Anderson at Green Nissan as their experiences with him had been great. So I did my research and decided that an Xterra would be the perfect ride for me as it is about the only true SUV (in my eyes) on the market. I emailed Duane and we emailed back and forth a few times and I instantly felt at ease with him so I made an appointment to come in to discuss. He was able to locate an Xterra in Michigan so we ordered it and I haven't been sorry since I bought it! This all happen in about 10 days which was amazing since I needed to replace my old SUV. Duane is so easy to talk with plus get a hold of. I have not had any problems with my Xterra since I have had it plus we had a huge snow storm so I was able to get around since I know have 4 wheel drive and I am so glad that I do have it. The whole team at Green was so friendly and congratulatory when I picked up the car too. Scott in financing was great too - explained everything in perfect detail. I will definetly recommend Duane and the rest of the Green Nissan team to any of my friends who are in need of a new/used car.

He assisted in getting the best interest rate, going through different banks and providing my best payment options. I believe Matthew really cared, which is unexpected in the car industry. My husband, Bob was looking for a smaller used truck, he had seen one at Green Nissan, so we stopped by to see the one he had seen earlier in the week. We were met by Matthew Hargrove, with a great handshake and smile! I have to admit car salesmen are not one of my favorite people, because most of the time they really do not care about what you want, but just want to sell you a vehicle. But Matt changed my mind. The check engine light needed to be corrected and Matt went to bat for us and was able to get this taken care of. On Wednesday we were finally able to pickup the truck, again Matt met us with a handshake and a smile. Matt Hargrove you are one of a kind! What a great person you are! And we hope Green Nissan knows just how lucky they are to have as employee! One more comment, your finance person, Dave was great! Went in looking for a small truck BOB took me out to show me the 2012 nissan frontier. We went on a test drive and stopped for lunch. The ride was better than expected. Told him i was in a hurry to get home and he had me in and out was very helpful setting the truck up with all my new buttons ive been in twice and ask new questions and he has answed all my questions so i could understand how to get the most out of my new truck.

03/16/2013 Purchase. 03/18/2013 Soon to take Delivery of Frontier. This Saturday the 16th my purchase was smooth with no pressures. Made comfortable in sales area. Offers of refreshment and snack were made. Have yet to use customer service or acess repair quality. On delivery of the Frontier it takes a 550 mile trip that day to TN. A review of Greens product and or it's repair facilities will have to be at a later date. So...I am actually giving Matthew Hargrove my Sales Consultant and his Green associates who worked on this sale...the rating of 5 Stars.

I want to express that I am sorry that our regular Salesman, Bob Tolley was out of the office on Thursday, one because he is an excellent salesman, but secondly, I got to experience what probably was one of the best experiences ever buying a car in my life; no joke! My great experience started when I was introduced to Duane Anderson, whom I will always remember as the man whose cell phone was the same size as my 9 3/4 by 7 1/2 spiral notebook; although I couldn't see it, I am certain his heart had to be the same size, because Duane wais so kind and full of laughter, definitely not someone you would imagine as a salesman of cars! So please, when you visit Green Nissan, See Duane Anderson, and understand why all these great reviews are being posted. When you purchase your car, make sure you get a chance to sit down with Scott Seybold, He really is one polished guy. If anyone misses anything in your vehicle purchase, Scott will make sure you are taken care of. We are second time Nissan car buying customers from Green, but have been lifetime, Green customers!

He did a great job showing me all the newer models with specifications that i requested. The process was simple, fun and positive. I walked out that afternoon with my new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I bought my last car five years ago from Duane Anderson and he was such a pleasure to deal with that when it was time to buy a new car he was the first person I went to see. I work quite a distance from where I live and travel approximately a couple hundred miles a day in my vehicle. After five years I have put over 230,000 miles(~ 46,000 per year) on that vehicle and it is still good shape. I highly recommend a Nissan Altima if you travel a lot. I walked in exactly 5 years to the day that I bought the last one from him and when I walked in Duane Anderson still just a pleasure to deal with. He not only remembered me but he remembered that I had a long commute. His first words when I walked in were, here comes the legend! Then he asked how many miles I had on my Altima. I told him and we laughed. I told him want I wanted because I still needed the durability that the Altima line provides for the cost. I told him what I was looking for, we sat down, and he made it happen for me right then right there. I was in and out of there with a great deal in less than four hours. All the staff at Green Nissan were amazing from the finance folks to the services folks whom cleaned my new Altima and scheduled my first oil change. Great Experience!!!!!

