Gary and Erick are the most genuine friendly finance director and general manager of sales I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. Immediately working to get me the lowest interest rate. Not many dealerships work to get you a good deal vs them a good deal. Highly recommend this dealership! I had a experience with gt autos with buying a car from them and have the worst service ever. They force you into buying a car from them constantly calling you and harassing you and giving you bad deals. They are very bad place for soldiers don't buy a car from them at all they will not help you.

On October 23rd at 7:45pm I bought a car from GT Auto Sales. Erik, the Finance Manager, helped get me set up. I drove off the lot around 8:30. Not 45 minutes later the check engine light came on. I took it back this morning, October 24th at 10am. They told me, "sorry, sold as is". They were not willing to work with me. They treated me like I was an absolute fly on the wall to them. Do not buy here. Yes, they have a lot of nice cars, which are tempting and draw you in. These cars are not reliable and they will never help you if there is something wrong, even 45mins after the sale. Awful.

My husband and I just got a CLS 550 and absolitely love the car. We worked with JD, he was great! I highly recommend everyone to go talk to him. He wasn't only a delight, but helped us with our credit and even gave us a little finance class to help with our credit cards. They kept the place open late for us and didn't mind all the questions we had. He worked with our credit and told us I would need to co sign. He knew I wasn't thrilled about the idea and continued to work with the bank's finding one where I didn't have to. It was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond what I expect a salesman to do.

Great guys here! Started with David, he was our salesman and totally took care of us through the whole process. We came looking at a Santa fe but he had Paul run the carfax and it had been totalled and rebuilt, so he helped us find another vehicle in our price range, which I'm totally glad I got instead. Paul was very helpful and got us in the best deal he could with the lowest interest rate possible! There was a knock in the front end a couple days after I took it home so I kind of dreamed out because we bought it as is (with a lifetime powertrain warranty, but I knew that kind of thing wouldn't be covered) but I called them and they sicked their service manager Louis on it and he fixed it up for us, and all at no charge. They took care of us the whole way through and I'll definitely go back for future purchases, and will recommend them to others as well! Thanks guys! :)

the selection or cars was better than any on south tacoma way, quality of the selection matched the prices. They worked with my credit situation and got me the rate and payment I wanted. I would and will tell my friends.

Bought a 2008 Nissan Titan. In last part of April. Overall truck is in good condition. However, their were a quite of cosmetic problems. Had a dent on the truck bed . I believe they should inspect their vehicles more often n made any repairs before going to the lot. They installed new tires n not quite did a good job on the dent repair of the truck. They did a good job on my first time interest rate. Overall, I think I will come back again. Eric and Dave were patient enough to help me get the truck I want. Thx gt auto.

I drove all up and down South Tacoma Way searching for a car lot that would value my trade in with no success. I used to own a rust bucket of an SUV in which receiving low ball offers from various car lots was common, some wouldn't even consider it. In contrast, GT auto sales not only gave me an offer, they gave me an offer that I simply could NOT refuse! I arrive at the car lot with this Durango where I was greeted by Avin (sales associate). Avin didn't use pushy sales techniques that is common in car lots, nor was he disrespectful when discussing my financial situation. Most would offer advice and say "I am here to help you, not the other way around" - Avin didn't use that persona. I was really happy that for the first time, I was treated like an equal human being. The staff was well dressed, very professional, funny and very kind! The office was clean, the lot was organized and the atmosphere was inviting. Avin even went above and beyond by washing the car in his nice suit! He was very quick to show us the carfax document before I was able to say anything. To be quite honest, there really isn't anything bad to say about them. GT auto ended up trading my Durango for a 2011 Chrysler 200 with super low miles at a GREAT price! We closed the deal with a pretty large down payment, trade in value worth a few thousand dollars, paid off the negative equity, and loaned with a lower interest rate! one aspect of the buying process that I really appreciated was that a couple days after the exchange, Avin made a courtesy call to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle I had purchased. I greatly appreciated that, its all about the small things! I would recommend this car lot to family and friends not only because they sell quality vehicles most with low miles, but because of their staff-super top notch! If anyone is looking for a salesman, ask for Avin Foor or Mr. Proctor. They will take care of you from the beginning to the end and even after the exchange in values.

