We had a great experience at Groove Toyota recently. We were in a pinch and needed to get a new SUV quickly. Dom was a huge help, found us exactly what we were looking for, a nice 2018 4Runner. The process was smooth and Dom was knowledgeable and very professional. Our family has recently purchased a 2021 Toyota tundra from Groove Toyota. Our salesman Tommy has to be the best, most honest salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. He has been working with us on making this deal happen for about seven months. We wanted to wait for tax season to purchase but did a little looking around last October. He has checked in with us every couple months, but has not been pushy at all. His level of customer service is astronomical.
