Drop off to get vehicle repair was great. Asked for a rental or how to get back home and was instructed that there was a shuttle. Google car rental places and enterprise was a mile from the dealership. They could have instructed me that they have a good business relationship with enterprise and suggest I call there to see if they had anything available to rent. Luckily my wife was off and took me to enterprise and I was able to have a vehicle to make it to work. Service department was a efficient as they could be with as busy as they were. Inside sales was no help.

Superb customer service! Not enough great things to say. Purchased 2 autos and had to wait 8 weeks for the second one. Merritt continued to inform us of all updates and Scott was a great addition to the process.

August 19, 2021 After 8 days in service, the request for a New antifreeze reservoir and lid, somehow was missed on the to do list. Over $3,000 worth of work done, yet one of the main things I requested, was disregarded. The service mgr said “the problem was not the untrained staff, it was the customers. He said he was going to fix this dealership one customer at a time”. I contacted upper management Dylan Stillman and Greg Hubler. After several excuses I was then insulted by Dylan, “maybe your to short or to weak to put the reservoir lid on”. I am Not to short, or to weak, there is bad threads and the parts should have been replaced. I told them I knew it was not a warranty item and I was willing to pay for it. Dylan told me he would get back with me the next day, Over 36 hours has passed, but still have not heard back from him. Greg Hubler still has Not responded. I’m very disappointed in this dealership right now. No the offer to take me to lunch, does NOT fix the problem.
