I was very impressed with my recent visit to Gunther Kia. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a new car, but I was greeted by a very kind young man, named Issac Smith. He showed me around, and also allowed me some time to look by myself as I had requested. After finding a car that I really liked, Issac then described the different options available in the car that I wanted. Not sure of how good my credit was, he immediately was able to get some information from me and get me approved through a bank with a very affordable payment. This process was so much easier than past car buying experiences. I am thankful to Mr. Smith and his professionalism and expertise in getting me into my new car!

This is the third car I buy/lease from Gunther. By far best experience for buying a car. The simplicity they make in the complicated process of buying or leasing a car, eases the customer! I will say I have been to another dealership don't want to name it but it was not the same experience as in Gunther! Will continue to only buy in Gunther.

Garfield really extended his expertise and warmth with how he dealt with my enquiries and persistence. The day before I leased the car, I inquired about the model I was interested in (about 8:15pm) and I received a call that evening at about 9pm from Garfield. And, we continued to go back and forth for a couple hours on the email. I then dropped by the next day and everything turned out exactly as was promised. In fact they under promised and over delivered....I am a 13 year Kia Customer...so this is kinda hard to maintain/keep up! Couldnt be happier and I highly recommend him.

I've had some bad experiences at car dealerships in the past, salesmen following me around, trying to force deals on me without letting me get a word in. This is not one of those dealerships. This is my second vehicle here with Gunther Kia, and I've never been happier. Hermiz especially is extremely helpful. I gave him my budget and he was able to lay out the different options I could afford without trying to convince me. He let me make my own choices after laying them all out. I walked into Gunther Kia with no intent of purchasing a car. I just wanted to see a Kia Sorrento. I met Garfield Simpson my sales advisor. What a wonderful experience!! He was kind, upfront, courteous and professional. There were no "hard sell" tactics. He worked with me and the next thing I knew I had leased a new vehicle in my price range and actually enjoyed the experience!! I then was sent to finance where I met Pablo. I found a great deal on their website for certified preowned Kia Soul and visited the dealership. Ended up buying the car and surprising my son the next day with a "test drive." The salesperson, Gonzalo, was in on the secret and it went perfectly. He was courteous and not all pushy, like other dealers I had visited. The car itself is exactly what we wanted with even better mileage than any others I had looked at- a 2015 Kia Soul. We are very pleased with this dealership.

I wish to give this facility 5 star! October 1 2016 came with oil change. After, advised of hood lock change by warranty. Done. Came home, find damage on the hood from passenger side. Wnen back on the service center they pointed on my copy that damage which I did not have when get car there. They print copy from Dealer. Marks on the copys does not match. Fraud !

December 2015 my 13 year old Ford Explorer was coming to its end. I needed to buy?lease a new car soon or face big repair bills. I did my homework, and visited and test drove several different brands. All the dealers made pitches to me and they all sounded ok. Then I visited Gunther Kia of Ft. Lauderdale where a friend was a salesperson. His name is Issac Smith, and my experience with him and his manager convinced me that my 1st new car in years should be a KIA. They made an offer and were very sympathetic to my counter offer. Issac Smith made me feel welcome and not overwhelmed with the financial aspects of this big move. After a couple hours I drove home in my brand new KIA Optima. I have driven the car now for 9 months and love it. Great gas mileage and comfort. The Gunther KIA service department is great-fast and easy service. So, I recommend Guntgher KIA 100% and strongly suggest asking for Issac Smith-he can make it work for anyone. Thanks Gunther family.

I was sold a used car and wasn't explained all of the payment terms. I met with the GM and explained to him I didn't know what the fees all were until after the paperwork was signed. I tried to bring back the vehicle in less then 24 hours. Ended up getting a new vehicle from them to get out of the used transaction. They rolled in negative equity into the new lease and kept the down payment for the used vehicle I returned. Total loss of almost $5,000.00 even though they got another sale from us.

Horrible experience. Will NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS DEALERSHIP OR USE THEM AGAIN!They sold me a lemon.2016 Kia Soul Plus. Brand new... Been back a dozen times... No lie... Mold smell in the A/C and in between the Windows when rolled down... Soo odd... Then the car jerks and shakes back and forth when at a stop and you have to hold the brake so it doesn't go forward. Then seems like it wants to stall... Constant run around. Called customer service for Corporate. This is a nightmare. Never ever ever ever again....

Went in to get some info for a new Kia as my lease on the 2013 Optima was up in a month. Did not expect to complete a deal on that visit. That however changed. My sales rep was not there however, Jacob took care of me like an old friend.he was extremely patient with us, and in the end, with a little back and forth he and Josh the manager, gave us what we wanted at a price that was agreeable to all. I have leased 3 cars from Gunther as well as recommending a family to them. At all times, I felt that they genuinely listen to me and do their absolute beat to make a deal. The facility is remodeled, and brand new. It is a top notch building with plenty of comfort for buyers and service customers.They also gave me free service for the vehicle for the lease term. The venture of finding a car was such a struggle and the car salesmen at other dealerships didn't make it anymore pleasant . Matter of fact they hardly gave me the time of day after hearing my budget didn't match my requirements for a car . Thankfully i found JJ at Gunther kia . From the beginning he listened to what my expectations were and found me the perfect car . Dealing with me and my hard to please pain in the butt mother was no easy task , but he remained completely patient and professional . I talked with internet manager in order to buy a used Kia trading in my car and he told me to go there and ask for him or Neal and they'll tell me how much they'll pay me. I got there and a salesman, Omar, just started asking questions about how much did I pay for my car...was new or old.. etc. I explained to him that I just need to know how much they will pay for my car that way I will know if I can pay off my old car and get the new one. He went to the manager and they kicked me out almost... sending me to carmax. I have money to buy the car but I won't say that to him.The guys was asking how about if we offer you 5000 how about if we offer you 4? I don't understand this...they wanted just people who are easy to sale or just with money in pocket. Bad service...never will go back ever.

I went to Kia for my first car not knowing what to expect. The only thing I thought is that I would be working with a typical pushy salesperson however the opposite was true. My husband and I worked with Garfield and he was extremely helpful. We told him what we were looking for and what we could afford and he delivered exceptional service and met our needs. My overall experience was Great from the minute I walked into Gunther Kia until I left in my new Kia. I was so impressed with the staff and how friendly they were.Omar Burgos was a delight. I was a little apprehensive about getting a first time new car , he was so thorough in answering all my questions and explaining all the features on the car and made feel so comfortable , all I had to decide is what color. I drove a 2001 Kia Sportage for 14 years and it was time to get a new car.I received a flyer in the mail and it was a( Summer,s On).special. Salesperson, Jacob Clark was excellent! He was helpful and knowledgeable. The sales manager Josh was also very accommodating. They took my trade-in sight unseen because I didn't bring with me and gave me a great deal on it. Made it very convenient for me to bring the new car (Sorrento) home. However, finance manager was very slow in processing paperwork. Overall, I was satisfied.

Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with over the last several months of car shopping, the team at Gunther Kia made my experience enjoyable and not stressful. I recently got in a bad car accident that left my 2008 Dodge Caliber as a total loss... I needed a car within 3days before I had to give my rental car back. I had no luck at two Honda dealerships because of minor flawed credit. However, when I came to Gunther Kia I was blessed. I walked in the dealership and was automatically at peace I was greeted by Garfield and Jason. Both were AMAZING and made me feel comfortable, while giving me the best car shopping experience ever. We spent a long exhausting day looking for a good used car. Luckily we drove into the Gunther Kia lot and spotted a Mazda CX9 we were interested in. Mike Renfro met us at the door, let both my Husband and me test drive the car, he worked with us to make the best deal possible. He and Spencer were both great, made the car buying experience as painless as possible. We were able to negotiate a terrific deal and are extremely happy with the Mazda CX9 we bought. Pablo in Finance was very thorough and helpful, all in all everyone we dealt with at the dealership were great to work with. After being in several othes dealers I got to Gunther Kia expecting more of the same; a lot of empty promices that were to good to be true. My sale representative was Victor Pena and manager was Spencer del Campillo. This people were honest from the beguining and made me feel comfortable. Their buisness were staright forward and simple during the entire process. They explained any questions I had as many times as I needed, and being my first time I had a lot of questions.Pablo Villaverde was the finance manager and with him I signed all the important papers. He also explained everything very clearly and noting was obscure or hidden fees were added. He was very patient and friendly. It's being few weeks since I did my purchase and my opinion hs not change... next car buy will be at Gunther Kia with this team.

I leased an Optima Hybrid from Yogi and was very pleased with the way he treated me. I'm an old-time auto mechanic and love this car. Actually, it is more of a computer than a car and it takes time to learn all of its benefits. Well worth the the experience. I've also been very pleased with the Service Dept. Reasonable prices, good service, very friendly and punctual. I suggest that they find a method to expedite the pick up of a car that has been serviced. The staff couldn't find my car; it took 15 minutes to locate it. This is minor and hopefully someone can resolve the problem. Overall, very pleased. Joe was the service manager that handled my account.

