I bought a transit connect from the wonderful people at Greenwood ford. I drove all the way from the Bay Area and it was totally worth it. Don helped me out pick the car and fill out the financing app and even though I changed my mind last minute for another transit, he was totally cool about it and made it happen. John was also very nice throughout the signings of the contracts. Everybody at this dealership is very genuine and that’s something that can’t be said often about dealerships in general. I will most definitely come back and give them my business again as my own business expands and I need to add more cargo vans to my fleet.

Consistent great service. Knowledgeable techs that'll do their best to find and fix your problems. Cannot speak for the buying side of things, but the service department is top-notch. Been taking my Dodge here for years as it's closer than the nearest dealer and Greenwood Ford has never let me down.

We recently purchased a 2021 Ford F350, our salesman (Omar) explained upfront that he was fairly new at his job but he got an immediate answer to all of our questions. Locked down terms that we wanted to make the transaction work. He also followed up after we took possession. Great job Omar!

Spammed emails after recall repairs. Asked for a review in one of them, so here you go Ford :) (Side note: I did not appreciate the lack of masks during the pandemic. Pre June 15th 2021. It is literally the least we can do) If Ford had not failed on manufacturing, I would have never been back to a Ford dealership. I will never buy a Ford again due to the low quality in cars, SERIUS XM RADIO SPAM bs that I dealt with FOR YEARS (see the class action law suit you may have been a part of), and them calling me during a pandemic to sell me a car.
