The communication at this location is lacking drastically. When I dropped my car of Saturday I informed them what I wanted done and that the airbag light was on. If they could check to be sure everything is good. I was told they would but wasn’t given any information on when my car would be done. So I called later Saturday to check on the progress and the service desk didn’t answer. I was forwarded to the sales room and informed them why I was calling. The man that answered the phone told me that the service center was closed. I asked him when they closed and I was informed that they closed at 2pm. Then asked if they were open on Sunday and the man said no. So I said,”so I’m not going to get my car until Monday?” He said, “more than likely, yes” so I just thanked him for the info and waited till Monday. When Monday came I called again since I still hadn’t received any information. Again, the service desk didn’t answer and I was forward to the sales room then informed them of my situation. I was forward to a service member phone and left a voicemail for them to call me. I didn’t get a phone call that day. I then called Tuesday and I went through the same process… although when forward to the service center someone answered, but the women just took my information and said they’d call me later. Finally I received a call in the afternoon informing me that my car was ready to pick up. I informed her that I wasn’t able to come get it until after 6pm and we came up with a plan and hung up. Later I was called back to have the same conversation with the same person although this time when I told her that I couldn’t pick it up until after 6pm she told me that, “that’s no good”. Came up with a different plan to get my car. I was just going to get my keys and the receipt from the sales desk. When I got to Kia I walked towards the sales desk told them that my keys were left with them. To have them slide the receipt and my key on top across the desk so I could reach it. I walked out with nothing else being said. When driving my car home the light I had asked them to fix came back on. I was not informed that parts were ordered or what was wrong with it to begin with. With further inspection of the receipt I saw the promised date and time was the same day that I dropped my vehicle off at 5pm. According to the tag that was left on my rear view mirror it was done by the ready when promised date. So I’ll be taking my car to another location from now on and no longer be visiting this location.

They were very friendly. They made me feel like I belonged there. Unlike other dealerships. They actually welcomed me and and got me the best deal they could find for me. Glad I chose to come in since I had some time to spare. Ended up leaving in a brand new car which I thought was just an idea. Still doesnt feel real! And I love my Kia!

My 2015 Sorento was having issues with the AC not blowing cold air. The staff at Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow were able to get me in the very next day. The staff is very helpful and kind. Terrance does a great job of keeping you informed every step of the way. Thank you for making every experience a great one at your location!

Best car buying experience to date! After going from dealership to dealership and being told I wasn't worthy of a auto loan multiple times really started getting me down. If not for Princess at this location, I wouldn’t have ever though I would be a proud owner of a brand new 2021 Kia Forte. And the service was nice and friendly and didn’t take as long as I thought it would! Definitely would suggest a Kia to drive and absolutely recommend the Hickory Hollow location.

My experience was amazing with Greenway Kia. Without a doubt the easiest vehicle buying I’ve ever experienced. Rania, the sales manager was great and continued to answer my questions days later. Hal took his time to make sure I understood everything thing there is to know about my Telluride. He explained to me with so much patience all the “bells and whistles”. And the finance guy (I think it was Jeremy but can’t remember for sure, sorry) was amazing, he was honest, fast and kind. I could not recommend enough that you give go with them if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
