I would not take a tricycle to their Service and or Body Shop. My vehicle was in an accident and was taken to the Matthew's Buick Body Shop to be repaired. After almost 3 weeks my vehicle was returned with a paint job that looked like it was sprayed on in someone's backyard. They didn't properly attach the door panel or the exterior trim piece. There were dents that they just painted over without repairing. There was paint overspray on my tires. The door that was hit did not line up. Most Importantly, the vehicle was still not driving as it should. It had a strong pull to the right and the recently replaced ABS and Traction Control System began having problems. The ONLY, and I do mean ONLY thing they did to try to fix the problem is align the vehicle multiple times. After several alignments the problem still existed and they still were adamant that there was nothing else wrong. I took my vehicle elsewhere and what Matthew's Buick couldn't fix in a month's time was diagnosed in less than a minute. The right front tire had a broken tone ring from the collision. I am not a mechanic and was able to see this while the vehicle was on a lift. I am told that this is VERY common in accidents where vehicles are pushed sideways. This sorry excuse for a body shop and service center was not even thorough enough to find a broken tone ring on a vehicle. They even knew where it was hit and where to look and were given multiple opportunities to fix it. All they wanted to do was one alignment after another. They are lazy and do just enough to get paid. After being given multiple chances to get this right they continued to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. Its hard to find a problem if you don't even look. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!

Subject 2006 Cadillac STS : Item to investigate to repair. Clunking noise heard with fast acceleration, from start. Also brakes to be fixed. Four repairs were done. Left motor mount, front brakes, brake hoses, and calibers, two rear wheel hubs replaced.These repairs took 5 working days. I picked up my car,only to find the clunking noise had not been fixed. I took it back the next morning. The service manager heard the noise. They took it in had it 5 days, with no resolution.Too bad.
