I had a oil change and had them look at the screen. The screen is not always 100% bright. Sometimes it is half the brightness. Sometimes it is black for a few minutes. The technician seems to think I just wanted it brighter. (I wasn't at the oil change) It is still doing the same thing as before. I also thought our salesman said we would get our car washed when we bring it in for oil changes.

I crashed my car. The service dept. at Groulx fixed it up like new. They sent pictures and an estimate to my insurance company and took care of everything.

Nothing worse than the front end of your Rendezvous making ugly noises when you're 200 miles from your home in West Michigan and on your way to a memorial service in Southern Ohio. Pulled off I-75 and found Groulx. Service manager got us right in despite the fact they were very busy. Diagnosed problem. Said we could complete our trip safely and get it fixed when we got home. Gave us two free lunch coupons to use at the cute little pub next door while they had the car up on the hoist checking it out. ALL FOR NO CHARGE! Sure gonna "pay it forward" when we have a chance. Thanks so much Groulx!

I bought my 2012 Impala in for "check engine" light. I was greeted by Jennifer Harmon promptly at 7:30. I asked for additional service that I had not asked for when I scheduled, and was told it would not be a problem. I was very pleased with the service I received, the time it took to complete and the prices for the oil change & tire rotation that I requested. Everyone I came in contact with at Groulx treated me like a welcome friend, Jennifer, the service manager, and the young man who would wash my car. I live out in Temperance, but will definately make the drive & schedule my future vehicle service needs with Groulx. The only suggestion that I have for you is to call/text the customer when a job that will take more than an hour is completed.

Only two difficulties, getting someone to wait on me when I got there and when I picked up the car. Was appreciative that my oid chanage was FREE but super thrilled that the car was washed inside and out and the chrome on me wheels justsparkle.

Drop my car off at 8:00am and was told it would take 3 hrs to complete. Call me at 11:15 and said it was ready. Could not have been better. Doug the service manager, it the best.

Love these guys! Definitely know you are dealing with a family dealership. Can you go to a bigger volume dealer and get a better price - maybe, but it isn't a substitue for the personal experience and feeling like you are family. That is why our last 5 vehicles have come from Groulx and all of our future vehicles will come from them as long as they are around and we are :) !

I came in for a scheduled oil change. I'm used to the drive-through oil changes that take 15 min, but my car did get taken in at my appointment time, which was great - a lot of places have you make an appointment and then ignore the time and you end up waiting two hours. It took about 40 min, but the waiting area was nice.

I'll start off by saying that I find buying a new car stressful - we bought a new 2011 Acadia from Bobby Groulx 3 years ago and thought he did an excellent job so returned to him to down size one level to a new Terrain - again My wife and I felt very comfortable with Bobby and purchased the Terrain... We were extremely well satisfied with Bobby and also with the Finance gentleman, Mr. Jondro. I also should add that I had checked our trade in twice to make sure nothing was left in it but the "detail man" found my wife's Nook (electronic book reader) up under the seat and it was returned to us. Thus speaks extremely well for the honesty of your employees as we would have had no idea where it disappeared to. You have a very well satisfied customer! Thank You Jerry Johnson :)

As I indicated in the GMC Survey, I am without a doubt very satisfied with the professionalism, friendliness, and great salesmanship received. The experience, just like my previous one, is without a doubt, "Top Notch", and solidified return visits and referrals. Though, I live a fair distance away, other family members have already made previous purchases and service. I did not have a scheduled appointment, it was late in the day and the service department took my vehicle right in, fixed the problem and had me back on the road in just over an hour. Considering what was wrong, I thought that was pretty good.

I appreciate the complimentary car wash and cleaning my Winter car mats. What a nice surprise when I picked up my car after the oil change and tire rotation!I always appreciate the shuttle service to and from work.The entire dealership renovation is such a nice updated improvement.

Staff was extremely friendly. When I dropped off my vehicle, someone met me outside and offered his arm so I didn't slip on the ice. Jennifer was friendly, professional and efficient. Loved being shuttled back to my office (didn't have to arrange a ride or sit in waiting room) and he backed up right to the door so I didn't have to trek across the icy parking lot. Was picked up and taken back to pick up my vehicle even though it was really close to closing time. AND not only did your wonderful staff wash my Terrain, they also cleaned the inside!! Love my Terrain, Love Groulx's Staff, and have been extremely happy with my experiences so far.

I have a great relationship with the service department.They understand my my needs.I had the usual L.O.F. tire rotation,clean & adjust rear breaks,front,rear & T-case fluid changes.They pointed out my battery was starting to get weak, had that replaced too with fair pricing and a truck wash too.

This vehicle has been a challenge since the day I laid eyes on it (it was purchased used and it is a very long story that I am sure Bobby Grouxl and I will laugh about for a VERY long time). So it would only be fitting for this car to make me think that we have a really serious problem less than two months after purchase and that the only way to fix the car once and for all was going to mean I had to buy a new vehicle. But like the always professional and skilled team the service department dug in and fixed the error that was displayed by the diagnostics. When that error was cleared another module displayed as having issues and was apparently the root cause of some of the other problems I had experienced. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered. They gave the car back and with 48 hours the car started behaving very badly. I was thoroughly convinced that the vehicle and I were doomed to part ways less than two months after purchase. I left the car with Service on Monday morning and walked right in to sit down with Bobby and started making alternate plans (checking inventory, availability, etc.) just in case the service Department got more than they bargained for with the beast. Undaunted the service team went through the car top to bottom. It has only been back with me for a couple of days, but as of now it appears they have tamed the beast and the issues are fixed! The car is running as if it were brand new! I cant say enough about this dealership! I think the service manager was more upset than I was when I showed up on Monday morning and reported the car was behaving badly again! What a great group to work with in both sales and service. They dont give up easily, never take your business for granted. They truly believe in customer service, and doing what it takes to make the situation right! Awesome job once again Bobby & Doug!

I found a used truck at Groulx that fit my search. But the dealership was quite far away from my home. After some review, the criteria (truck type and price) fit so well that I thought I better take a look. I drove the 60+ miles just to check it out. Ended up making the deal with Groulx for this truck. It was worth the drive and they treated me very good. Would recommend this dealer, even if it's a little far from you.
