It feels so relaxed there and most important WE TRUST THEM. Have not experienced that in a while . That is why we drove nearly 2 hours to purchase our Blazer and service it at Gross Motors . I did not use any of the 4 free oil changes I had at the dealership where we purchased 2 new Silverado LTZ trucks. No trust there. . .I hope they keep up the good work. The salesman even took time to come see us at the shop where our vehicle was being serviced. At the other dealer when we picked up our 2012 pickup the salesman did not even bother to be there???????????????

I have taken my vehicle there a few times and the last 3 we're very unsatisfactory. I took it in for a rattle and they told me I needed a new muffler so I had them replace it. The car still has a rattle. I bought tires that were $100 off if you buy 4 turned out that was a mail in rebate. They called me and said it was ready and after driving in he was mistaken I had to go back again the next . Today I asked to have a tire patched they called to say it was ready. When I asked if they patched the tire I was told yes then I was told he didn't know then it was no we plugged it. I asked to speak to someone else as I can buy a $5 plug kit myself I brought the car to a dealer to have it patched to avoid future leaking. I spoke with Rocky the service manager and when I told him I was going to give a bad review his response was he would give the company I work for a bad review. Here is the difference I have done business with Gross motors and not been satisfied I have every right to state that. He wants to slander the company I work for because their logo was on my vehicle. Just seals my opinion I will never do business there again.
