Horrible car Greg sold me. Very nice guy. I didn’t even have my car for 30 days and my transmission went out on my way to work. Purchased car February 12 and the trans went out March 3rd. Then my air stopped working all in less than two months. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER!!! Beware of his nice personality because he will give you a lemon and won’t care AT ALL!! Horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone

This guy is the biggest b.s artist known to man. Do not trust him!! I overpaid for the car he sold me, a toyota corolla. He took advantage of tax season and I needed a car bad. He took $200 off this car. I already had to buy 2 new tires, a new muffler. Front end shakes when I brake. Radio doesn't work correctly, I'll need a new one.. Hopefully the transmission or engine don't go, otherwise I'll be in poor house. Don't buy from this guy.

Buyers Beware! Please Do Not Go Here! Especially if you are a woman with little knowledge about cars. This man will take advantage of you! While trying to slick talk you into believing he is an honest Christian man. I went there because I saw a Chevrolet Cruze online that I was interested in checking out to maybe buy. I get there and see that the car looks decent. I asked him if I could test drive it. While driving I started to check the dashboard to see if everything was working properly. As I am checking the dashboard, I noticed nothing was working none of the controls for the radio, heat or cooling. I called him on my cell phone to tell him about the dashboard not working. His reply was "Really" as if though he was shocked! Then when I get there he tells me he knew about it. I asked him about fixing it. He proclaimed he would fix it only if I was willing to put down a couple hundred dollars up front towards buying it. I told no that I would not put down that much money unless I was sure those things would be fixed. He assured me that he would make sure that they were fixed. That was my first clue to run! He wrote up the contract and I gave him a down payment (but not a couple hundred dollars he was asking for) then he told me that I would have to pay for taxes, title and license plate! I said, ok because that is expected. After going over my contract the next day. I realized he charged me a dealers fee of $150. Which must've been an oversight on my behalf because somehow I missed seeing that. This was Something I had never heard of or paid for prior, when buying a used car. I called him and asked him about it. He went on to proclaim he charged me that for fixing the Dashboard and Radio! I was like really! I told him he should have explained that to me up front. I then told him I changed my mind and that I wanted my money back (down payment) because I was not going to nor willing to pay for something that should have been working in the car anyway! And, that there was nothing in his contact that stated I couldn't get my money back. His reply was, he was not going to give me my money back! He was very rude and nasty towards me. Then he hung up the phone. Now I am going to have to through the channels of getting my money back! Save yourself a headache and run from this dealer. He will try to sell you a lemon that need repairs and then charge you, for those repairs before you even buy or own the car!

This MAN. Is honest. Accommodating. Calls after to see if your still happy! Is not you're average car dealer. He gave me and my wife a ride, after 3 yrs. On foot. Grocery shopping,library, all or it. Great car. Great price. He took a loos on his price. Compassion. Thx Greg.

I had a wonderful experience buy a car from Greg! I went there in January to find a nice used car. Greg was very helpful, patient, and best of all, not pushy. I test drove a few cars before deciding on one. Greg was very informative and helpful as he guided me through the insurance process so I could take it off the lot that day! 7 months later and the car is running just as good as the day I drove it off the lot! Thanks Greg!! Highly Recommended!!!

I stopped in Greg J's auto about a week ago for a vehicle I found online. I was very happy to see it looked exactly as it was portrayed in the add. He is not one of those used car salesmen that will sell you just anything, he will make sure you are happy with your purchase and will not pressure you to buy. He runs his business solely on his own so you have to understand that he is a very busy man. When I arrived 2 other customers where there but I was still taken care of in a timely and polite manner. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and I greatly appreciate him for it. I will defintly be back when it's time to purchase my next used vehicle.

I am very happy with my purchase. We drove over an hour to look at a vehicle only to find out during the test drive it had an unknown overheating issue. I was told he couldn't sell me the vehicle but they went out of their way to get me into a vehicle that was more than I was expecting considering my limited budget. I highly recommend going and seeing what Greg and his staff have to offer no matter what your budget.

i had shopped around on cars . com for weeks i drove 2 hours to see the car i wanted. much to my surprise he put me in the vehicle i wanted, most dealers will try to push you into a car they want you in. not Gregory he got me in the car i wanted and got me approved. i recommend this dealer.

I stopped in on my day off because I was looking for a new car and shopping around. First off most of his selection is pretty poor. Looks like He pretty much buys what he can and puts it on a lot hoping for buyers. When someone finally did come talk to us he was very rude. We didn't even get to talk about the only car on this lot that was worth buying because we left the lot. Thumbs down!

Gregory J Auto Sales was the second stop I made on a random Saturday out looking for a new car. I saw a nice 2007 G6 and we talked for a little bit about how much he could offer me and what I could get for the trade in value of my old car. I left there without buying that day because I still wanted to shop around to see if there were any other deals out there. Four days, 12 dealerships later and hours of internet searches, I still could not get the G6 and the offer he put on the table out of my head. So, I went back in and worked out a deal. He offered me a very fair price (I know this because I searched the value of what the car should be and saw what other dealerships were offering) included with the trade in for my older car. After the purchase, he insisted on washing the already clean car and freshening it up a bit more before I left. A great price and awesome customer service. I recommend going to Greg and seeing what he has to offer. This will be the first stop I make next time when looking for a car.

Had great customer service! I received email about cars and anything I needed information on as soon as I asked about it. If anyone is in need of a vehicle they should give this place a chance. The buyer can only do so much! The dealer will help you with what your looking for, and that's what is in store here!

I only got 1 phone call from a email I sent to the dealer. I received no voicemail or follow up email. The vehicle I was looking at was really patched together and crudely repainted. Very nice service employees very nice but some of the vehicles are questionable.

I purchased a car about 2 months ago the day I drove it of the lot i have been having problems i bought a 2006 Pontiac g6...the first day one of fixed my tires flat when i got home for work...i had to andit till monday to get in contact with gregory and have them fixed...they were dry rotted...then the.handle on my door broke as well...then it wouldnt start and my car ended up in the.shop.with.over 2grand

Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase at Gregory J's. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They took time to work with me to find what car was right for me and more importantly what financial institution would give me the best rates given my credit history. I shopped around EVERYWHERE in the area and I can say honestly Greg gave me the best deal I could find anywhere. I seriously question the posters before me because given my experiences that is definitely not the dealer I purchased my car from. I even was unfortunate enough to have my car attempted to be broken into about a week after my purchase which left me with a door handle almost completely broken off my driver side door. After explaining to Greg the complete lack of luck on my part Gregs response to me was "no problem buddy come right in we'll take care of you", and he did! He stayed after closing to make sure my problem was fixed. Now how many dealers in the area do you think would do the same? Overall I can say confidently without hesitation that I would recommend this dealer to any of my family or friends and I am thrilled with the customer service and honesty of Gregory J's 06 Honda Civic

Terrible. Sold my 16 year old daughter a car only to find out the gas gauge does not work!!! They won't fix. Now I have to worry that my daughter will end up stranded on the road somewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

I bought used car from this dealer, after a week the car switched off while driving. I took to this dealer they said we repair for you.. after that also the problem occur.. such a bad service..even the response also too bad...