Two weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from the Green Nissan dealership in Springfield, Illinois. This was not my 1st Nissan buying experience, in fact this was my 5th vehicle In 1997 I purchased my first foreign car, and thats where my brand loyalty with Nissan began. Reasonably priced; well built and safe; great styling and overall look; reliable performance and excellent fuel economy and basically only routine maintained was required. Time after time I returned to this dealership, even when their location and ownership changed hands. Ive always been treated as a priority customer and have been made to feel like Im part of their family, all the way from sales and service staff right-up through management. This dealership makes every effort to listen to their customers, gives better than average trade allowances, arranges financing options so the customer can chose and then handles all the paperwork without high pressure sales tactics or intimidation. I even brought my daughter to Green Nissan for her first purchase Through all the changes, certain key staff members have remained in-place, which provides the continuity return customers (like myself) have come to expect. So Blair; Bob; Todd; Steven and Duane, Ill be seeing you all soon, when next I return for scheduled maintenance.

We have been searching on the internet for car dealers within a 75 mile radius of our home and after contacting a few we were very pleased with the response we got back from Brian Pryor, the Internet Sales Manager, at the Nissan Dealership in Springfield, Il. He was very helpful in providing us with information on a couple vehicles that we were interested in on the web site. He not only emailed us the information but also followed up with a phone call to make sure we had received everything. We decided to make the 60 mile drive to the dealership to look at the vehicles. Upon arrival Brian had us set up to talk to Sales Consultant, Justin Adkins. Justin was very willing to show us the vehicles we had talked to Brian about plus he showed several other similar models on the lot that he thought we might like. He explained in detail all the features of every vehicle we looked at and helped us find one that fit in our price range. We settled on a 2013 Nissan Altima and were satisfied with the amount allowed for our trade in. The paper work closing the sale went very smoothly with Business Manager, Scott Seybold, explaining all the details of our purchase. We drove away that day in our new vehicle very satisfied with the overall experience we received from the staff at Green Nissan.

Fantastic experience. We walked in after looking at cars online. We had specific requirements. Not only did Bob Tolley find us the perfect car, but he went above and beyond and found us an amazing interest rate. Very personable and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. The guys at Green Nissan took care of us from start to finish and got us into the perfect vehicle. Bob was very professional and we ended up purchasing our second vehicle from him three days later.

I found a Jeep that Green Nissan was advertising online which I was interested in seeing and driving. It's a 3 hour round trip drive to their location from my home, so I called before I left to make sure they still had the Jeep for me to see. I spoke with their Internet Director, Brian Pryor, who told me another dealership made them an offer on the Jeep but it wasn't what they were looking for. He said he'd have it ready for me to look at when I arrived. When I arrived, Brian was at lunch, and nobody could find the Jeep. Finally someone named Dale came forward and said the Jeep was sent to St Louis that morning, and then he gave me a smug, "I'm sorry." I was so irritated on my drive home, I decided to try calling back and speaking with a sales manager. Good luck getting anyone to answer their phones. When I was standing in their showroom there were all sorts of salesmen sitting at computers surfing the web, but apparently none of them can be bothered to answer the phone. After sending them an email telling them how annoyed I was with them wasting my time, I received a response from Brian Pryor saying, "I would like to apologize that you feel that you wasted your time. That was not my intention as I was unable to sell you a vehicle." Seriously? I called ahead before I drove for 3 hours to see a vehicle you didn't physically have on your lot. I wouldn't buy from Green Nissan if they delivered my dream vehicle to my front door with a full tank of fuel!

This was probably the most enjoyable purchase my husband and I have had. Not only were they friendly but they went out of their way to locate a vehicle for us. The credit process was fast and finalizing paperwork took no time at all. Not only did we make a purchase here our 19 yr. old daughter made her first purchase on her own that day. And a week later I sent a neighbor. If you are looking to purchase new or used I would highly recommend you try this dealer before you go anywhere else.

I have bought many cars in my time - and I WAS a devoted Honda owner. However, my son told me that I should check out the Nissa Rougue due to the terrible service I received at Honda. I walked in the door not dressed up and with the "whatever happens" attitude. The saleman treated me like a Queen. I told him what I wanted, whaqt I wanted for my Civic - my payments - and everything I wanted I received. I even test drove the car in a country environement! I was never rushed, and I even receive follow up e-mails checking on my purchase and I am on my third payment. I wasn't treated like a woman when I shopped but as a consumer. I'm hooked pm Green's Nissan and do not plan on shopping anywhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've had 3 Nissans and I love them! But I wish I had saved myself the hassle and gone to a different dealer for my newest purchase! Royal Oaks/Green Nissan has proved to be unorganized, unreliable, incompetent and just terrible in every way! I bought my car from Shawn Crenshaw who later completely lived up to the stereotypical dishonest car dealer! I was given a 'we owe' which stated the things that were to be fixed as part of the price agreement. I then finished grad school and moved 4 hours away but I was told I would have to come back to get the repairs- fair enough. I called to make an appointment and no one believed that I had a 'we owe' because in the process of switching owners someone had lost the file! I had to fax the paper I had and wait for manager approval for something I had already been promised! The seller, Shawn Crenshaw, would not vouch for me or return my calls and was conveniently no where to be found at this point- of course, I never saw or heard from him again after signing the papers. Finally, it was approved and I attempted to make an appointment. Unfortunately, this took weeks because 'no one could find the dent guy' apparently the person who does door dings just left the country and didn't tell anyone!? (yes, that is seriously the excuse they gave me!) ...Finally, after 3 months of having my car, I was able to make an appointment, drove the 4 hours to find that they had not ordered the right part for the fix. I was QUITE upset, to say the least. I made another appointment and was promised the part would be there and it would take 1 day. Again, I drove the 4 hours back to Springfield and luckily, they gave me a car because FOUR DAYS LATER my car was still not done! In all, it took about a week for the 'one day repair' and I FINALLY got to walk away from that place and know that I NEVER had to go back. I cannot stress enough how terribly incompetent this place is! Very unfortunate because I plan to own many more Nissans in my years to come but they will NEVER be from Green!