As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jonathan Chavez, he first took me on tour of the brand new dealership. He took me upstairs to the parking garage to show me all the car they had in their inventory. He was very knowledgeable of all the Kia vehicles and he was very patient with all my questions. I ended up test driving two different cars and he helped me pick the car that was right for me. This was a great car buying experience. They truly rolled out the red carpet. Also had a chance to work with the sales manager Spencer Del Campillo and Jasmin Sanchez who were very nice and courteous! When I returned to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, they all remembered my name, great customer service! I just wanted to take a moment to write a review of my experience leasing a 2015 Kia Cadenza from Gunther Kia of Fort Lauderdale. I read their advertisement in the Sunday paper and it seemed like a very good offer. Called and asked "what's the deal" and the reply was, "It's exactly as the ad says but we only have 5 cars left". Called Rick Case to see how much inventory and was told 18. Asked about matching competitor and was told "absolutely, we'll meet or beat any Gunther or other dealer's price. Went to Rick Case first. Only had 4 Cadenzq's in Fort Lauderdale. Researched the ad and came back and told me they couldn't match it. Wanted a large down payment and $90 more a month. Said I was going to Gunther and they told me they wouldn't have the same cars, it wouldn't have the same options, etc. Well, they did. Hermiz Fetyou was my sales man and it was absolutely the smoothest car deal I ever made. Exactly as advertized. Helpful,Knowledgeable. Perfect! I had a firmly established goal and the Gunther Kia team helped me achieve that goal - in the end they got me exactly the car I wanted the same day. That said, the last time I leased a vehicle from them I ended up teaching the Sales Manager about changes in the product line (I got exactly what I wanted, even though the sales manager didn't know it existed) and this time the sales person was not completely up to date. Staff should be more familiar with the product they're selling (especially the year-end line) and particularly where their hybrid products are concerned. I've had to teach myself the finer points of the technology of the product I purchased and was not completely satisfied with the entire packages (UVO Services needing a direct connection through USB for iPhones, for example). Follow up with the finance department has not been satisfactory - in other words, I only heard from them when they needed something to close the deal, but got no feedback when I needed something.

He was an absolute delight to work with. He is patient and listens to what your needs are. I never intended to buy a car that night and left with a beautiful Kia Optima. Thanks to Sales Pro Garfield Simpson and Finance Cody Clinton, my first time at Gunther Kia was a breeze and a pleasure. I know I won't be going anywhere else but Gunther for future purchases. Sadly, I had an accident not long after my purchase. I was grateful to find that my insurance suggested Gunther Collision as a guaranteed service center. Here too, my expectations were exceeded. Thankfully I was able to drive away with the car as good as new!

I have now leased 2 cars at Gunther KIA, a 2013 Rio and now a 2015 Soul. I loved my Rio, but the Soul is a little larger and heavier...not as good on gas mileage, but has features I did not have on the Rio. I had 2 excellent salesmen who walked me thru the entire process. I have recommended Gunther KIA to several of my friends and will continue to do so. My experience with the service department has also been exemplary....they have set the bar high on customer service!!!

When I purchased my van I asked if it had stow n go seating. The salesman said yes and proceeded to fold down the rear seats. When I asked about the middle seats I was told yes them too. WRONG! They don't! I bought this for vacation with the plan of folding down the middle seats. My boys have long legs. Also, I had tiger a second temp tag because mine didn't come in. I finally called and the tag was at the wrong car showroom. They also typed My phone number wrong. After not receiving my payment info I called the dealership. I was told the company that was financing my car had been trying to reach me. The number was correct on the dealership paperwork they could have given them my number.

Many months ago I sent a friend in to purchase a Kia, She purchased it which entitled me to the referral fee of $100.00. I have yet to receive it. This month I purchased a certified preowned Soul with 4053 miles on it. It had a dent in the fender, no floor mats, or the tire kit. When sales person was informed of these things he pretty much said we would have to accept this. We spoke with the manager and he did fix everything within one day. The next day we received a call from the salesperson asking for the insurance which I had purchased to cover car. When I said I sent it to the dealer he yelled saying that I did it wrong and to call the insurance people and fix it. They HAD received the insurance card and he did not know about it. Three days later he called me and demanded the money for the car. I told him to check with his financial department. I paid cash for the car on his day off. It was a bad experience all round. My family has purchased some 11 kias from Gunther, but I think this will stop.

In July of this year, 2015, I went back to Gunther Kia as the lease on my 2013 Kia was about to expire. The sales person was very professional and so was the Sales Manager. They found the 2016 Kia Sorento I was looking for and the also came up with the right price. Also, the Service Department at Gunther Kia is second to none. First salesman blew me off because he sized me up and didn't think I was there to buy. Second salesman helped me begrudgingly because he was pissed at the first salesman. The good new? I did find a car I liked and bought it.The bad news:They would not honor the price that they advertised on multiple web sights including their own. Both the salesperson and the sales manager gave me stories about how they don't have any profit built into the price. They claimed that at $1000 more than their own advertised price, they were making absolutely no profit. I probably wouldn't have made the deal, had I realized it before I gave them a large deposit. My fault for giving the benefit of the doubt to a car salesman. I tend to trust people too much. But these are the type of people that give car salesmen the bad reputation they have.

It was Sunday morning when everything started. I just got out from work and had involved into an accident. On my way back to the house, i did give a call around 9ish to Garfield, (and old sales advisor from Kia ) he was very pleasant on the phone and said to come over to the gunther dealership that day. After. 30 minutes i showed up there and everyone on the building seemed eager to work. I came across with different people from different department and everyone asked me for help. Sure i said Garfield was helping me and he did a lot for me and my mom .He and Pablo (finance manager) were able to give me the best deal, which i was very satisfied with. While i waited there i was welcome with food and drinks offered by the Spencer (service manager) with a big smile and that make us feel like family. Overall, my whole experience was incredible . I bought a car at a local buy here pay here place and after 1 year and 4 months when I just finished paying the car note in April of this year I had to junk my car. My credit literally has nothing on it. I came to Kia and Mr. Issac checked my credit, and cars to see what would be a good fit. He and the team spent a great amount of time to not have me put anything down for my new car but since I had no credit they negotiated $1000 dollars down in a 2013 car with low payments a month. A lot of great benefits came with then new car such as different protection plans that would benefit if I would need to use them. Issac also gave me good tips on building my credit beside from making my car payments on time. Kirk Jackson in finance made sure I was comfortable with all the terms and agreements of my deal before I left out of the dealership. I am very thankful to Issac Smith and the Gunther Kia team!!!!! If you're thinking about buying a car come to this place. They will take care of you to the best of their ability!!!!!

The only other car I've bought was from some shady used dealership in Pittsburgh. It started having trouble a week after I bought it. A year and a half later, I am in a better place financially and decided to come to Gunther Kia to see what I could get new even with my terrible credit. Issac helped me get financing for a 2015 Kia Forte even with my sub-500 credit score and gave me a ton of advice on repairing my credit, refinancing after 8 months to lower my interest and payments, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, very friendly and patient with my clueless xxx regarding all things cars and did everything he could to answer my questions and help me out right down to letting me use his phone to call my insurance company about transferring the policy. Cody in finance was great too. Funny, easy-going guy, very efficient with the mountain of paperwork, and managed to get the due date of my first payment pushed back almost a month. And I got Dolphins season tickets for buying new. Great experience on all counts, awesome staff - even the ones I only saw in passing - and just great all around. I'm thrilled to be into a new car, rid of my old hunk of scrap and overall I feel great about everything thanks to the awesome personnel here. Gunther Kia rocks.

This is my second lease with Kirk Jackson, he is awesome to work with easy going, and honest. I got exactly the deal I wanted. I drive 35 miles to go to Gunther just to deal with Kirk, its worth the extra time driving for a great experience. I've purchased 2 used vehicles (Kia Sorrento & a Toyata Corolla) a couple of weeks ago and my first experience with Gunther Kia is the following:Facilities are Immaculate, Dealer is Outstanding, Sales Force is Good, Very Professional. They present their cars nice & clean compared to many other dealer that don't! In regards to the team my comments are as follow:-Christian Benzan, he is Ok, he knows what he is doing but Arrogant-Jonathan Chavez, friendly / professional-Roger Haigney, very professional-Joshua Clinton made himself available in a very professional way-Spencer DelCampillo, amazing, very professional, he is a plus at Gunther Kia!-Kirk Jackson, good internet follow upUnfortunately, the 2nd car I purchased was As-Is, and even though the car was supposedly inspected "as per Gunther dealer" the same week I purchased it, the car started having problems, First, I had to replace the brakes drums, pads etc. Now, the car keeps shutting off, service light is on. I took the car for checkup and they stated it needs a complete tune up; park plugs, cables, serpentine belt is cracked etc. This time I took the car back to Gunther and see what they have to say... I'm currently waiting to see if they will be as nice and helpful as they were when selling both cars. Currently I'm a little disappointed because I believed & trusted the cars were checked before selling it. I spent $7,000 out of pocket on this dealer as down payments and the least I need is to be spending extra money in mechanics in less than a month !!!! Car is currently at Gunther, let's see if they take responsibility over a "bad car" they sold.**I will add a second review with the outcome to confirm if they are as serious and responsible as they project themselves...The outcome will also let me know if I will go back in 6 months to buy a Kia Sedona...

