I stopped because I had a low tire. Jon S. was very friendly and helpful. He told me they could take a look at it and offered me a courtesy car. Later in the afternoon I picked up my car. Both Marlita and Jon were once again very friendly. They explained that my tire had had a hole in it and it had been fixed. I appreciate their friendliness, knowledge, and their willingness to take the time to explain things everytime I am in there.

I was in Marshfield on business and made my way to the Gross dealership with an almost flat tire. John, the service writer got my vehicle into the shop promptly. The technician dismounted the tire, removed the sharp stone that caused the puncture, repaired and remounted the tire. The work was all done free of charge to me , covered by the GM road hazard warrantee. I was on my way in less than an hour. Gross's service was excellent and all the personnel involved were friendly, courteous, and professional. This was a good experience ,and reaffirmed my decision to buy my new Colorado from Gross.

I think it is very convenient that they come to my work and pick up the vehicle,service it,and then bring it back. It saves me time out of my busy schedule.

I found it a very satisfying experience. Work was done quickly and efficiently. All staff I encountered were very friendly and pleasant. Making the appointment was a pleasant experience. Despite the construction the area was clean.
