My experience at greenwood Hubbard Chevy was a 10 from start to finish. I started by browsing the website and found a few cars I liked. Sure was easy to navigate and problem free. I sent an email expressing interest and was immediately answered and set up an appointment to come in and test drive. Arrived at the showroom and was met by Adam who walked me through all aspects with aplomb, class and charisma. Treated me fairly and listened to my concerns. Willing to go above and beyond to meet my requirements for payment A+. Helpful and funny. Then got to meet Mick the financier. Wow was he fast and accurate and professional. I was in and out of there with my new car within 2 hours! Highly recommend this dealer and Adam to anyone interested in getting an easy no hassle no pressure car buying experience. Highly pleased by all aspects will be returning in the future and will recommend to everyone.

Bought a car from them online. Have not seen it in person yet, It will be here in a couple weeks. Kyle English was my salesperson and he handled everything just like you would want it to happen. I didn't ask for a lower price or such, just wanted him to deliver my car with a complete checkup as it was used. They Fed Ex'd the paperwork to me, highlighted all the places to sign and all I needed to do was return it in the prepaid Fed Ex Envelope and add my check and we were done. So far a great experience. I will be buying another car in January, despite them being 800 miles from me, I will certainly give them the opportunity to earn my business again. I tried dealing with 4 Fiat dealers, all were HORRIBLE, this place made it as easy for myself as buying the weekly groceries. Thanks Greenwood!

Awesome and quick buy! Greg Eckstein is the best car salesman I've ever done business with! Very honest, very knowledgeable, not pushy and an incredibly nice guy! The buick verano is awesome thanks Greg!

Inquired on used truck on website. Prompt reply, with followup. Dealer willing to accommodate by dropping price , but ultimately vehicle was not the one we chose. Very good sales experience. No problems. Not pushy.

Just purchased a 2007 Corvette from this dealership. Nick in sales was amazing throughout the entire process. I had to drive an hour and half just to see and test drive the car. Nick took some detailed pictures of the car and texted them to me before I left my house. Once there Nick walked us through the entire process lie a true pro. Next up was Mick in finance. Mick was super efficient and had us in and out of his office in under 30 minutes. The general manager was a great guy, who is also a true car guy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I walked into Chevrolet in Hubbard and was immediately assisted. Greg Eckstein has the best customer service that I've ever experienced and I have worked in customer service for quite some time. I definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a new or used car to request for this excellent salesman.

After seeing a 2005 Jeep Wrangler on Cars.com, I contacted this dealership for further information. Lezlie the internet rep was fantastic with a quick response. We went to the dealership the following day and were able to make a deal for the Jeep and trade in my 2010 Nissan Titan. Greg the sales person was great. No hard sale tactics. Just a cordial business transaction. We were able to make a deal and I bought a 2 year extended warrenty. The Jeep runs great. I am happy to report a wonderful experience with a great dealership.

A very pleasant buying experience. Was car shopping online, found a car I liked, emailed the dealer. Dealer sent back a comprehensive listing for the vehicle. Met with a sales rep (Roger) a few days later and test drove the vehicle. Roger was very informative and friendly, NO PRESSURE, I like that. Took me on a tour of the dealership and explained the benefits of purchasing "Certified Pre-Owned". Decided to buy the car. Roger was very helpful in completing the buying process, as where others at the dealership. Easy, painless, and totally comfortable process, would recommend Greenwood to others.
