After driving and working out a deal I still wanted a little time to think, so they let me take the car home. The more I drove and thought about the deal the more excited I got. I sent an unanswered email to Alex that my son in law and I would be there between 2 and 3 to sign the paperwork. A red flag went up when the email was unanswered. We got there at the appointed time and he was at lunch..... Odd since he knew we were coming. We waited.... He finally came out and said he'd print up the paper work, odd again since he knew when we were coming. Next out comes the guy I made the deal with and the excuses started, to make a long story short they changed the deal on me. I was both furious and terribly disappointed..... We had to walk out and leave. I know the deal maker thought since I loved the car I'd dance to his tune. This is no way to treat people....

Hailey assisted me from the beginning and did everything absolutely to find me the perfect car for me. She is friendly, funny, and kind. Hailey kept me entertained while I was getting all the paperwork processed for a used vehicle. So far I am loving my Kia Soul and my table fits perfectly on the back. Thank you for the help. I purchased a CPO 2019 Kia Forte S with 37k miles on 10/5/2021. Great car, but I had a bit of an up and down buying experience at first. In the end I spoke with the GM, he was very friendly and understanding and made his best efforts to make up for any short comings that had occurred. All in all, a great car, a good deal and staff that will work to earn your business.
