I went to Griffin Motors looking for a Ram truck in November of 2014, I talked with Christopher Linz, he showed me several of their trucks from the large inventory. He spent a good amount of time me and my wife, explaining the differences between the different models, since I was still in process of convincing my wife to trade in our KIA Optima for a truck. So he did double duty. We went with a Express Quad 4x4 with factory nerf bars and wanted a spray in Bedliner and tonneau. They gave us a good trade in for our car, and scheduled appointments for our accessories to be put on with local shops. Which was great, but this is why I am writing this review. Weekend before Christmas 2015, I hit a deer with my truck I called Chris and he got a hold of the body shop for me and gave me the number of Randy the body man. I called and took my truck to him. He took a look at my truck and told me he would order the parts and have them painted and that they should only have my truck for a half a day. In about 12 days, Randy called to set up a time to drop it off. I got it back the same day, GREAT job. Chris and Griffin Motors gave me a great buying experience. Thank you Griffin Motors, Chris.

Recently purchased a jeep renegade at Griffin Motors. It was the most pleasant experience we have had in our years of buying a car. Our car salesman Greg Davis was very knowledgeable and super nice. Smart guy who answered all our questions and made the process very positive and comfortable. Car shopping can be stressful, but at Griffin Motors it was enjoyable. We highly recommend Griffin Motors and Greg Davis.

When we stopped at the dealership we sat down and gave the assoociate what we were looking for and he was able to come up with something that covered what we wanted and in our price range. Everyone was easy to deal with and very efficient at what they did for our purchase.

Was in contact with Mark S. online. He offered to help me in any way he could. I was interested in a Kia Soul but my husband wanted a different car...will keep Mark S. emails on my computer in case I get the chance to buy the car that... I want!!

Made an appointment with Mark Schlaudecker and told him what I wanted to test drive and it was there. Went for a good long test drive and there was no haggling over my trade in got top dollar for it. They had to order my Kia Sportage in and when I went to pick it up went for another long test drive and bought it. Ron got me a great interest rate and Mark made sure I knew how everything worked and set up my smart phone with the bluetooth, he knew all about it and I was out the door in no time. Will go there for my next new vehicle. Hate to go car shopping and they made it a great experience.

I am not from the area and not a computer expert.I do not buy anything on line until now. Checked many trucks then I saw Griffin Motors.The truck they had was just what I was looking for.I filled out the contact information and I think they [Mark Schlaudecker] got in contact with me within a day or so for as I am not on computer much.Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle ever.I did not know no pressure dealerships existed. He worked with me and listened to me and got me the best deal according to my finances that best worked for me with no pressure,not only that he sent someone to pick me up way beyond service. I did not know how I was going to get there since i do travel much only buy in my neighborhood.When I got there Mark greeted me and said he will get me out fast as possible for I had a two hour drive ahead of me and gave me directions to.He brought the truck out and it was extra clean looked better than picture I was very pleased.I will buy a vehicle from Griffin Motors again.They get a five star rating from me.

Griffin Motors is not like other pushy dealerships. The salesmen know their products and go out of their way to make buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. Griffin Motors will be my first stop when buying cars in the future.

We had been looking and researching new cars for quite sometime using CARS.COM. Our salesman (Mark) was very helpful and helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. (Used the chat online to make contact (very useful). Found our car, test drove it and bought it 2 days later! The Salesman was very helpful and assisted us by informing us of current offers and sales before we made our decision. Now we are driving a brand new Kia Soul and loving it!! I will recommend Griffin Motors to everyone (especially our salesman, too.)!

Bought a 2013 jeep compass, very nice vehicle. Mark Schlaudecker and Griffin Motors worked with me, answered any questions i had. He did everything he could to make the process go smoothly and easily, was very impressed. Will definately return to them when the time comes to get another vehicle.

I had never had any dealings with Griffin Motors in the past, so I was a little nervous to go there. But our salesman, Mark Schlaudecker, eased our mind as we walked in to search for my next vehicle. As we explained our budget, he introduced us Kia Soul and Kia Rio. He was very professional in explaining each vehicle's features thoroughly, and offered for a ride. We did not feel any pressures, which we really liked. We decided to buy 2013 Kia Soul.The business manager, Bonnie Kirwin was very friendly and accommodating also as we go through paperwork. We had a very good experience at Griffin Motors and we recommend Griffin Motors Company!

I just bought a brand new 2013 Kia Soul from Griffin Motors. I don't particularly like car shopping, and enjoy buying even less. But this dealership was staffed by friendly sales people, had a great selection, was low-pressure, and knew a LOT about the product they were selling. I had contacted them a day in advance, to inquire about the Soul and requested a sales associate be in contact with me so I had a name and number before I walked in the door. Our salesman was Greg Davis, and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He spent a ton of time showing me all of the great features the car was stocked with, gave me the options that other models would have, let us take the car out for a long drive and even offered for us to keep it for the weekend if necessary. He took me back to the service department, showed me how to check in and out, and even introduced me to the service guys. Ron, in the sales office, was equally pleasant. He was even cheerful going through all of the paperwork signing. There were other employees in the showroom that would stop and say hi and chat. The showroom itself wasn't fancy or plush like some that you find up in Erie. But the quality of service I received there was hands-down some of the best I've ever encountered at a dealership. I highly recommend Griffin Motors!
