Great service! Definitely will be back! I took my beautiful car to get an oil change because she was dehydrated and they did that and more! Checked everything for me, topped off all the engine juices AND they vacuumed and washed her! 🥰 My car had a great spa day! ❤️ The guy with the Italian last name helped me and he was very nice! Thank you!!!! 🥰

If I could put 0 stars I would. This place has zero client care training. Called ahead of time and got in contact with a Sales Rep Nick. Arrived at the location and the floor assistant literally went to his office (because we saw it) and came back telling me “I’ll connect you with someone else”. She did not even apologized nor acknowledged the reason why Nick couldn’t see us or assist us. Then, Got introduced to another guy who assisted us with the test drive. After the test drive, met him in the lobby (didn’t even bother to direct us to his desk) and continued to have this conversation in the middle of the lobby. Craig (the second rep) did not even tried to understand goals and reasoning for buying the vehicle. Didn’t bother to even look at credit history. In fact, he didn’t even tried to close the deal. Not sure if it was because he thought or felt like we couldn’t afford the car or he met his quota and wasn’t even trying to sell anything this specific day. Nevertheless, this was by far the worse experience me and my partner had. We will take our business somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience and would not recommend based on how I was treated. When I reached out to the sales manager it was clear he also was not focused on customers care either. The. car does match the level of quality you would expect from Grieco so at least I have that. I am happy to report the Operations Director reached out to me and provided us with the level of customer service we expected when deciding to purchase from a Grieco dealership.
