Hayden is always a pleasure to work with. He is well spoken, cares for the customer and makes sure that everything is correct on my vehicle. I give them a two because they did get my car fixed.but below a two for using my gas up in my car probably to find out whats wrong.And left my car outside when I specifically asked to keep inside until I pick up the next day.it rained that night and my detail job I had done needed to be done because water spots and dirt.also dirt left on mats.my car was spotless when went to shop came back needing detailed again.i would think it should of been as clean or cleaner when I get car back.Bellevue Chevy dealership always make sure car is cleaned before giving back to customer. Update.Greg young did contact my wife and gave her a fuel coupon and I think a wash coupon which I respect them for trying to make it right.so I will bump them up and rankings of stars to a 3.still after the fact.hopefully next persons car they take care of while their not after I leave.

Gregg Young has always been awesome with my family! They are always smiling when I drop my vehicle off for service. It rarely ever takes more than an hour to get my vehicle back. They are very customer oriented and we are always satisfied with their service!😊

I got a good deal and a great car with a great sales department. It not to far out-of-the-way from Omaha to buy a car. I was very happy with David Salber, my salesman. Thank you to everyone at Gregg Young Plattsmouth.

Everyone...from the first call to schedule the appointment to checking out was nice and friendly. Ron and Jeremy were awesome! They were concerned with my issues and addressed each one. It was the first time that a tech asked me to ride along so I could explain what I was hearing....everyone should do that. He explained everything in detail and so that I could understand(I do medical billing...no clue on auto). Everyone went above and beyond. I will always bring my Yukon to Plattsmouth.
