Mr. Tim Murray and Ms. M. Vega worked with me in my first visit there. It was an awesome experience for me. It has been a rough year for me and I needed a new SUV to accommodate a recent knee surgery. Mr. Tim went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and was satisfied. I had to wait for a period of time, but they made sure I was okay in the process and I appreciated that. They both where very pleasant and kind. I recently moved from NY so my first visit in NC since my move. All staff from my entry to the service bay to checking out were professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. All questions asked were quickly answered with satisfaction. Will definitely be scheduling future service at this location.

The Service Department Representatives were very professional and courteous. The shuttle service was outstanding. I am very thankful for the time efficiency and excellent repair service provided, particularly for an overflow appointment. The salesman was easy enough to work with and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him being there. The car was ready for us when we arrived for our appointment and we didn't have to wait. He handed us the keys and let us go. That was the best part of the experience. Everything else after the test drive left a lot to be desired. We noticed a broken seat latch that we requested be fixed when we purchased the vehicle. We requested a reduction in price and they countered with replacing the broken part for us. I didn't see a problem with that, so we purchased the vehicle. That was 3 months ago. I followed up on multiple occasions with the dealership only to be told that there is no record of the part needing to be replaced. The maintenance department has no record of it. The managers don't want to honor the agreement they signed and i'm done fighting to get a hundred dollar part fixed with a dealer than clearly doesn't care very much about their customers. Beware their negotiation tactics. If they tell you they'll fix something don't fall for it. Get a reduced price and fix it yourself. This will be the last car I buy from them.
