This was the second vehicle we purchased from Greenbrier Chev. And the experience was great. In and out in 2-3 hours from start to finish. Great experience.

I have never bought a new vehicle so easily. My husband bought a new truck and they were so great to work with, I came back 3 days later and bought a new SUV. Within 2-3 hours from the time we went in,until The time we were on our way. It's usually an all day process, but not with them. Loved it.

Excellent in every way from first contact to any after care! Would recommend highly! Everyone is professional and friendly! Will never shop for a vehicle elsewhere!

I have nothing but good things to say for each individual I met at this dealership! They worked with me by coming down off an already down sale price. They worked with my schedule by getting information by phone and courtesy trips to me to help in any way they could. Paperwork was completed in a very timely manner with friendly smiles and conversation. Cold drink was offered upon entering the facility, and there were no awkward silences like you would typically find in a normal dealership setting. This was a very pleasant small town, friendly type atmosphere. Even though I was limited on time, I was never given anything less than the most courteous, mannerly interactions. I was given gasoline and a final full detail to "polish" off the sale. If and when I ever need another vehicle, I WILL go through these guys! And I will refer them to anyone in the market for any vehicle.

We are very pleased with the service and all the work both Roger McDaniel and Mike Moore did for us as our case a bit on the difficult side to work out but they both worked hard for us and were very pleasant every time we spoke with them and with the final sale. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GENTLEMEN!
