We recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroads from Mike Butler. This is our second car from Mike and I was extremely impressed with the experience. We had looked at the Journey at another dealership, but we are definitely glad we went to Mike to get the job done. Greve had a very competitive price and although they didn't have the car with all the options we wanted on the lot, Mike took the time to make some calls and get EXACTLY what we were looking for from another dealership in a timely manner. After searching the web, I found a challenger at a decent price. Greve gave me a fair trade-in on my charger, and also a fair price on a used ToRed color challenger SE model. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a few minor issues with the vehicle, however, they were very helpful to make corrections and get me on my way in a timely fashion on a 30-day / $50 deductible warranty. The sales, financing and service staff all worked together as a team to make my experience efficient and pleasant. I drive an hour to get good service and it's worth it. I highly recommend Greve to others who are looking into a dodge, Chrysler, jeep or ram vehicle.

Everything was great. They helped get what we needed to be able to purchase the vehicle. Was also very patient with us. Need to have popcorn and water for people to snack and drink while waiting for process to purchase vehicles or repairs.

I purchased my Chrysler Town & Country new 1 year ago. I've never owned a minivan but Billy Knoll was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the van & after working with him, I was absolutely sure I was making the right choice for me. He went above & beyond to find the "exact" van I wanted & always promptly answered my many questions. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable before leaving & has periodically followed up with me throughout the year. I used the website to get more info on a vehicle that was posted that I liked. Within a day Billy Knoll contacted me about setting up an appointment to come look at it. Billy and all of the staff worked me and my situation to get me in the car that desperately wanted and out of the vehicle that I could not stand anymore. We are enjoying our 2014 Town and Country and our 2013 Ram truck! The truck has been helpful in furniture delivery for St. Vincent and today's lawnmower transport for spring tune-up. Our van is very comfortable and roomy. We found Billy to be knowledgeable about our basic items on the new vehicle. We found ease on using every item. He always put us at ease with acquiring the van and truck. Every aspect from showroom to returning for license plate installation was perfect! He received all 10's on the Chrysler phone survey! After purchasing the truck, I have received several phone calls asking how the truck was working for me and if I had any questions or issues. It was time to find another "red" car. The last car was from Greve as they work closely with the Meyer family in Monroeville. Billy was the guy that patiently and a very observent person to what was mentioned on the "want/needs" list. He looked for all of the specifications patiently. Introductions to many of the "head" folks in the business were warm and friendly. Billy has us drive before actually trying for a deal. He listened to my brother that was helping me. Even Louie Meyers stopped in to Billy's office just to check on our happenings. Billy was kind, patient, knowledgable, and spent a lot of time with us. Yes, I would definately go back to Greve and hopefully Billy again. Thanks!

From the beginning, the process was convenient and easy. I have been looking for a nice looking used Dodge Nitro at least for a 2-3 months. The pics and information on their website were spot-on and very helpful and I completed quite a bit of the process on-line, from my house before I even talk to anybody. But then I got to talk and schedule my visit to the dealer with an awesome gentleman named Billy Knoll. (He is one of those guys that is very personable, likes cars, knows his stuff and actually enjoy his job!) In all aspects this dealership totally surpassed my expectations. (They had the truck I went to check, inside the showroom, immaculate and ready for inspection by the time I got there and not just that, they got me top dollar for my trade, were not pushy about selling me any extras and got all of my business done in one visit, on a Saturday and in a total time of 35 minutes!) For me there is no other place that I ever consider getting a vehicle from. I will recommend Greve to anybody and with very high marks!! JRP

I happened to find a newly posted vehicle on Greve's website. Made one telephone call and was able to go check it out. Billy Knoll was the salesman I dealt with. Excellent service from him. I've not had any trouble with the service department, either. Billy sends out a newsletter every so often with neat information in it. He also calls me about once every 3 months or so to check in and make sure things are going well with my vehicle. I appreciate both the newsletter and the telephone calls. I know that if I have any questions at all, I can always call Billy and he'll help me out.

Was in the market for a small sedan with great gas mileage. I just paid off my Jeep, and it treated me well so I wanted to stay with Chrysler. Called and talked to Courtney Marquart. She answered all my questions without being too pushy, and was great to deal with. I came in and she showed me several vehicles without pushing one or the other. All of the vehicles met my requirements. I ended up settling on a 2013 Dodge Dart. I got a great price on it, and Cathy in financing made the mountain of paperwork relatively painless. I had easily the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle and would highly recommend Greve Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

After a life of farming, we sold our land and moved to a villa. We had a pick-up and an older car and wanted to replace them with one vehicle, namely a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. I bought my 2011 Chrysler 200 S from Greve's about 7 months ago and it was such a great experience. I was treated well by everyone there. They're all friendly and personable and do their best to put you in a vehicle that you will love. The great service didn't stop after my delivery either. Since then I've had nothing by constant assistance with any questions or concerns I had about my vehicle. It's treated me great and I look forward to buying my next car from them as well ! It's been a year since the purchase of a 2012 Ram 3500! Once I made the decision that I was going to buy a new vehicle and had been in contact will Billy Knoll of Greve Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Van Wert, Oh. He made my experience very exciting and made me very comfortable to make the process flow!! I've been in many times in the last year and they have all made me feel like family and have always been straight forward with all my questions and answered the best they could! If they did not have the answer they were fast to get back with me and have the answer I needed! With my back ground and experiences in the agriculture and heavy equipment industry I was skeptical of having someone else work on my truck when service was needed.. Once I met all the guys in service and parts that put my mind at ease and have been very please with all the service appointments that I have had! Overall I am very pleased with everything they have to offer and would recommend any of the staff to help you out when purchasing a new or used vehicle!
