Brought two Jeeps in on Saturday for oil change and tire rotation - staff friendly as always, went home and brought second Jeep back after an hour. Total time for service less for both vehicles less than 1.5 hours.

Brad and Julie, Thank you so very much for all the help Saturday. You took me from my Equinox to a brand new 16 Jeep Patriot that I LOVE!!!!!! I feel so safe again on the road. I was given an estimate to fix my car of at $1540. When I went to pick up my car the bill was over $2000. I was billed for 8.5 hours of labor when they only had the car for 6.5. My coupon was not taken off and the money I paid for the diagnostic check was also not taken off. I had decided to give Grieger's one more chance since I have bought all of my cars from them for over 20 years. I'm really sorry I did because I got taken to the cleaners.

I had a recall done on my vehicle. It took quite a bit longer than expected but they kept me informed the whole time and explained in detail why. They were very polite and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their service department.

I took their car for test driveWell I was gone...... Came back....... They told me they almost TOWED my car.I got a price under car...... Went to one other place...... The other dealership BOSAK was $1236 less.What kind of dealership threatens to tell your car because you are on a late night test drive, which they authorized.I was going to buy the car when I came back...... But these people are idiots.Since then I've heard a lot of bad things around town.Service experiences etc. From close personal friends.I'll never forget the day they almost TOWED my car.

I got a flat tire on my way to school and was stuck on the side of the road. I called Griegers and they had my Dart picked up and to their dealership within 1/2 hr. They replaced my tire and got me back on the road very quickly. As a young person, I've never had to deal with this before and was rather scared. They made it very easy and everybody was very friendly.Thanks

I purchased a 2004 ram I understood that its an old vehicle, but when I asked if the truck need anything they should have fixed it and sold it in the price and not let me drive off with it and by end of night find it was full of flaws and I was told by management that they could do nothing for me. Need fuel pump and tank, broken shock, interior window switchs, broken radio. They told me the previous owner told them about those things but they did nothing but wash it and sucker me into it. This was the 2nd vehicle I purchased from them and I felt like a Sucker thinking they were ok.

What can I say? I'm a complicated man. I do everything by the numbers. What I mean is that I like to put real, detailed figures together before I get into any sort of sale. I had a million and one questions regarding financing, warranties, and specs on this particular Patriot and the team there at Grieger's answered everyone of them. At the end of the day, I drove away with a 2011 AWD Patriot and couldn't be happier. I traded in my '02 Acura RSX and man, what a difference! I feel like a king with a new carriage. It's nice to be sitting a little higher on the road... Oh, and before I forget, a special thank you to Justin Carlson, the internet sales manager and everyone else who helped on this sale. PS- My new Patriot's name is Sophia and she's lovely

After visiting another dealership in Valparaiso and having a horrible experience, I was lucky to walk into Grieger's and meet such a great staff. I went in with a budget and they didn't push me to spend more than I could. They were very respectful in that aspect. Unfortunately, the day I went in, there wasn't anything in their inventory that met my expectations but the staff called me within he hour of receiving a vehicle that is perfect for what I wanted. I appreciate the sales associate that helped me and the financing manger that went above and beyond getting me the best rate. My family is grateful and we will be letting all our friends and family know how great you are.

At first I was skeptical that it was going to be like any other car dealership. However, I overheard an independent auto appearance serviceman talking to a coworker who was impressed with how clean the cars were. It had just rained that morning, and all the cars were spotless. I saw employees thoroughly almost aggressively cleaning and wiping the body and rims. I looked around and the nearby dealerships cars were soaking wet. I began then to notice subtle differences from this car dealership compared to others. Overall, the people were great, the cars were spotless, and the atmosphere friendly. I didn't at all feel like they were trying to rip me off. Will definitely be heading there next time I need a car. The only thing I could recommend is the shouldn't offer you so much free stuff when you are there. Seriously I had like 5 Dunkin Donuts and some pizza. I know some people are into that, but when you are trying to stay skinny it is hard. Come here first, and any other dealership will disappoint!

Very impressed with sales and service here. I bought a new Jeep that they found for me and when i picked it up the antena was missing and no questions asked or hassle just walked with me to a parts counter and handed me one. Small detail but was a bit surprised it was so simple. Service has always been very pleasant also, I never schedule an oil change and they get me in and out super fast

I brought my Dodge Journey in for service. Its engine stalled often. The service manager charged $100 just to "look" at the engine and recommended $100s of repairs. None of the recommended repairs were legitimate.

Went car shopping for the first time in a long while. This dealership has radio ads claiming that they are no pressure and no hype. Well, they need to pull their ads and say that they are the sterotypical car dealers who will try to use every trick to high pressure sell you a car. If you like this type of dealer, great, but most people that I know should and will stay very clear of this place.
