I have taken my vehicle there a few times and the last 3 we're very unsatisfactory. I took it in for a rattle and they told me I needed a new muffler so I had them replace it. The car still has a rattle. I bought tires that were $100 off if you buy 4 turned out that was a mail in rebate. They called me and said it was ready and after driving in he was mistaken I had to go back again the next . Today I asked to have a tire patched they called to say it was ready. When I asked if they patched the tire I was told yes then I was told he didn't know then it was no we plugged it. I asked to speak to someone else as I can buy a $5 plug kit myself I brought the car to a dealer to have it patched to avoid future leaking. I spoke with Rocky the service manager and when I told him I was going to give a bad review his response was he would give the company I work for a bad review. Here is the difference I have done business with Gross motors and not been satisfied I have every right to state that. He wants to slander the company I work for because their logo was on my vehicle. Just seals my opinion I will never do business there again.

I wish these guys were my home dealer! Flew in from Washington to pick up a centennial edition 2018 Silverado. Hard to find those for a good deal, this one was. After a serious mess up from the airline causing be to be held up over night, Mark came and got me from the airport almost an hour away, and when I got there, everything was great. Eli had everything ready to go, took time to walk me around the truck and show the features I needed to know about, set up the OnStar, etc. Then worked with Courtney to finish up all the paperwork. The best thing about it was, they knew I needed to get going on the long road trip home, and were able to get everything done smoothly and efficiently, WITHOUT rushing me out of there like some dealers do. I have bought somewhere between 25-30 cars in my lifetime, most from dealers, and this was by far my best experience. They were great. Thanks again Eli and Courtney. And thanks to Mark for picking me up from the airport! 100% all around!

It took 6 hours over 2 visits to update my 2014 Equinox computer memory update for problems with hands free IPhone use. GM says Gross has a router problem, only one for the guys to use. With all the computer issues one router with multiple users makes down loading very slow. I was offered a loaner 2016 Buick Enclave to use which I declined as I did not want to be tempted to love it and not wanting to keep it. I was treated with respect and service was very honest with me which rates very highly with me. They did not give up and it was finally successfully updated.

not happy with the sales. i had complained after i bought my impala that the clear coat on front and rear bumper was pealing off and kept telling me they fix it and 4 yrs later it still not fixed. and you don't tell anyone that you had fixed this prior to me buying. it was under warranty but since you guys repainted it the warranty was not good!! service dept has been excellent when bringing my car in for oil changes and so on.

Friendly staff. Quick and knowledgeable service department. Only bad thing was there was a big puddle of oil under my car the next morning. I check the filter and the plug, and they were tight. the oil level was good. they just didn't wipe up the excess oil when they were done changing it. Now I have an oil stain on my garage floor.

I have been dealing with Gross Chevrolet Buick GMC for a few years now and they make you feel like family. Everyone from service to the salesmen greet you like a good friend. I always enjoy going there because they are all respectful to your needs. They always ask how you are doing and actually take the time to visit with you. The reason I first went to Gross Motors was on account of Steve Ladsten. I had bought vehicles through his Dad and then him at Ladsten Chevrolet Buick Oldsmobile in Blair, WI. When he went to Gross Motors we just followed him because dealing with him was always a pleasure. A honest person and getting the best deal around and that is what Gross Motors has been to us. But I highly recommend all the people you have working there. There has never been a problem and I am sure there never will be!!!

We could not get on to our On-star and after the dealership tested it out, we still can not get on to On-star. I understand it is an ATT problem. We hope that once they get it worked out--we can have an extention to make up the time that we were not able to use it.

I hate to be rude, I'm usually a very understanding person, but I fell in love with a vehicle on the site, and sent out an email requesting more information on the vehicle since it was about 2 hours away from where I live. I got one email back saying the person was out of the office and would contact me back. Never heard back. Sent another email to a different associate there, and got nothing back. Its very disappointing, I love the vehicle but really makes me not want to purchase a vehicle from this company considering it is taking so long just to get ahold of someone.

The phone converstations were pleasant and helpful and I easily negotiated a fair price prior to visting. Facilities were clean and nice. Sales rep was busy with another customer, so things took a bit too long, and I really didn't get a very good introduction to the vehicle due to this. Although, overall, I bought a nice vehicle for a good price.