I recently purchased my first ever brand new car here at Gunther Kia's gorgeous new facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff that I dealt with and was thrilled to be able to get approved on a brand new, 2015 Kia Forte EX. Issac Smith was my awesome and knowledgeable sales person, while Josh and Albert, the sales managers, were able to help get me into a beautiful new car that I could afford! Our sales person was now the sales manager and a new sales person, Kirk Jackson provided the same expierence we had in 2012. My husband and I were shopping around for a new SUV and we decided to check out the new Kia's. We were met promptly by Issac Smith who took us to test drive a few models. We were very impressed with his product knowledge, and after he explained all the great warranties and incentives to us we decided on a new Kia. He was extremely patient with us as we decided on which model would work best for us. We decided on the upgraded Sorrento. He followed up promptly on all phone calls and emails with all our questions. When we came to pick up the car he came in on his day off to personally show us all the different options (there are so many!) I was not in a hurry to make a deal on a new car and explained this to Omar Burgos, my Sales Pro, upon entering the dealership. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, and what I was willing to spend. I'm a busy professional with two small children and very little 'free' time. Omar was consistent in his follow-up but not pushy. He made the arrangements I needed to test drive the Optimas so I could go in, drive, assess, ask questions and make a decision.One trip to meet Omar, learn about the car and my options; a few follow-up calls; final trip to work the deal and finalize the financial arrangements and then I picked up my new 2015 Optima SX Turbo!Good, positive experience overall all. I would recommend Omar for his strong product knowledge and consultative approach, and Gunther Kia for their leadership within this brand.

Kia has done a lot to revitalize their brand, having said that; the customer service provided at Gunther Kia keeps us coming back! We've leased two vehicles at Gunther and plan on get a third very shortly. Neil is a great no pressure salesman, he is very knowledgeable and patient with customers. He's always willing to take the time to show us the product and explain the options available. Albert is a great manager that has gone the extra mile to close deals and make us feel like our business matters to them. We almost made the mistake of leasing from another dealer, but ended right back at Gunther and couldn't be more pleased. Orlando in Service always has a welcoming smile. He always goes above and beyond to make sure service and repairs are completed timely and to our satisfaction. He's been handling my repairs and vehicle service for years now.Gunther is a place that makes you feel like you are part of the family! After a recent issue with my sunroof, Neil saw me waiting on repairs; he didn't just walk by you as though I was a number, he stopped asked how I was doing and even checked with service to check on the repair. Knowing what a hassle it can be to buy a car in general, from the endless waiting and back and forth to get a deal negotiated, then always having to go a lot higher on the payment than expected, with add ons being thrown at you all the way through the financing cycle, until you are ready to sign anything just to get out of the dealership with a few brain cells left, then living with a not so good deal for years feeling like you were taken and trying to just move on, THIS WAS PLEASANTLY DIFFERENT I TELL YOU.I came in at 6:00 PM Friday night and drove out around 9:30 PM in my new Optima Hybrid and my payment was only $10.00 more than I had scheduled..Apart from that it was a pleasure to have Cody Clinton take care of my new car purchase.He was relaxed and competent and was a deal maker, got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. He took my Audi in trade which made me very happy. This is the place where great deals are made, and Cody is the man to go to. Thank you Cody, you are really amazing. I never had a Kia before but I am totally satisfied with everything about my car buying experience. Go see him, this is how it should be.

When I moved to the US, I had no idea how important a US credit rating was. I, being a very successful Bahamian businessman with major commercial and personal credit history but was not able to obtain credit "because I had no credit history in the US". Gunther Kia, and especially Neil Stokes worked tirelessly to assist me in obtaining the necessary credit in order to secure a vehicle. I have since considered purchasing an additional vehicle as Gunther Kia has been an excellent choice for me. Their service of the vehicle was also a pleasant, seamless experience. I recommend them highly.

After turning in my lease and re-leasing a new Kia, I noticed my creditors taking away my credit lines. When I checked my credit, I noticed the turned in lease was never reported and showed up as delinquent payments. When I called to resolve, no one at the dealership wanted to take responsibility and everyone there refused to return phone calls. I had to end up speaking to regional offices and corporate to resolve and this took a month of my time with multiple attempts to resolve. The staff is horrible when you have a problem!!!!! And of course they claimed this issue has never happened before to anyone else! Also the service department has been horrible for years. When you go in for an issue, they tell you there's nothing wrong like they don't want to check or fix anything. For example, I had a tire that the air kept running low. I brought it in and was told it is normal for the tire to lose air in the heat of FL. and that my tire is fine. They tell me this like i'm an idiot. So therefore, I just go over to Pep Boys to get someone who actually wants to check the tire and there's a nail in the sidewall..this happens with any issue you bring to them.. you'll have to get car fixed elsewhere.

I am the proud owner of a 2014 kia Cadenza. Within the past 4 years I have leased 2 Kia Optimas and 1 Kia sportage. It has always been a pleasure going to Gunther Kia. The best part about the dealership is that everyone has always been friendly and you never feel the pressure of having to hide from the sales person when you see one like you usually feel at most dealerships. I have recommended gunther kia to many of my friends and family. My partner currently also has a 2014 Kia Cadenza and my mother in law has a 2014 Forte. I simply just cannot say enough great things about this dealership and especially Neil Stokes (sales guy). I can just imagine the level and standard that this new dealership will bring. Considering the level and standard currently is already at a high with kia it can only get better.

I bought my 2011 Kia Soul in 2010 from Gunther. Neil Stokes was my salesman - he was great! Very professional but friendly too. I've taken my car for service numerous times and Gunther has always had the car ready as promised - or many times, earlier! The majority of the time, Bill Garcia was the service writer and he was always fantastic. The other guys were the same - the service department is always friendly, efficient and if necessary, explained anything unexpected very clearly. I would highly recommend Gunther for both sales and service.

Unfortunately, my first time car buying experience has turned into a NIGHTMARE when dealing with Gunther Kia. It was the normal car buying experience when purchasing the vehicle. When I was called back 2 days later to resign the contract, I understood why some changes were made. However, it is now 2 MONTHS after purchasing my car and they still have NOT processed the paperwork, I still have NOT received any kind of payment information, I still do NOT have a permanent tag! My 2nd temporary tag has just expired and Gunther Kia will not issue a replacement until a survey was performed, but I was advised by Kia the survey could not be completed until a 2nd payment is made. However, I have not received any documentation from a finance company advising my payment is due! I had already paid my 1st car payment directly to the dealership and was assured that this would be resolved by the time the next payment is due, that proved to be a lie. I have tried in good faith to contact the dealership on MANY occasions to get this resolved, but no one can come to the phone or return my calls. As you can see, it has been an endless horrific loop of empty promises from numerous individuals at Gunther Kia, and no one at this dealership has taken ownership of this issue to resolve it.

Most useless service department I've ever encountered (have owned the Kia for two years now, which makes me an expert at bad service). My first try to get an appointment was a joke. Got transferred several times, and on hold for a while, so I gave up and went to a dealership in Palm Beach County. The second time around, I actually got my appointment set pretty painlessly. However, I arrive at the dealership only to find out that appointments have no meaning to them. I would have to sit there for 2 hours, as it was a first-come first-served and walk-ins get the same treatment as appointments. Walked away and set an appointment at the dealership in Palm Beach where they actually understand the meaning of appointments and the value of a customer's time. Not mention that I got lost in the fustercluck that is their dealership and every single employee I encountered and asked for help was rude. My wife and I needed a new family vehicle for our family of six. We contacted Gunther Kia, and were impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. We met first with Kirk, who helped us select the right Sorento for our needs. He answered all of our questions, and was very patient. Then, Albert Feyto led us through the financing process with grace and understanding, and left us feeling like we were getting a great deal on a great vehicle. Their commitment to the brand, the dealership, and (most importantly to me and my wife), to US and our needs, made the difference. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership, and we will do the same when it's time to lease another car. Kirk and Albert made our first experience leasing a car a GREAT one!

2 Mazda and 2 Kia. Very pleased with the purchase experience for all 4. Some aspects are the same as any other dealer (wait time, delayed sales process, sales workflow, etc), but the people at Gunter have made the difference. Everyone has been nice and very accommodating. I foresee my future cars will be from Gunther.

Our whole family have cars from Gunther Kia. We started with Mazda years ago and then onto Kia. I have a Soul, (my second one) my son has the Forte Koup, My daughter has the Mazda 3 and my ex-husband has the Optima. They are all from Gunther and after shopping around to our many local dealerships (because we truly have quite a few close) we go back to Gunther to actually buy the vehicle. No stress, up front conversation and excellent customer service and knowledge make me know I am at the right place to do business. Thank you Cody Clinton for making it a "fun" experience rather than the normal "frustrating" one it used to be with other dealerships. Happy with my car and Cody.