A+ for Antwan Heard. Glad to have worked with him. All the employees were friendly and efficient. I was in a hurry and they made it happen quickly. It was not until I returned to pick up the Murano that I noticed no floor mats. When I asked about it, the response was vague. I would not have knowingly agreed to the deal without floor mats being included. Although I know they are priced separately, in my mind, a car isn't complete without them. They should be part of the deal. Since I was in a hurry, I took the car before it was detailed. If the mats haven't been ordered and aren't part of the purchase, I'll be less satisfied. A loaded Murano listed at 40k should have floor mats. I shouldn't have to notice the sticker doesn't include them. I hope they will have the mats when I take it in for detailing.

Not only was Duane wonderful to work with but so was Blair & Michelle. Even though I was a little nervous, they made me feel at ease. What great customer service; I didn't feel rushed or pressured.

Scott Seybold greeted me in a very pleasant manner. As always I was made to feel like a member of the Nissan family. Scott checked my vehicle in and it seemed like only a matter of seconds before it was taken in to the service department for my oil and filter change. Every step in the process was completed with the highest degree of professionalism and to my complete satisfaction. While I waited Duane Anderson set up my new mobile phone to operate directly from my vehicle as he had done with my previous phone the day my vehicle was delivered. As I said in my previous survey, The dealership and Duane Anderson should receive the highest rating possible in every category.

Just had a normal oil change today but I want to go back to my first experiance with buying my Xterra. Mr. Cole went on my test drive with me and answered all my questions. When it came time to talk numbers I wasn't too happy with the first two figures that were brought to me, Randy has nothing to do with the figure itself he's given the number to give to the customer. He just kept at it with his superiors between me and them without any thought. He worked hard for the sale that day and kept me happy the whole time. Today I went in for normal service, oil change, tire pressure, etc... I have never had a better experience from a car dealership from sales to service as I've had with Royal Oaks, especially from Jeremy Woodyard in service. He is always friendly and very knowledgable. He always takes the time to answer my questions weather it be in person or on the phone. Royal Oaks Nissan has a great staff in every area.

the first time for service, oil change, car check over it took almost two hours.My recent trip to Nissan took 30 minutes or less. We were shocked it only took 30 minutes or less. No appointment in the future, just drive in.It will help people who are in a hurry, after work, or whatever.

My first experience was a shock. My vehicle was given the standard test that is run to make sure the vehicle is running properly. I had just bought the suv 3 weeks earlier and was assured with the same test ran that everything was perfect... however when I got my results back from my first visit there were over a thousand dollars worth of work. I asked how this could be and was looked at like I was crazy. my 3rd visit was my regular oil change which went fine, but they noticed that my transfer case was leaking, so they said they would order parts and call when they came in. No one called so when it was time for my next oil change I asked if parts were in. They replied they were and would be taken care of upon this visit. I get a call later saying my vehicle was ready, but they wre unable to fix my transfer case because they didn't have the correct amount of seals...???? so now I m still waiting for a call when the seals come in so I can take my vehicle out and leave it again...Confused

Randy Cole was very friendly & knowledgeable about Murano's features. Car was purchased & before leaving the dealership, he took the time to set up bluetooth, clock time, & explained how to operate the navigation system, headlights, seats, rear closing door, & etc. My bluetooth would probable not be operating, if it was not for him. Pricing was negotiated thru management several times before the deal was finalized.

Duane was extremely easy to work with. He answered all of our questions, and bent over backwards to make my wife feel comfortable (unlike some other dealerships). They were very willing to deal with us. They didn't "play games" like many dealerships do during the negotiations...what a change!!! This was probably the easiest new car negotiation I have ever experienced.I would definitely recommend Duane and Royal Oaks to anyone looking for a new car.

Excellent back-and-forth communication. I browsed on a Sunday when the dealership was closed, emailed on Monday, stopped by for a test-drive on Thursday, and made a deal the same day. Since then, I have received several follow-up emails checking on how things are going. I appreciate being treated as well after the sale as I was before.