This is the best dealer to come to in the area! Customer service was excellent from beginning to end in all areas including the repair shop. I highly recommend GT Auto. We were well taken care of from the moment we walked in. I've never heard of a lifetime warranty and they offer it. They really worked with us on down payment and really worked hard to make sure the deal went through even though my credit was not so good.

I purchased my vehicle from gt auto In Tacoma it was advertised with a tv but when I purchased it they removed the tv out the truck. I had rock chills in my Windows and the front of my car was squeaking I returned it and spoke with JD about all of my concerns and was promised that it would get fixed and he ignored my phone calls and text it's been two weeks and I have no progress.....

JD with sales and Luis with the repair/service dpt are incredible! They saw a female come onto the lot to find a car and did not take me for a ride with the experience. They went above and beyond the sale to make sure I was happy and understood the SUV I ended up getting. The other dealerships on the strip wanted me to buy from them and with my credit they tried to get me at about 20% but JD worked wonders and got me emensly lower than that. I have alread passed out JD's card to my friends and recommend this place highly. Thank you!!

Ended up at GT Auto after the lot down the street didn't have the truck advertised. Jeff came out and I described what I had been looking for at the other car lot. He went back to the office and found exactly the same truck that I had seen and came for. Even went as far as giving me one of his own spare radios from one of his other vehicles when it was found that the previous owner had removed it from the truck. When I found oil leaking from unlikely places such as the bumper, Jeff went and asked the guys what had happened and the explained that an oil pump had blown from pressure spraying all the vehicles that had been in the bay. They had cleaned the truck best the could before pulling it out on the lot. Overall, I had a great experience with GT Auto, even getting half the APR with the help of Austin that my bank was trying to charge me.

They will immediately set you up with a car that will break down or need extensive work done. Avoid them like the Plaugue. Tacoma Auto Outlet is far superior and even got me into a better car after the one I bought at GT broke down. If your shopping for a car do not step foot on this lot. Got to Shawn at Tacoma Auto Outlet. Dennis the Finance manager is terrible. The owners dodge your calls at every chance. (Gary Sr.) Jeff Green will tell you anything to get a sale. don't feel the burn from buying here. save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else

This place is the worst. I was shopping for my first used car. So I contacted Jeff Green via a Craigslist. Got matched up in a car. This place is very quick in getting you into a lemon(car). Within two weeks my transmission went out. I was told when buying this car a new transmission had been put in and was still covered under warranty. None of this was true. Cost me $1500 to replace. ( so much for implied warranty or maybe wanting a return customer) The Finance manager Dennis has cussed me and friends I've brought on the lot out. This place has been a complete thorn in my side. They apparently have no value for repeat customer service because I will never return and would highly suggest every other person to stay away. The owner Gary and his wife (Theresa i believe)even refuse to address problems that are brought directly to them. If you have a complaint good luck ever getting a hold of them again after that. Beware of this place. As a first time car buyer from them I expected to want to return. That they would won't my future business. But this is not that case, simply because they already made there money off me selling me a lemon.l the only thing this company has done is disappoint me.(I did have one positive experience in office and over the phone with Bree Anna. Keep up your amazing service ma'am.) The rest of this company is garbage. And I truly regret buying my very first car with them, or even walking on to there lot.

Of about five dealerships I visited, GT Auto was by far the most friendly, helpful, and courteous dealership I visited. I wasn't pressured, Jeff was very personable and helpful, and seemed to actually care about getting me a car that was right for ME. I came to this dealership to purchase a used car. I was looking for something efficient on gas but affordable to my balance. I left with an 09 Honda Civic and love my car. It is good on gas and easy to drive, I put 20 dollars in the tank and got a little over a half of a tank of gas.

