My service advisor Chuck was amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and explained and went over everything. I had some minor damage to my dash after getting my stereo screen replaced there but Mark and Chuck made sure to correct the errors and get everything fixed! I was a little stressed at first but they made everything a smooth process and delivered great customer service!!!

I had my car Kia Soul recall the next day my engine light came on I called Kia they want me to paid for them to look at my car, that was perfect until they did what they did. Kia gave me all good except for a battery. I planned to take this further better business and customer protection agency.

They are professional. They get really busy and there is a long wait but it's part of business. They are friendly and courteous. They explain work before doing and give accurate estimates.

Their definition of a "done deal," means more money out your pocket. And "in and out to sign paperwork," means 2 and a half hours of your life gone. Did the deal in November, they dragged their feet sending in the payoff amount until February. I now have a delinquent account on my credit. Thank you (sarcasm).

I want to thank the managers working the evening of 2/12. After a rocky start to say the least both the sales manager and floor manager turned things around so we left happy. We did not end up purchasing but I felt as if they really attempted to do their best.
