I thought I had a good experience here. I did not. When I bought the car, I was told they had checked it out before selling it to me. Well, my car broke down and we found that they do NOT check out their cars. The car had mix matched screws in the cylinders - one was A WOOD SCREW! It had ripped in half! The cylinder had been cut down to accommodate the wood screw, too. When I called, they kinda just shrugged it off. I am disappointed!

I am a current and new customer. Haven't even owned the vehicle for 30 days and my vehicle has been disabled 3 times in one week,all the while my family and I were on vacation for two weeks!! I am extremely dissatisfied with they're complete service. No communication on their end,they're quick to disable the vehicle even if payment isn't due. I would rather have my money back and shop for a vehicle that does not leave you stranded out of state while on vacation. This place is terrible and the manager tells absolute lies

Fantastic experience form my initial inquiry to closing of sale. I’d been searching for a 2004 Cobra Mustang for years. I found one online that was one owner, low miles, no mods & in perfect condition in their showroom in KY. Patrick Young was great to work with & we used text & phone calls to communicate until I could make the 5 hour drive to see the vehicle in person. He sent me pictures & videos of car and answered all my questions well. I appreciate their consultative sales approach. When I arrived for test drive & to finalize deal Patrick & the dealership GM were very helpful & friendly. I enjoyed the process & love my vehicle.
