I drove 3 1/2 hours to go look at a vehicle from Greenway East Kia. I dislike the entire car buying experience, but Pedro the Sales Rep, made it a very pleasant experience. He created a very personable atmosphere and was very respectful of our time. We ended up buying the vehicle and we’re very happy with the process. The staff was very polite and courteous. Thanks a lot to Pedro! He was awesome and very funny!!!!!!

My cars check engine light came on and it wasn’t running right, I brought it into the service department and Shelby was nothing short of amazing! Didn’t enjoy the sales side when we purchased, but Shelby in the service dept made returning to Kia easy and enjoyable! Thanks Shelby for the great customer service!

We came in there about 1 month ago and my 18 year old daughter bought her very 1st car from here. My daughters jeep she had was traded in at this time. Honestly the process was almost to good. She drove a 2015 Chevy Cruze off the lot and within 2 weeks of having this care there was a problem with the Radiator and with the oil. She barely drove over 200 miles with it before these problems happened. She brought it back to them before she has even made the 1st car payment and they pretty much told her there was nothing that they can do for her not even make it right and fix what was wrong with it as we drove off the lot. This is the worst experience we have ever had buying a car and for this being the 1st time for my daughter she is now very skeptical. This is a very very poor way of doing business. Not to mention her Jeep we traded in wasn't even looked over and they were already showing it to customers sitting right next to us. Please don't go to this dealership at all but never for a used car. I am so disappointed in all of this.

The sales associate, Amine, was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and delivered the vehicle as I wanted it within my price range. I had a great courteous and professional sales experience at this location. 👍🏽

I Came To Greenway Kia Obviously Look For A Car. Im A Fist Time Car Buyer And I Knew It was Gonna Be Hard For Me To Get A Car And I Knew That Theirs A Possibility Of Me Leaving Without A Car Like Has Happen Previously At Other Car Dealerships But Amine Made It Such A Great Experienced, No Headache and If Their Was An Issue He Put His All To Help Solve It. His Such An Attentive And Nice Person As Well As Kevin The Manager Who Also Helps Me Too. I So Much Recommend Coming To This Location Every Staff Is Great.