I came in to Gunther Kia with my used Honda in hopes of a fair trade in. I spoke with Cody Clinton who was very genuine and worked with me to the best of his ability to get me into a car that fit into my price range. Not only did I get a 'fair' deal, i got an awesome one! I was very surprised and elated when he got me into my brand new Kia Forte Koup that I absolutely LOVE. I was an abnormal client, with no credit history and about to start working in a week, and they still got me a great deal with a comfortable interest rate on a new car. The service was outstanding. Worked with Cody over the internet before making the drive over from Naples. He gave me a quote and that was the price I paid when I arrived. No gimmicks or bait and switch tactics!! Friendly service and straightforward way to buy a car. I did extensive research on the internet and tried to work with two local dealerships first. Their prices were not even close compared to the one I received from Gunther Kia. Great price, hassle free process and great service. Would highly recommend Cody and Gunther Kia.

We popped into Gunther Kia only to test drive a new Kia, as we were told by friends that they are fantastic vehicles. We test drove the Kia Cadenza, loaded with all the whistles and bells that we could possibly ask for. Oh we're sure there are more goodies that could be added to that car, but this one has enough. We liked the car immediately. Andrew London was our salesman, and while he was very courteous and very knowledgable, he wasn't pushy. He simply asked that if he was able to make it work, would we drive this car off the lot today. We told him to put the numbers together and we would see what happens. We had 2 months to go on an existing lease. Well, the numbers came together, the lease price of this 2014 Kia Cadenza was acceptable, concidering the value of the car, thus, we made a spur of the moment decision to take the deal. We are very pleased with our new 2014 Kia Cadenza...it's a beautiful car and we're enjoying the ride. Thank you, Andrew.

No hardcore tactics. Everything was completely transparent. Both the salesman Christian and the sales mgr. Albert were great. They had a terrific inventory from which to select and even with my odd combination of options they had many cars I might have chosen. The entire experience from walking-in, to leaving with a new car took about 2.5 hours, which considering all that was accomplished, was not excessive. Christian was in motion the entire time taking care of every detail of this transaction. He even got my Sunpass off in one piece (which Sunpass assures us could NOT happen) and the bar code gate sticker for my house as well. While driving home from the dealership he even called on the new blue-tooth system to thank us for our business. I keep an Excel spreadsheet listing every new car I've owned since the 1970's.. This makes car purchase # 41 (which includes buying cars for kids, grandkids, etc...) and this probably ranks in the top 5.Kudos to Gunther Kia, Christian, Albert and the entire team. This is my 2nd Kia and there will be many more in my family soon.

I had never had experience with Gunther. I was directed there by the Costco Auto Buying program. I found the experience to be a great one overall and I would recommend Gunther and Josh Clinton to anyone. I believe the organization there is well run and everyone is helpful, friendly and not pushy. I like that atmosphere. I would recommend to a friend and go back as well.

Josh Clinton at Gunther Kia was extremely helpful. Almost all communication was done via internet, and we were able to get the deal done in 1 short visit. I, like most of you, have horror stories of 6 and 8 hours spent at a dealership. Manager after manager coming at you, then getting beat up in the business office. That was absolutely not the case here. The process was pleasant and streamlined. I highlly recommend Josh specifically and Gunther in general if you're looking for a Kia.

We went in with the Sportage in mind and came out with a Sorento! Kirk was very informative and very patient with us as we basically went through the buying process twice. I was 39 weeks pregnant and needed to get out of my two door coupe. Cody met us right when we got to the dealership and started test driving right away. I was undecided between the Sportage and the Sorento and Cody helped me with my decision and I love my Sorento. It really was the best choice now that our newborn is here and it fits everything and has room for everyone. Cody took care of us and took into consideration my advanced stage of pregnancy and really tried to expedite our purchase.

My experience was better than Ive ever experienced before at a car dealership. As I expressed to Jason I previously purchased a vehicle at this same dealership approx. 4 years ago and had a horrible experience. I was hesitant on coming back but decided too. After dealing with Jason I was really glad I did. I was amazed with how cordial and professional he handled every aspect of my car lease/purchase. I would extremely recommend and have already recommended a friend to visit Jason at Gunther Kia. I don't think anyone else would be able to make me feel as comfortable as Jason did with my next car purchase.

I AGAIN had an excellent buying experience at Gunther Kia for the second time in 10th months. We leased a Kia Optima from Gunther in May 2013 and returned in February 2014 to lease a new 2014 Sorento replacing our 2011 Sorento. My sales person contact has always been Joshua Clinton since he first responded to my internet inquiry in 2011. As a loyal KIA owner( Sorrento(2), Optima and Forte) The friendliness and professionalism shown at Gunther has been consistently great since I first met Joshua . He has always been straight forward and upfront with his selling approach. All the people in the showroom and service area are very friendly ,helpful and willing to take the time to explain things. Joshua's boss and General Manager Alberto Feyto also scored some major brownie points in my book the way he handled our last purchase. The 2014 Sorento vehicle we had selected and wanted was ONLY available at another dealer who agreed to trade out another vehicle with Gunther. While we waited and waited for the vehicle to arrive(only 20minutes away) the other dealer changed their mind and kept the car. Josh yielded to Albert as the disappointment of the situation was obvious. Albert knowing we have been loyal customers of Josh's and Gunther offered us an alternative and more robust vehicle with all the bells and whistles for a nominal upcharge. Clearly they were showing the value they put on our business and we agreed with the deal. My wife is enjoying her new Sorrento, I love my Optima and our college daughter loves her Forte. ( maybe our family should do a KIA TV commercial. LOL!) As long as I drive KIA's( and at this point that's not changing) Josh, Albert and the Gunther team will be part of my car buying future. Gunther Kia: "OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP", and I will tell you why. As a Senior I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. It was always like a "WAR" when I had to go to a dealer to purchase a car. I always got prices from multiple dealers and used one against another to lower the price. (competition) I always buy new cars. The experience and pricing of my purchase of a new Kia Sorrento was more than a surprise, it was more like a SHOCK. I purchased my Sorrento during the month of November while they had a special program going on. I traded a gas guzzler, 2003 Dodge Ram, and received a fair price. The purchase price of the Sorrento was more than fair. Kirk went to great lengths to reduce the price. The entire sales team was in a word "OUTSTANDING". I did my research on the Sorrento and it did not disappoint me. It is a great SUV. The support from the sales team at Gunther Kia is without equal. I never expected the support and professional performance that I received. I had the worst experience here at Gunther. To start, the car sales person lied to me and wouldn't call me back or respond to my e-mail. I was told by another sales rep from Gunther that no one will do anything because I bought a Kia from a Mazda sales rep. I was shocked to hear that cause I bought a car from Gunther Kia and the Mazda sales person works for Gunther Mazda. You would think Gunther would do something about this. I guess not cause I still have not received an apology for my mistreatment from anyone at this company. Instead the one person that told me that nothing could be done also stopped communicating with me. I guess they got their sale and that is all they care about or that is how it seems. The sad part is that I was recommended by someone who has purchased many cars from VW Gunther and unfortunately this person saw a side of Gunther that was never expected and was very displeased. This person was also mistreated within this experience not only by the sales rep I worked with but also the manager and he too never received an apology from the people that insulted him or the company. To add on to the insult of my experience, the financing department failed to mention that they were changing the paper work despite what we discussed. Unfortunately the paper work was signed, this was a bad decision on my part for trusting that things were handled as agreed, so if you buy a car from here be careful. Read everything and if you are buying a Kia buy it from the Kia sales person. If you are buying a Mazda buy it from the Mazda sales person, etc. However I don't believe that another employee can't be reprimanded for the mistreatment of a customer that is under the same company. I'm still yet to get an apology for the aggravation from this whole experience. I guess I am expecting too much from such a big company like this. I will never buy a car from Gunther or give them any more business. Horrible experience and terrible customer service.

With their knowledge and willing to help, they guided me through the best options that would benefit my leasing experience and to this date I can say I am VERY HAPPY with the outcome. I am now on my second lease with Gunther Kia, and with the combination of GM Devin Liladrie and sales consultant Jason Shirley the transition was seamless and very satisfying. When you leave Gunther Kia not only will you leave with a nice car you will also leave making new friends.

The GREATEST experience I have ever had when purchasing an automobile, new or used!!!! Even when I took my car in for the first service it was a phenominal experience. Everyone is always so friendly, smiling and willing to help. It's nice to go to an establishment and people seem to like their jobs and don't mind helping you. I went to Gunther Kia for a diagnostics and paid $100. Told Bill my Sedona has a bad hesitation when I press on the gas, he said I need a completel diagnostic. Came back I needed $1900.00 worth of work done. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, left my car there for 6 days and never got an answer so I took my car back. So I went home and researched my problem (hesitation )on google and an answer popped up to check my intake hose, if it has a crack that could be my problem,so I researched where this hose would be under my hood and found it to be right on the very top of my engine so I examined it an found 2 BIG gaping holes in it, it took me 5 seconds to find it,( you would have to be completely blind not to see it) I duct taped it until I could get it replaced and my hesitation is gone and my car purrs like a kitten. KIA never put the hose in their report as needed. So if I let these morons fix everything on their report and spent $1900.00 it still would not have fixed the problem that I originally went it for. What is wrong with people. Are they really mechanics. NOT a happy person right now....OH and by the way I can change the hose myself, very easy.

