Abby is by far the best person to help you navigate purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with several dealerships and several sales reps and Abby was the only rep I felt comfortable with. I loved how professional, educated and kind Abby was during the entire process. She truly bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and has been in touch even after the sale. Abby and Zach were incredibly helpful! Zach set me up to work with Abby during my Toyota buying experience and from the second Abby got into contact with me; it was smooth sailing the rest of the way. Abby was extremely attentive, sincere and created the easiest car shopping experience I could have asked for. We just purchased a 4Runner Limited from Delmar at Groove Toyota and he was awesome! We live out of state and were looking for a specific color combination and had searched in multiple states with no success. Delmar was able to secure a vehicle that wasn't due to arrive in Colorado for another 2 months and made it ours! He made the purchase so easy! We had a great experience at Groove Toyota recently. We were in a pinch and needed to get a new SUV quickly. Dom was a huge help, found us exactly what we were looking for, a nice 2018 4Runner. The process was smooth and Dom was knowledgeable and very professional. We needed a few items on the 4Runner we wanted taken care of and Seth in the service department was quick to handle these for us. He followed up to make sure we were happy with our experience.

Our family has recently purchased a 2021 Toyota tundra from Groove Toyota. Our salesman Tommy has to be the best, most honest salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. He has been working with us on making this deal happen for about seven months. We wanted to wait for tax season to purchase but did a little looking around last October. He has checked in with us every couple months, but has not been pushy at all. His level of customer service is astronomical. He has worked very hard for our satisfaction and to make us comfortable with the deal. I would highly recommend Groove Toyota and Tommy Nguyen for any of your Toyota needs you will not be let down.
