We just moved in from out of state, and from the moment I walked in, until I paid for my servicing, the friendliness and attentiveness to my appointment time was nothing less than professional and kind. I particularly was impressed with how clean the entire waiting area was and how quiet it was so I could simply attend to some writing I needed to do. The wait time for my appointment was impressive. It is a place where I know I can have a relationship with the people who work there and will be familiar with my car over time and keep it running well for many years to come. Very impressive experience overall!

I would never recommend going to this place to buy a vehicle. They told me that I couldn't use my leased vehicle that was nearing end of lease to trade in for another vehicle I wanted to purchase. They simply said it doesn't work that way with a lease After telling them I wanted to look at financing and figure out some numbers when I found a vehicle I wanted they proceeded to run my credit 6 different times to different credit bureaus of which I was only told it would be once. They clearly were not very knowledgeable about leased vehicles and were giving me false information. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere and I would recommend others do the same. Worst place ever!

High Level of Integrity I had my oil changed last Wednesday in my 2018 XT5. Friendly and polite service. I was back today to have tires that were wearing abnormally replaced with warranty sliding scale. Again, friendly and polite service. Juxtapose this against the last oil change I had done at a different but Joplin area dealership where I was told that I had 5 nails in a tire (no nails...just an issue with valve stem) and that my tires needed to be replaced but not told about the GMC replacement plan. I appreciate the integrity of Griffith Motors. They will be my dealership in this area.

Purchasing a new Buick from Griffith Motors in Neosho, Missouri was easily one of the Top Two new car buying experiences we've had. The previous experience was buying my 2008 Buick from another local dealer. Our salesman, Tom Beaumont, was a perfect match with our temperament. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy, and when we made the decision to do so, they gave us virtually everything we asked for (which was a number of things). The manager who made the trade allowance was great (sorry, I can't remember his name). He gave us an allowance higher than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. During the document signing process, we were not surprised with any costs not already discussed. The closing rep (again, another gentleman whom I cannot remember his name - my apologies) is also a classic rock fan, as we are, and he played songs from our favorite band as we signed the documents, and during a subsequent visit the next day to sign the title to the car we traded, which had been previously overlooked.In the end, we will definitely be back to Griffith Motors for our next new vehicle. My wife loves her new Buick Encore and it was pleasure to make the deal. The next new vehicle we purchase will be mine. We are relatively new to the Neosho community, having moved here in the summer 2013. We did not have a previous relationship with any car dealer in town and, considering Griffith Motors sits a quarter mile down at the bottom of the hill from our home and also considering they sell Buicks - our favorite car brand as we now have four Buicks in our immediate family - it was a no brainer to stop in to see what they could offer us. We do not regret it. HIGHLY recommend this dealer. A++

We didn't even plan on buying a car the day we went to Griffith! Aaron is awesome, got us a great deal on our trade and I drove away that day in the exact car I wanted! This passed weekend we were leaving town for vacation and the radio was acting up. I called Aaron, took the car in, with the promise of a loaner if my car wasn't fixed! No need though! I was in and out quick! Great customer service! Friendly staff!

Robb was great to work with. Despite our less then perfect credit. Had a lender match within 3 hours. Put together my documents and within 2 days drove off the lot in our dream car. So many dealers approve you then say here are your choices, Griffith said what car do you want, and let's get it done. Great to be treated with respect when other dealer's won't even call you back. Bought 2012 Chevy Silverado and 2012 Chevy Cruze the same day on Oct. 28, 2012. I was very unhappy with their customer service, and sales person I was dealing with. Bad experience. In return started going to Griffith Motor for service for my two 2012 vehicles and very pleased with service. Decided to trade my 2012 Chevy Cruze for a new Cadillac ATS. As for my first trade-in, it was exceptional, Kent Daugherty is a great salesman, helpful and knowledgeable. I always get great service at Griffith. I was shopping for a roomy SUV that could go up and down hills in an ice storm as my beloved Chevy Sonic had a hard time. Checked out Fords and Jeeps but Chevy's are always my favorite. Bill Williams did an excellent job of convincing me the Equinox has hill climbing capabilities & roominess. Settled on a 2014 with just the features I wanted. ill wasn't pushy and yet got the job done in a timely matter.

All employees go beyond the call to ensure that the customers are beyond satisfied, can't find a more friendly dealership that have prices that can't be beat. It's been years since my family purchased a vehicle from Griffith, but I can say without a doubt that the experiences we had over the years were always great! Growing up in Neosho, my family chose to not only purchase, but to also service our vehicles there because of their great and friendly staff. One thing you look for when buying a vehicle is if the dealer is going to be around when you need service or when it's time for your next car and with Griffith you get a company that not only has been there, but that will be there for a very long time to come. I would encourage anyone to buy from what I consider to be my hometown dealer.
