I had a wonderful experience and so far a. LOVING the jeep Renegade that a bought. Ross was the sales person that helped me out. He was very patient with me and had me laughing a lot while I was there. He's a very nice, down to earth guy and wasn't pushy. If the company does any sort of "kudos" for employees, Ross deserves one. Thank you, Ross!

If I had the whole experience with Justin and Chris I would have given them 5 stars. They were amazing at making this deal fast and smooth. The dealership is amazing and would return. There is just one employee that I would not work with due to attitude. I am glad that even after that encounter I reach out to speak to someone else. They are truly a great dealership to work with. I look forward to my next son buying car. Thanks again Justin and Chris

This place is awesome!! Went in looking for truck, Pat was great and showed me around with what was in my price range. Found a great truck for a great deal! The test drive was really smooth, Pat was able to answer all my questions, the paper work went really smooth and fast, when a deal was made I had no problem with signing the deal. I did not feel like I was being pressured or pushed. Travis was super helpful as well, he had all the paper work done and set up for me sign and make the payment. He explained everything in the paper to me, unlike most places I have been to they just hand the paper to you and tell you to sign. Travis explained every document to me, so I knew exactly what I was signing upon the agreement. Honestly this place was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Would recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a car in the future.

Great place to buy a car. Our salesperson Jorge was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was responsive and a really great person. Travis in finance was thorough and very easy to work with. All in all we had a great experience at Gretna Auto Outlet.

I personally have not purchased a vehicle from them however I've gone with my son every time hes purchased another vehicle and hes bought them here. My son has purchased a couple different vehicles from them and they've been very good working with them, honest, up front and they've gotten some pretty decent deals here. They also never have had any issues with the vehicles they bought from here..
