When working out a deal for a new car, a different dealership gave a better offer. When explaining this to the Griffin Toyota sales manager, I was rudely hung up on in the middle of my sentence. This leaves an unprofessional impression which should be factored into your decision.

Great experience I really liked the service there at Griffin Toyota the employees are nice friendly and know there stuff and are willing to help you get everything you need and want done with a car even on the information on the vehicle you want so A+ 2👍👍s up

I recently purchased a used 2012 Toyota Highlander from them. I was told that the vehicle was a Toyota certified pre owned vehicle. That the required maintenance had already been done for the miles it was showing. The vehicle had spots on all the widows that the salesman said would come right off. Skip to first week of ownership. The first time I washed the vehicle. The plastic moulding on the bumper detached and one corner started hanging off the vehicle. I have cleaned the windows with just about everything the internet says to get off what was discovered to be severe acid rain spots on all the windows. I called and went by the dealership remember just one week after buying the vehicle to have Eric the sales manager tell me that they can’t do anything for me because it would cost money to repair what should have been done before it left the lot. I asked to speak to the owner Mike and he did fix the bumper after calling the law on me for complaining about the way this dealership had cheated me. I then asked about the severe acid rain spots which is a safety hazard because the film is so bad it hinders my vision. I was told by Mike the owner that I could order a cleaner on line at my own expense and do it myself when they have a body shop on site. Please reconsider before buying from here. Rick Hendricks in Fayetteville is so much better all the way around. The other reviews are fake. My family has bought 2 cars in 20 years from here and both were junk.This dealership does not care about your satisfaction only their own pockets

My buying experience was the best. Salesman Lucas McDonald did not press me, the sales manager wasn't called in for any pressure, and the finance manager was very pleasant and efficient. I left with a car and a smile.

Got a flat on the way home from the beach on a Saturday morning. We took our flat tire to see if if it could be repaired. The service department had us in and out in less than 30 minutes with a tire patch. We appreciate them looking after us due to our circumstances and being so far from home.
