Look, I don't review often but I just have to on behalf of my friend. He took his truck there to be serviced, since a bolt in his water pump was rounded out and he didn't have the means to fix it. For a week, I saw that truck just SIT in the parking lot, and nothing be done to it as I passed the place on my way home everyday. No updates, even after calling. He was constantly put on hold and generally not communicated with. As college students, we have jobs, school and family so the lack of transportation was a huge wrench in plans, and the hours are completely unacommodating (but that's besides the point). Once he FINALLY got an itemized estimate, it was $1400 with no explanation for 900 of it. He took out three bolts himself, but they charged him for all four. What should be AT MOST a 600 dollar service turned into a 1400 dollar one with little to no explanation, AND IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS AND IT'S STILL NOT FIXED. No communication, no clear explanation of anything and complete lack of integrity.