I felt after a few minutes like I was family not just someone that they needed to sell a car to.. I was really impressed with the level of patience , knowledge and level of concern for the customer. I went in to test drive the 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo with my partner. After the test drive, I fell in love with the car. Unfortunately, while walking back towards the showroom the salesman felt comfortable enough to say to me during conversation, "Oh you're a smart a$$ too." I was completely offended. Even worse, he didn't apologize to correct the situation until I asked him to do so. I then asked to speak with his manager. Instead of getting his manager right away so we didn't have to wait, he decided to pull his manager outside and talk to him alone on our time instead. We then had to walk outside and meet the manager ourselves. The sales manager showed no remorse to the situation what so ever. It showed in his actions that he finds this type of behavior to disrespect customer's as acceptable. The manager told us we have two options, "Brush it off and continue working with the salesman or to work with another salesman." Unbelievable. I told them I will take my $35,000 elsewhere where I am respected.I don't think the owner of Gunther Kia would be happy with these two employees.

The last time I had my vehicle serviced here, Orlando convinced me that my alignment was off and sold me a lifetime alignment package for $204. He said because of the uneven wear pattern on the tire it needed to be done. Because I was leaving town that weekend with my 2 small children and wife, I did not want to take any chances so I had it done. Well, apparently they did not mind taking chances with the lives of my family because after I left that place, the car became increasingly shaky over the next few weeks. The car got so bad that it started creaking like an old wooden ship when we backed the car up, it was shaking hard at 30 MPH and higher, and we had to turn the wheel an 1/8th of a turn to the left to keep the car straight. It got so bad, I had to check the tires to see what was happening and luckily so because there was practically a strip of tire missing from the inside tread of the driver side rear tire. At one spot, there was an oval shaped wear pattern which exposed and wore away the steel belt, leaving the final soft layer of tire exposed. My family could have died as a result of this dealership's negligence. Maybe that is the sales tactic for the "lifetime alignments", kill the family so they don't return to collect on further alignment services. I immediately called and left a message for Orlando to have it either corrected or my money refunded at the very least; however it has been almost two (2) weeks and no call back. The very next day, I took my Kia Sorento to a real tire and alignment shop and had the damaged tire replaced and the piece they forgot to tighten repaired. I tried to dispute the charge on my card but they would no let me. Do not, I mean do not go here for service, besides waiting until you are old and gray for your car to get an oil change, you may also be risking your life by doing so.

I was first contacted by Joshua Clinton way before I was contemplating whether I should try to buy a new car. All I did was look at the price of a Sportage on a Kia website. Joshua called me within minutes of my inquiry asking about my interest in a new car. I explained to him my circumstances; that I wasn't quite ready to buy. His demeanor was so courteous and professional, it really blew me away. I gave him my email information, and he kept in touch with me monthly until I told him I was finally ready to look at a new Sportage. That was the only car I was really interested in but had doubts whether I could qualify for a loan. In early February, when I came in, I had gotten there by taxi because the car I was driving (a 2002 Sportage) had broken down and was not in running condition. Joshua made me feel extremely comfortable in his office. He explained that my circumstances weren't all that dire and he would do what he could to help me get the Sportage I so wanted. He wrote down some numbers on a piece of paper, went off to the finance office and came back in telling me that I would need more of a down payment. I told him that wasn't a problem, but I'd have to come back in a couple of months when I had saved more. But then he asked what mytop number could be for a down payment, and when I told him, he went back to the finance guy. Within 10 minutes, he came back in and told me I would be able to get the Sportage I wanted!!! Wow!!! I was in tears. No one has ever treated me the way Joshua did. For the first time ever, I did not once feel intimidated like I had every other place I had ever been because of my credit score. He treated me with the utmost respect. Words really cannot express how grateful I am to Joshua for helping me get into a new car that I really needed. I love my new car and I have Joshua to thank for driving it. It was the absolute most pleasant experience I ever had buying a new car. Even when I go back to Gunther for service, they go out of their way to make my time there as pleasant as possible. I will never forget that and would recommend anyone I know buying a car to go to Gunther and especially to Joshua.

When I purchase a vehicle, I do extensive research. I visit dealership websites to see if they have specials, online applications, chat, inventory listed, etc. I zeroed in on the Kia Cadenza, first because of the looks and size, but after I really educated myself, I found a vehicle that every feature I wanted PLUS some that I didn't know I wanted but now can't live without. I traded my Jaguar in which I loved. After almost three months the Jag is just a fond memory. No buyer remorse here! This car is fast, sleek, technology PACKED, and Joshua Clinton made the buying process so easy. At first it seemed so easy that I doubted him. I even went to another dealership, and there was simply no comparison. It was old school, "Hey, what can I do to put you in a new car today?" garbage. I did everything online at Gunther Kia's website. When Josh called me, he simply asked me to fax some documents, ID, proof of insurance, etc. I had already driven the car prior to my looking at leasing one, my friend in California got one. So when Josh called me and asked what color I'd like to drive away with and can I be there in 45 minutes so he can get me out of there to make it on time to the Miami Dolphin game, I was all smiles. You have to understand, my previous cars were two Jaguars, three Mercedes, and a Lexus SC400. This car, this Sales Director, and this process were superior. What else can I say?

when we bought our kia sorento in 2012, my wife bought the service package. BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT PURCHASE THE SERVICE PACKAGE!! *warning*. every time i came here to have the car serviced, they told me it would be fast. i have been here since 0815 today waiting for a simple oil change. it is now 1100 and i am still waiting. take your kia anywhere else for service or do it yourself. do not pre pay for service, you lose out with the lost time alone. i have maybe 5 scheduled services left and i refuse to come back, they can keep that money!

this is the third car I bought from Gunther kia, they are the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Neil Stokes and Devin Liladrie are very helpful and they work very hard to make sure you are happy. I would recommend going there first because this will save you a lot of time and you will be very happy.

From the time that I visited fhe website, filled out the pre-qualification forms, to the follow up phone call from Josh Clinton I was impressed. I did visit another dealership and walked out angry, but the Kia experience rivaled and bested my other car buying dealerships experiences like Acura, Mercedes Benz, Lexus and Infiniti. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. They were outstanding! I never felt pressured, or were asked to do anything that would make me feel uncomfortable. Josh was thorough in demonstrating the technology (AMAZING) of my new vehicle, and it is said that really great technology seems like magic! Well the Cadenza has a magical feel about it, you have to see it to believe it! My previous car was a Jaguar, and I really was shocked to feel like the Kia was a step up.

He even took the extra time to locate a vehicle and allow me to drive it back.That gesture is greatly appreciated and not forgotten.Their Manager got too greedy and would not honor what my trade was actually worth.The verdict - Mr Cody great individual, honest and transparent. Their managers not so pleasing.When other dealers offered me $18,000 for my trade, Gunther offered me $13,000. After Cody got involved he was able to get 17,000 for the trade; however the manager refused to give 18,000 not even after being a repeat customer many times over. On a prior transaction I was given $3,700 for a PERFECT Clean trade with high Mileage only to be sold in 6 days for $8900. Great place to do a straight purchase; however if a trade is involved, I would not recommend since they under value trades.

But once I entered Gunther Kia and was met by a very genuine friendly person (Christopher) I knew this would be a very good experience. There was no pressure he asked what I was looking for, I told him the car and the price I wanted and we made the deal. He explained everything to us about the car he was very knowledgeable. He has answered all my questions. And still even when I have called back he is very friendly and gets me the answers that I need. I would highly recommend Gunther Kia to anyone looking to buy a car. I was looking for either a Kia Forte or a Mazda 3 to purchase for my daughter who is currently a student. Josh and Cody Clinton could not have been more helpful to me or my daughter. They were a pleasure to deal with. Every promise they made, they followed thru on and exceeded my expectations. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. While this was not an expensive car, my daughter and I were treated wonderfully. My last three cars have been a BMW, a Mercedes and an Infinity. I was treated with more respect and more courtesy at Gunther Kia than I was at the dealerships where I was spending 3to 4 times more for my car.I would recommend anyone who wants a good deal, good service and most importantly fairness and honesty to call Josh or Cody.

