Very lacking when it comes to customer service. I was following a vehicle they had posted last week but “still needed to get inspected” for me to purchase. While the miles they had listed online were incorrect I didn’t have a problem with it simply because the vehicle I was trying to purchase still had good miles and the price they had was also great. Was calling multiple days to inquire about the vehicle and what steps I needed to provide to purchase the car. The vehicle in question was very sought after and because of that I was thrown to the bottom of the barrel. Since I was calling about the vehicle and I live I Chicago, IL the amount of effort put into the deal for me to get vehicle dropped significantly. I let them know that I wanted to secure the vehicle even if that meant I needed to purchase over the phone or by whatever means necessary. Since there was a lot of interest by multiple parties I unfortunately was not able to purchase the vehicle before someone else and was told that I would be getting a call back as soon as they had the paperwork ready. I’m just glad I didn’t buy plane tickets to go pick up the vehicle as I was very close to doing so. Customer service was definitely thrown out the window buy them and I guess I should’ve expected that since at the end of the day they just want to sell cars and since I’m not a local my business would not be felt by them. Hopefully I can find a mom and pop shop where I can find the vehicle I’m looking for instead of going to a corporate dealership. Not everyone in this dealership is all bad but I ran into more than one person with very bad customer service and with very little intent of helping me purchase the vehicle I was trying to get from them. At the end of the day it is what it is sad I couldn’t get the vehicle but hopefully people will read this review and think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them because at the end of the day they don’t look at you like a human being when they see a person walking through their doors they either see money signs or get him out of here as soon as possible he’s not gonna buy.

Great experience!! Luis, the sales Manager is very professional, he's very good with the customers & his staff which is great to see. Daniel, my salesman, was great to work with. He did everything possible to accommodate me. I highly recommend this dealership!! I have had my Tahoe for 4 months and it is definitely my favorite vehicle. Daniel was my salesman & he periodically contacts me to check on how I am enjoying the Tahoe. He just contacted me again today, this is such a nice gesture. He is so pleasant & extremely efficient. I highly recommend Grieco Chevrolet.

A dealership with honesty, integrity, respect and exceptional customer service If you are looking for the best car dealership in South Florida, look no farther than Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale. I was in the market for a 2018 or 2019 Corvette Grand Sport and after visiting several Chevrolet dealerships, I discovered Grieco Chevrolet. I didn't know what to expect but I was provided an outstanding customer service experience from the moment I entered the showroom to the time I drove my vehicle home. The entire staff was exceptionally professional and all of them made me feel right at home. From Jordan, the sales representative, who was very knowledgeable about Chevy vehicles; to the store manager Ron Schey, who went above and beyond his job description as far as making sure I was 100 percent satisfied even after I took delivery of the vehicle. I just want to thank Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale for the car-buying process not only painless but a distinct pleasure. I was immediately greeted as I walked in by a Ms.Sabrina Little, which pleasantly shocked me to see a female sales person. There was no waiting as the car was already ready for me to test drive; from the test drive on, the process was quick and stress less. Down to Daniel the finance guy, who kept me laughing while taking care of me and providing me with valuable info. Ms.Sabrina was so calm and helpful and understood that I wanted what I wanted and worked with me to get it. No pressure was felt during the process, as it was all on me. I walked in thinking I might leave with a new car that day, not knowing that I would walk out with a new car. I’m glad I went to Grieco Chevy Ft.Lauderdale..I’m so happy and in love with my 2020 Chevy Blazer.

Alex and Eric were accommodating. Unfortunately for the second time now I looked at a vehicle that could have been presented better. The first time was in their Delray Beach store. Just a little TLC goes a long way. Foggy headlight covers dent on the back bumper, just faded paint in certain areas. Presentation of a vehicle is important to me. It has to look decent. Had it been detailed and been more presentable it would have made a world of difference. Good luck fellas
