I traded my vehicle in and purchased a used vehicle at Green River Auto. Every aspect of this transaction exceeded my expectations. I worked directly with the owner, Rich. As a female, I never felt dismissed or talked down to because of my gender. As a medical professional, I was impressed with their strict adherence to all of the Covid-19 safety protocols. Most impressively, when the vehicle I purchased failed the MA inspection for a minor issue; Rich drove over 30 minutes to my house, repaired the issue and then drove my vehicle to be reinspected and then dropped it back off at my house with the passing paperwork and sticker. Excellent communication and customer service, highly recommend!