I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Sportage EX white beauty from Josh Clinton on 4/13/13. He far exceeded my expectations and I was blown away by his simple, honest, and hassle-free approach! He was extremely attentive WITHOUT being pushy, as well as extremely informative and helpful and answered every single one of my questions. I had been searching for a specific pre-owned White Sportage EX model for some time so I had extended my search out to 100miles, and sure enough Josh got back to me immediately. I live 2hrs away on the west coast so I was nervous about how the process would be handled because finding an honest and considerate salesman is hard to find, however he made me feel comfortable and he was completely upfront about everything throughout the entire process, with NO surprises from beginning to end! Between the status of my credit and the negative equity in my trade-in I knew I had a difficult and un-appealing situation, but Josh, the miracle man, made it happen when other dealers refused to even work with me. Not only did he get me in the EXACT car I wanted at the right price, but I have comfortable monthly payments and I was able to get my ex-boyfriend co-signer off my loan! I have purchased my last four new vehicles utilizing auto vantage website. Gunther Kia happens to be one of the dealerships that contracts with TrueCars, a service that I have access to using my AutoVantage membership. Many dealers promise to honor the TrueCar price, yet try to squeeze in extra costs before you purchase it. This was not the case when I dealt with Josh Clinton at Gunther Kia. I had already known what car I wanted and the options. Josh found that car for me quickly and kept his word on price quote. Even when I made some changes to the options I wanted, Josh stayed right in line with the discount I was expecting. After a few telephone conversations, a few email exchanges, and a trip to Gunther Kia, I purchased my car in about an hour actually in the dealership. Great car-buying experience. I highly recommend Josh and Gunther Kia.

Purchasing a Kia Optima EX from Josh Clinton was an absolute pleasure. Josh is professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. He is true to his word and "says what he means and means what he says." There were no hidden fees, dealer fees, discretionary fees or other surprises that many car dealers try to incorporate into the sale AFTER the fact. The price he quoted was the price we paid. He had us in and out of the dealership in less than 1 1/2 hours!!! We highly recommend Josh if you are in the market for a car.

I spoke with Carlos several times and had informed him that I was car shopping and gave him my word that before I finalized a deal that I would go visit him to see what he can do for me. I initially went to Kia Hollywood because it is very close to my home and after two different visits and approximately 8 hours I was told by the Finance Manager that he couldn't help me in a very unprofessional way. I informed him that I would go to Gunther Kia and his exact words were "Go". Having worked in a customer service environment for over 24 years, I was shocked that with the economy the way it is that anyone would just turn away business. However, it was the best thing that happened to me because I immediately went to see Carlos and was approved for a 2011 Kia Sorento. However, after playing with the numbers and taking a good look at the Kia Soul + I fell in love with it and instead of driving home a used car I purchased a 2013 with the help of Carlos Olmos Jr. He is by far the best sales person that I have ever had the privilege and pleasure of working with. He was very attentive and detailed. He is a definitely an asset to Gunther Kia, an excellent sales man and I will refer as many people as I can to him. The service department is very slow. Took my car in and made the mistake of waiting. Had a 10:30 appointment and left at 2:00. It takes 20 minutes to change oil, rotate tires and inspect the car. How long does it take to wash a car? 10 minutes? Dont pay in advance for the oil changes when you buy your car, its a waste of money.

From our 1st email to Cody his responses were prompt & right to the point. His no nonsense "Out the door Price" was more than competitive. We decided, based on this, to drive past 3 other KIA dealers & go to Gunther KIA. Cody had the White Optima EX all cleaned and ready to go - we sat down in his office, did the paperwork, worked out the financing & were on the road home in just over 2 hours. This was DEFINETLY NOT the car buying experience we've had in the past - it was a PLEASURE dealing with CODY from start to finish

I had been chatting with Joshua Clinton for a few weeks about buying a new Kia Soul, and I was a bit nervous about doing the transaction because of a bad experience at a different Kia Dealership in Hollywood! My daughter finally convinced me to go see Joshua at Gunther, she had purchased a Volkswagon from Gunther and loved the treatment she received. Joshua was very professional, friendly and assuring. What initially led me to Gunther Kia were the many positive reviews on dealerrater.com. I compared those reviews with other Kia dealerships in the surrounding area and was amazed by all the wonderful experiences past customers had had with Cody and Josh. So, I decided to explore the opportunity myself and was completely blown away! In my 20 years of car buying experiences, this was the first time I NEVER had to deal with pressure from the sales rep, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Additionally, it was the quickest car buying experience I've had as well. I walked into the dealership and drove home with the car in less than 3 hours!THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GAMES, NO SCHEMES AND NO BATE AND SWITCH TACTICS!I would highly recommend seeing Cody and / or Josh if you're in the market for any Kia as I plan on purchasing additional cars in the future with them.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The deal was negotiated via email. Joshua was prompt and thorough and did what I had asked. He has terrific follow-through. Other dealer's salespeople dropped the ball from the start. When I came in to the dealership, the whole process of turning in my existing lease and signing the paperwork for the new Kia only took an hour and a half. I was driving home smiling! Thank you, Joshua and Gunther Kia for making a usually painful experience totally painless. I will be back.

First I'd like to start by mentioning that my husband and I walked into Gunther Kia at 5 minutes passed 5pm. I believe they closed at 5pm which I never noticed until there was noone left in the showroom. Our salesperson Joshua Clinton never dropped a beat to service us. They were friendly and gracious and probably had no real idea as to whether they had a sale for at least an hour. Rarely have I found that kind of customer service with anything I have purchased in the past. More importantly I love driving my Sportage. Thanks Kia. Sincerely,Marianne

Josh was nothing but friendly and personable from the second we got to Gunther and requested him. He had us out in less than two hours, as because we were internet customers, most of our deal was completed before we even arrived. Everything was easy and he was very honest, unlike other dealers we visited. When my lease is up, I will be returning to do business with him again!

Mr. Patrick Villedrouin is among the worst in the industry.He says what you like to hear only to fall short on his word.Service the worst. Out of 5 visits2 visits Issue with vehicles were not corrected ( 8,000 miles)1 visit vehicle was returned assembled1 visit vehicle was damaged.1 visit no issues vehicle was returned dirty.Try getting them on the phone GOOD LUCK!!!!%80 failure rate WAY TO GO!!!!

This was the 1st time I ever enjoyed buying a new vehicle!!!! I have purchased many new vehicles, and dreaded going through the process. I can't tell you how pleased I am with Gunther Kia, from start to finish. I started on the internet with Joshua Clinton. His emails where friendly and ALWAYS prompt. I recieved and email from him letting me know he was going on vacation and that his brother, Cody Clinton, would be able to help me. I was a little aprehensive thinking I would have to start all over again, but no, It was like I had been dealing with Cody all along- seamless! At no time did he give me a cheesy sales pitch or seam like he was being friendly just to sell me a vehicle. In fact, by the time we finished, it felt like I knew Cody for years and he was just a buddy of mine who just happened to work at a dealership and was trying to get me a good deal. He even came in to help me without telling me it was his day off. Thanks Cody! I'd like to mention everyone else (finance manager, receptionist, etc..) by name, but I'm bad with names. They were all nice, friendly, and helpful. When the car was brought up after detailing, the job done was impeccably. Better than even what I could do- I say that because if you knew me, you'd know I spend hours detailing my vehicle- it was like they cared about my vehicle just as much as I do. Not one water spot. (lol, yes, I'm that anal)I just bought my Kia Sorrento yesterday and so far I've called everyone I know, not to tell them about the vehicle (which is great by the way), but to tell them about Gunther Kia, the deal I got, and the AMAZING people I dealt with. We used internet sales to get quotes and Patrick was the ONLY one who replyed as we requested. He had all the information that we asked for and also did it via e-mail as was our request. When we did call to actually talk about purchasing, Patrick was very knowlageable about the car and all the features. He was very up front with all the numbers we requested. The dealership had a great selection of colors, both interior and exterior. The whole process from arrival to test drive to selection to paper work took about four hours. We would recommend both Patrick and the dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Hermiz went out of his way to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. He was polite and offer us water and coffee being that we where there for quite some time. My wife wanted me to buy a cheaper model but I fell in love with a Forte SX Koup that they had in the showroom. This is the 3rd Kia that I owe and the second that I buy from Gunther Kia. Very pleased with this brand of cars.

I leased a new Kia Forte Koup and I absolutely love it! I was hesitant about getting this car but my experience at Gunther Kia is the reason I felt confident leaving the dealership. I went in to the dealership to test drive the Optima as well as the Forte Koup. Karel was more than happy to assist me in doing so. Once I decided on the Forte, I was unsure about what color was right for me and Karel took the time to show me a car in each color, rather than just the swatches and he gave his honest opinion about each car. I came back two days later with my dad and Karel was ready to get the deal done. We asked what price he could offer and Karel started out with a great and reasonable deal, rather than try to rip us off. We didn't need to haggle or bargain and we got the deal done right then and there. Karel was amazing in assisting us and made my car leasing experience very easy and stress free. I will definitely be coming back to Karel and the Gunther family for my next car!

