Sent a message in and got an immediate response from Trevor on a vehicle i was searching for. He knew what i had to work with as far as my finances, and the one vehicle on the lot that i was interested in and made it work! I went in, test drove it and literally, i kid you not 5 minutes later i was out the door, keys in hand with my new car! Fastest, easiest, most laid back car buying experience ive EVER had by far! Greenville Auto & RV is a pleasure to do business with. From the first visit and test drive, to getting a fair price for my trade in, to picking up my awesome X5, we experienced nothing but honesty, expertise and accessibility. Jamie is not only an expert in BMWs and helped me find a great independent mechanic (Factory Auto), he went above and beyond in covering a service appointment that I wasnt expecting the dealer to pay for. Saw a car I liked and went in for a test drive. They were easy to work with and let me take the time I needed to both test drive and have my mechanic check out the car. When it came to working toward a price that worked for both of us, it was a good experience. No high pressure, very knowledgeable about the car, never got the idea they were trying to hide anything. My impression is they are an honestly run local business. Wish future customers the same positive experience I had. Would look to purchase from them in the future.

Some of the best costumer service I've ever seen along some of the nicest people I've ever delt with. I have since recommended it a lot of people and they were all very pleased as I was. Thanks for the easy headache free experience

We came, liked what we saw and the prices seemed reasonable. They had lots of high end cars with higher mileages but the brands were the type that could easily accomodate many more. Liked the selection, liked the people, Pat was very pretty cool. This was for a summer fun car but I'd check them out again when it comes time to trade in my main vehicle.

The vehicle I went there for was sold. I drove a a different SUV which was nice but not quite what I was looking for. Staff was helpful without pressure.