This place sells lemons. We purchased an SUV from them and from the 1st week it has numerous issues. Everything bad keeps happening from leaks, to engine malfunctions, to every light lit up on my dashboard. Took it in three times to get it fixed, could not EVER fix the issues. Tried to give the car back, they would only let us pick out a car of equal value. This car should have been checked thoroughly prior to it being sold. I have to shell out thousands to get it fixed by a REAL dealer now because they have no idea what they are doing. We initially went in because of an ad on Craigslist and they would hardly honor it, saying we lied about it. These people are terrible. I have talked to many who have purchased here and wound up with a lemon. They are dishonest; please to save yourself money, do not buy here. It seemed too good to be true, and it was. All these people care about are their stupid, expensive commissions and buying themselves fancy, expensive cars.

Prior bought the SUV I wanted. I asked them if they can fix an issue with that SUV. They promise me that they will call me so we can schedule a date for me to bring the SUV to get fix. It's over three months now and I'm still waiting for them to call me up. All they need to do is get rid off their vehicles without taking care of their customers. We have great people in that company but some they will take that company down the drain. GT, be aware of the rotten potatoes in your firm...

Amazing deal on my 2006 Range Rover. They searched for the best auto financing I can get and got me a monthly payment that won't make me eat just Top Ramen. My wife and I were looking for a SUV and they had something like 50 at their location. We got to test drive and know the different makes and models before settling on the Range Rover. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

The sales team made the process to buy a SUV really simple. My wife and I were looking for a SUV that will accommodate our 1.5 year old daughter and us. They brought a good point about seating other family or friends in the same car. We didn't even think of that! We're so happy with our BMW SUV now. We definitely recommend GT Auto Sales because of the selection, customer service and professionalism.

The buying process took entirely to long, found out that advertisement price was lower than what than what I purchased it for, I was promised service records which Inever received and when I complained about the check engine light being on the mechanics at GT just said it was a sensor malfunction and turned the light off. Over all it needs nearly $5000 in repairs. I went to complain to one of the guys who worked in finance about working out a plan so that I could get the repairs resolved, but he not only gave me the cold shoulder but he bragged about how the company won a lawsuit with a previous unhappy customer. Overall I wouldn't recommend buying anything from GT auto sales. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car.

I dealt mainly via telephone with the staff at GT Auto sales. I asked pointed questions and received truthful answers, ie, in a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate this particular vehicle. The answers were straightforward and I felt reliable. I would call upon them again and probably will as I am still searching for that "right" car.

I purchased a 2001 VW Jetta, while I test drove the car I heard the turn signal switch making noise they did not bother to fix it they just said " I am a mechanic so I can take care of it ". easy fix no big deal. a week later I had to replace the Throttle Position Senor which I could not afford at the time. now I have to replace the transmission so I think I will call them and ask for my money back I really do hate car salesmen.

I bought an 02 wrx impreza from gt auto, they dropped the price and were up for negotiation. I delt with wallice and they were all honest and helpfull. They showed a payment plan as well a walk through of the process and what everything ment. they seem like down to earth people that actually do what they said they were going to do. I would recomend going to gt auto sales rather than 95% of dealerships in the area. I hope you find this helpfully and get the car you want hassle free.

We, purchased a 2006 Escalade from them last month and they did not even detail the car before we came to get it but was told it would be done. There were several issues with the vehicle that were to be taken care of and as of today they haven't. The 3rd row seats were missing and they gave us some old not Caddallic wrong color seats There are problems with the tire monitor system and they have not fixed it. We have called many times and neither the salesman nor the manager will return my calls they took my money for the down payment and said they would fixed what was wrong and have yet to do so,and the 30 days warrant is just about up.I could go on and on about them but for what. We have placed over 15 calls and are told, that the person we were told to deal with is not in or busy, Yeah RIGHT. So in plain words I'Am NOT HAPPY WITH HOW WE HAVE BEEN TREATED