I had contacted several Kia dealers regarding a Kia Optima. Patrick contacted me back via email and phone to set up an appointment. When my wife and I went in and drove the car we really had no intention to buy at that time. We were going to wait until the end of the month and pit one dealer against the other. Patrick came back with a fantastic lease price after very little haggling. I did some research on the price and was extremely happy with there deal. They also contacted another dealer to get the exact color we wanted. At no time was there any pressure to buy but, the deal was to good to pass up. We were very happy to get this cart without driving all over South Florida and play the "game". The dealership is very clean and all involved in the deal were very nice. I ended up contacting Gunther Kia online, because they happened to have the very car I was looking for in their inventory - not for me, but for my mother. I was incredibly fortunate to be contacted by Josh Clinton. I've dealt with some very good auto sales people in the past, but none as professional, courteous and capable as Josh. I can only say that he "didn't miss a beat" in the entire transaction. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and, again, courteously. There was no haggling, just a very good price from the start, that was in line with what my mom was comfortable paying. But most important of all - to me, anyway - was how respectful, kind and even fun Josh was with my mother. He made what could've been a very stressful experience for her, a very enjoyable one. We shopped all weekend for the perfect vehicle (Memorial Weekend) and went in knowing exactly what we (I) wanted. We were met at the door with Cody and told him upfront "Let's make a deal! We know exactly what we want and just want to know the "out the door" price." He gathered some information and came back with a number. We negotiated a little and came up to a number we both agreed upon. Cody was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He showed us all the gadgets on the car and made us comfortable while waiting for the financing. Overall, it was an awesome experience! Management and financing were kind and in no way pushy. We stopped by Gunther Kia to trade our old Kia. When we first bought that old Kia, we had a bad experience within a different dealership and were anxious to try something new. Our salesperson(and a fellow Brazilian!) was very understanding of our situation and skepticism, and he really worked with us on crafting a deal we could afford and be satisfied with. With that being said, the GM and the rest of the team there were just as helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to a friend. To prospective buyers, be sure to do your own research beforehand. That way, when you go in knowing what you should expect, it also allows for an easier experience for both the buyer and the sales people. We were very honest to each other, and being up front about everything was probably what made it as good of an experience buying as it was. Thanks! Loving our new Kia Forte :D

I worked very close with Jason and Albert on the purchase of my new vehicle and I was very impressed. The buying experience was the most pleasant in all my car buying experiences. I went to 3 other Kia Dealers prior to arriving at Gunther and none of them had the exact car or would work with me to over come the Kia wide problem of "shortage of inventory". With the approval of Albert, I got the car I wanted at a fair price. One thing I noticed was the will to work with the customer to make him happy. One thing I saw at the other dealers, but not at Gunther was the moving around of figures to try and hide costs. Jason was straight forward and didn't try to pull one over on me ( I am well versed at dealer tactic to hide costs). I am grateful to have purchased at Gunther.

Joshua Clinton and the General Manager are arrogant. They tell you that in business school they learned that they don't have to sell there cars for a dollar less than list price, because supply and demand dictates the price, and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. So if you want a car in a certain color and with certain options be prepared to pay full price and not a dollar less from this dealership. They won't even tell you face to face, or over the phone. They hide behind emails. They brag that they have the lowest dealer cost of anyone. Sure, why not, they make it up by charging full price for the cars they sell. So you actually end up paying more at Gunther than anywhere else. If you like dealing with phony arrogant people than this is the dealership for you.

I went to Gunther Kia to look at the Optimas. Patrick was very knowledgable about not only the Kia models, but those of other manufacturers and was able to provide an honest assessment. He researched not only his inventory, but inventory at other dealers for the Optima with the options we wanted. He followed up on my requests and returned my phone calls. We ultimately settled on the pearl white SX model. When it came time to negotiating on the lease, he dealt with us honestly with no gamesmanship. When the sale was completed he went over the various technological components of the car (which there are many). He provided a great experience, and I would recommend him highly.

The friendly and accomodating staff at Gunther Kia worked diligently to make our purchase an easy breezy kind of experience. We came in to look for a new Kia Soul. We dealt with Jason Shirley. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We couldn't strike a deal on the original car we looked at and actually left. I must say I was a bit disappointed. He did stay in contact with us and let us know a different color car was coming in and would we like to look at it. We did, loved it and finally worked out the deal. A major factor was the value of my trade in vehicle. You all came up on the trade in and down on the financing rate to make this work for us. We are very happy with our new purchase. We are planning to come back to Jason when we are ready for our second new vehicle and would recommend our experience to others!

A few weeks ago I went to this dealership in desperate need of a new car and intending to purchase a forte koup. I chose to go to gunther kia after looking at the reviews on dealer rater (which after my experience i feel is a false representation)and proximity. I had done all my research and figured whichever salesperson took me as a customer would be lucky, because price depending, they wouldve had a deal. From the moment I walked in, I felt almost unwelcome as I got a mumbled greeting. When I told "Hermiz" I have done my research and wanted the forte koup sx in racing red. He must not have listened to anything I had said because he took me to see an optima in black. After I corrected him and he showed me a black forte when I said red and asked if there where any red ones, he seemed irritated. The whole time I looked at the car I felt like he was still trying to convince me to get the optima pointing out things the optima has that the forte doesnt. I felt uncomfortable and angry because I never mentioned an optima. When I asked him on a leasing price, he gave me a ridiculous number and when I asked to counter offer or speak with the manager he got rude with me and I walked out. I then went to phil smith and they were MORE than nice and accomadating and I was out of there in 2 hours with a great price!!! I will never send any of my family members who love my car or friends there. I have sent numerous people since to phil smith.

He was willing to listen to my story about the "other" dealerships and experiences that that I had in my quest to get a Kia soul. The team at Gunther Kia was amazing to work with. No pressure, true to all they advertised and offered as well as truly nice people. They were so easy to work with that we bought 2 cars in 2 days even though the dealership was an hour away from our home. We felt that good about our experience. When my husband and I went to the dealership, we didn't expect to leave with a car especially a new one. Patrick and Devin were so friendly and accomodating! They were actually recommened to us by my in-laws and they were right about them! They are a group of great guys working at that dealership. We were so pleased with the services there we recommened my parents to buy a car there as well as a co-worker of mine! Absolutely amazing! We felt like we were being helped out by old friends. I went to Gunther Kia on a friends recommendation. Most of my experience was as expected (at this or any other dealer), with one exception which puts this dealer above others. After the deal was closed, and we were just waiting for the car to be ready, the sales manager offered an additional cash savings based on a Kia competitive promotion. When shopping for another car, I will certainly consider the offerings from Gunther dealers first.

this was positivly the best car buying experience that i have ever had. it was all amde possible by josh clinton. he was right there for me when i came in, sensitive to my situation (previous car was totalled in an auto accident) and extremely informed of his product. it was a that pint i new my new car would be bought at gunther because of josh. he wasnt pushy, gave me the info i needed, and didnt press my. i needed a couple of days to find out what my settlement was for my old car. once i got the price this wwas a deal as far as i was concerned.if ther is any one looking for a great car (kia) ans a salesperson who on a scale of 10 is a 55 go to gunther kia ans pleas see josh. i promise you you WON 'T be dissapointed.Burt Shapiro

I met with Patrick Fidelis through whom I selected and leased a new Optima SX. This was my first new car in 14 years and I did not know what to expect. What a shock! Mr. Fidelis conducted himself in such a professional manner that he made the new car buying experience a pleasure. He answered all my questions, knew everything about the car, and helped me make the right decisions. Best of all, the entire process took less than two hours and I was on my way with my knew car. Gunther Motor Company, had the best price on the Kia I wanted. The Salesman, PatrickFidelis handled it all efficiently, and sensative to my needs. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as I did there. Everything was done so quickly that I was able to drive away in my new Kia in less than 2 hours, which is amazing. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I contacted them online, and my salesperson, Josh Clinton, answered all of my questions before I even went in. When I got to the dealership later on that evening, he had already done all the research needed, and everything was a go. I spent a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes at the dealership from beginning to end, which is way less than half the time I've spent anywhere else. When you contact other dealerships online, they tell you to make an appointment to bring in your trade, and then go from there. That's not any more useful than just showing up. At Gunther Kia, they do not waste your time. Josh was extremely helpful and friendly, which was very refreshing. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was the best car buying experience I could have asked for! My sales person, Josh Clinton, was not only friendly and personable, but so knowledgeable about his product. I originally came in looking for a Kia optima, but the VW CC caught my eye. Josh helped me choose which car was right for me, and knew so much about each brand. I was also trading in a Mazda and he helped me with that as well! Everyone should buy their next car at Gunther, and ask for Josh!Missy C.

Just after doing a computer inquire using USAA, I was immediately contacted by phone by Mr. Fidelis and set an appointment to test drive a KIA Sorento. Mr Fidelis, a polite and courteous representative of Gunther KIA met us at the dealership and in a must professional manner informed us of the differet options available and had several models for us to test drive.We liked the KIA Sorento LX 4L,bought it and drove it home.All the features were explained to us in detail and we felt quite comfortable driving it off the lot. Thanks to Mr Patrick Fidelis expertize in his field pared with his excellent display of manners, buying the KIA Sorento was a swift and must pleasant experience.We love the car!

