The service dept employees are great. The best one is Juan. My cars have been in the shop at Gullo several times in the past 10 yrs and I found Juan to be my Go To man from now on! He's wonderful. Caring. He gets things done. He wants happy customers! And he has one in me! Can't say enough!

I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I made an appointment with JR and he was the absolute BEST! Everything was seamless, we arrived, we were shown the car and he gave me a very fair price for my car. We did meet with the guy in financing who was very nice and then we were on our way in our new car. Will definitely look for JR again and refer him to friends. Thank you JR.

Gullo Ford has been the place that we go when we want to get a new car. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 4 years at Gullo and had been treated like family with one of the best salesman, Eric Brown. His knowledge and respect for what we wanted made him stand out from any other salesperson in our years of buying cars. He has been so great, we even brought our older parents to get a new vehicle with him. So if your in the market for a new car, go to Gullo and ask for my friend Eric Brown. He is the only salesperson wearing a tie as he dresses for the success to get you exactly what you want. We did and it was the best experience. God bless and be safe.
