Every time I go here I try to update my review on google. I got my Nissan about two years ago and I only take my car here. They always do such a great job and everyone I’ve worked with at this facility has been great to deal with.

Steve in service along with everyone else were fantastic and really did a great job repairing my 2012 Frontier. They found and fixed 2 major things other places did not see or told us were not broken when they were. I will be back for routine maintenance from now on. I will stick with these guys because they took good care of us.

I went in there last year trying to purchase a vehicle they end up selling the car they “claim” they had out for me. So ended up waiting another week for them to find me something just for them to put me in a LEMON that wasn’t even worth what they sold it for. They then tell me come back in 6 months to trade in I wait over a year just to tell me that they can’t help me. Told me my car wasn’t worth anything basically and I owe too much BUT Gunter is where I got it from! Make things worse I had someone calling me EVERYDAY claiming they can put me in something just to come up there and have 2 men laugh about my situation behind my back like I couldn’t hear them. Because the man didn’t want to tell me he couldn’t help he goes and find a female to take me to another building just to tell me SORRY!!! I wouldn’t send the richest man to that place THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANY SITUATION TO GET A SALE!!!!!!! Real bad service!!! They wasted my time my money and my car because I requested my car back before my 30 days was up and every excuse in the book was thrown out to me!!! I wouldn’t even give a one star but I had to🙄

My most recent was more than I expected I had no idea I would leave with a new car, I was there in February 2020 and I wanted this rogue then but I left with a very small kick knowing I couldn’t really fit my 2 kids in the back with their height also like I was forded to buy something I fully did not want but this last visit my salesperson listen to me and didn’t bring a vehicle she picked but what I said I wanted…SHE WAS GREAT..the gap made my payment a little higher than I wanted but praying it will pay for itself.
