Great service department. I had a unique issue with auto light dimmer not functioning. Eric handled my warranty claim professionally while treating me as a neighbor. If he didn't have an answer he followed up same day with me. Service director, Fulton, called me several times as well. Great team, great service, further drive from other dealer (which I've had poor service at), I'll make the drive and support Greene Ford going forward. I purchased my 2019 F 250 at Greene from Grover in Jan 2019, meeting Grover was a pleasure as well. Thanks Greene Team!

My car’s anti-brake system needed repaired so I took it to Greene Ford on a Friday morning. They did a quick assessment and Steve said they needed to order the part so they would have to keep it because it would be unsafe to drive. I appreciate that they were looking out for my safety! He said it might take til Tuesday or Wednesday before I would be able to get it back. Well, I was able to get it this (Tuesday) morning! I am very pleased with the service and the cost, which I think was very reasonable! Thank you Greene Ford.

Everyone in the Greene Ford Service Department and Parts Department have been outstanding. They all have treated me with respect, and have performed beyond expectations to help me take good care of my new Ford F-150. Had my sons car serviced today to address a failed emissions test. Both Fulton and Michael provided outstanding customer service from start to finish with an extremely fast turnaround at a very reasonable cost. If you’re in need of service on your Ford I highly recommend their service department and this dealership.

I came in for a driver’s side airbag recall. I, also, had a couple of minor issues with the readout on the dash. To which, I had been told that the car needed a new clock spring. I explained this to Steve and he said it didn’t sound like the car needed a new clock spring. So, he went to the car, saw what I was talking about, did “a little of this and a little of that “ and took care of the issues. He, also, said he ordered a new airbag. So, my visit was wonderful and Steve, and his knowledge, was a blessing. Thank you Steve. Ttyl