The salesperson I dealt with was Patrick Fidelis. He was extremely knowledgeable and was patient in answering my many questions. He wasn't pushy and seemed very honest. We wanted to lease a kia sorrento for less than our current lease in a Lexus. We gave them all our financing information and the came back with same exact payment as our current lease which is ridiculous. Lexus price the same as a Kia????? We said we were looking to save some money off our current payment but the Hermiss said this first offer by the sales manager was the lowest they could go and he let us walk out. Really $490 monthly lease payment for a Kia and the sales manager wouldn't even take the time to provide another offer. He didn't even come out to talk to us about going a little lower. Remarkable!The General Manager called me the next day to discuss my experience. He explained that lease terms are not as favorable as they were when I originally leased my Lexus. Overall this dealership is very professional, not pushy, courteous and I appreciated the follow up. However I find it really hard to believe they couldn't provide additional options or have any flexibility in their leasing terms. My opinion is if you are going to buy a car from them without the need for a trade-in and is very straight foward they would be a good dealership to work with. On the other hand they really don't have any creativity in trade-ins and leasing terms to make a deal work. We were less than $100 p/month away from a deal based on their first offer and couldn't find a way or even try to get any closer.

From the time we pulled into the dealership to the time we drove off the lot with our new Kia, I never felt pressured into buying anything. I felt both the salesman and the Finance officer were very professional and helpful. I told them the price I wanted to pay and that I wanted a new car with low gas mileage, and they pointed me to some different choices, but allowed me to decide what I wanted. The salesman not only answered all my questions in a respectful and helpful manner, he went through all the features of the car and how to work them, which I feel was very helpful. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a car, and I have bought many. I am one satified customer.

Just purchased a Kia Forte EX. Had visited another Kia dealership in West Palm Beach and did not feel very comfortable with the process. I was referred to Gunther Kia dealership by an employee - John Adams, who told me I would get a great price on a car of my choice. I took John's advice and contacted Gunther Kia. I am very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The salesman was Mark Weiner and he was a total professional. He took the time to go over all the different features of each model and the price difference, and let me test drive an Optima first, which was a great car, but a little out of my price range. He then let me test drive a Forte EX, and it was a great ride with a great price, well within my budget. Mark Weiner is an extremely knowledgeable and professional salesman and it was a pleasure to work with him. The car is great, the color is great, the ride is great and the salesman was great. What else can you ask for when buying a car. My family loves the car, I'm happy and I have a new car for work and family stuff. Very roomy inside with great power and pickup, love the features and extras and it rides great. I am confident that our next car will be from this dealership and I am totally satisfied with the deal. Oh yea, the fiance department was also a good experience, the finance person took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions satisfactory. During the buying process, the General Manager Devin took the time to personally greet me, answer any questions I may have had and reassured me that his staff would take care of my buying needs. Thank you Mark and Devin, I feel like I got a great car at a great price and I am satisfied with my entire buying process. I have already recommended Mark Weiner and Gunther Kia to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again Gunther Kia!

I knew what I wanted to buy, I only needed a dealer to find it and give me a great price. Josh scoured the state and brought me a list of cars that filled my needs. He made some very good suggestions and thru the Costco program, gave me a great deal. My other experiences with dealers in Florida were all about killing my time, chatting about the weather, grandchildren, etc. Gunther Kia was a 3 hour drive from my home and it was worth the time. We got the whole rundown on the car and all the attention we needed, and then we were out of there. No B.S., no surprises, no extras.

Dear Kia corporation: I already made up in my mind that my next investment was going to be a kia. debating on which car to invest between the soul and the sportage boils down to a test drive. i went to a prior kia dealer in south florida and was very disappointed in the service betwwen the salesman and his manager on how they take care of their customers. they were not personable and it felt like being treated like a number. so i went on a recommendation by a friend who just purchased a kia from Gunther kia in fort lauderdale and his friend and his friend and so on and so on. which brings it down to the CUSTOMER SERVIVE CARE SALESMAN OF "MARK WEINER"! !!!!!HOMERUN!!!!! My partner and i walked in and asked for Mark and he greeted us with such dignity and respect. thank god the reputation of great customer service still exist in these days. from the minute i met mark, i knew off the bat i was sold! we sat down and talked and mark asked the questions to help me decide which car is best recommended. he also asked the why questions which is far more important to me. which means mark really cares about me in the decision that i'm about to make. keep in mind this is an investment that's going to last me for a long time.we took a test drive on a sportage, then we went to the candy store to see what was there to offer. he explained all the models and there features step by step and in sitting down at his desk we resulted in the car that best fits me and my lifestyle. within my one and only visit, i got the car i really wanted from the day i saw it on the road driven by someone who also owns a sportage. I was sold on the sportage hands down.. it's the salesperson that makes the difference in the eye of the customers satisfaction. Mark Weiner sold me very well and i could not be more happier. it was a wonderful sales experience and to have that satisfation from that experience, i couldn't be more proud of my Kia Sportage. I purchased a new phone the week before my car and it took approximatelly 4 hours with the phone rep to get my new phone properly loaded. I spent about an hour with Kirk in total to get the car! Kirk called me when the car arrived and we met at 7:30 that night. Kirk was pleasant & responsive with calls & meetings and I would highly recommend him. I was on the road in my new car by 9:15 including my blue tooth hooked up with my new phone in seconds by Kirk. This short time period including all the paperwork, credit check, finance manager going over optional coverages for the vehicle, etc. and I was on the road with my new car in approximately one hour and 45 minutes!! Looking back a dissappointing moment was when I wanted to pay the full down payment with my credit card and was told by the finance guy that they did not want to accept the credit card as payment since it was a cost factor to the dealership to do so. I advised him I wished to use it as it provided me with points...he then said the most he would accept on the credit card was $2500 so I wrote the check for the difference. In retrospect I believe I should have had the option to pay it as I intended......but it was 9:15 after a long day. Pricing.....not so sure I negotiated the best deal as the Memorial Day weekend was right aroung the corner and there were multitudes of advertisements which appeared to be more pallitable than mine.

From the time I contacted Josh, to the time I purchased a Kia Soul, he was great, He was persistent but never pushy, and completely attentive throughout, from first visit, to consumation of the sale, to delivery of the car. He arranged with parts to have additional equipment installed. He carefully instructed me on the use of the vehicle, and handled the vehicle plate transfer. In addition, the other employees at Gunther Kia were very nice on every visit.

Was dissapppointed that I was not able to purchase a car. The salesman who was very pleasant asked if we might be able to do a lease with just a one month payment down. So we said yes and we love the car.

We were looking for a first time car for my daughter. Mr Weiner was so very nice and made her feel important and included her in everything. We came to an agreement on price and purchased a 2011 Kia Forte. Mr weiner showed us several colors and never rushed us or felt like we were a bother. He told us what was going on at all times and how long things would take. When the car was ready he sat with my daughter and showed her evevything in the car and helped her hook up her bluetooth. He told her the important things to read in the manual and gave her his card to call if she had any questions. I've bought several cars in the past and Mr Weiner was the nicest salesman. I didn't leave with a knot in my stomach. Thank you so much.

Absolutely, by far, from start to finish, the most pleasant and painless experience in purchasing a new vehicle ever. I love my new Optima and family and friends are quite impressed with the quality of this vehicle. Christian and Devon were wonderful to deal with. I left feeling I got a wonderful car at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. The Finance Manager left a lot to be desired, his attitude could have ruined the deal. Maybe you could give him salesman training if he is "selling" additions to the financing.

Typically in the past, I have encountered salesman who were obnoxious, far too aggressive and certainly had no interest in providing the best customer service possible; however, when I met Joshua through an internet search, he was extremely informative about the product that I was interested in, was available for questions, but not overly aggressive and was true to his word on the price that he quoted and didn't attempt to sell me additional items that I didn't need, which is unheard of in the automobile sales industry. I have informed several people about my wonderful experience with this dealership and their employees and will definitely return in the future.

This is the 2nd KIA Forte that we have purchased from Josh Clinton; my husband also has one. Josh is very professional and very honest. He was not like what you think the typical car salesperson is like; he is not pushy and he listens to what you want. I am so thankful to Gunther KIA and Josh for getting me into my New Forte. I did alot of searching online and I received a super, super deal on my car. I am sure that any future dealings with Gunther KIA will be just as pleasant. Once again, thank you Josh and Gunther KIA, I love my Forte.

This is not my initial contact with Gunther Kia, but it is perhaps the best one. I have been a Kia owner for the past ten plus years; two vehicles (now) from Gunther and one from another dealer. I returned to Gunther because they were prompt in getting a quote to me via the internet, thank you Josh Clinton. Because of the quick (workable)quote, Josh's personable demeanor, his knowledge, and the timely handling of the sales process, Josh Clinton made the car buying ordeal a pleasant and painless experience. Jason Shirley greeted me the moment I walked into the dealership. He was friendly and immediately offered me a lot of useful information about the car in which I was interested. When I took my test drive, he helped me adjust the mirrors and seat to make my drive more comfortable. He did not push me to buy on that day, but did give me the price I would pay. When I returned the following day, he was very friendly and soft spoken. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I can honestly say the process at Gunther Kia was the easiest I have experienced. I felt like a valued customer there. I would recommend Gunther and especially Jason Shirley without reservation.

Josh was very honest and professional. We took his quote to 3 other dealers and they could not compete. It was the best experience when purchasing a car. We drove almost 2 hours from where we live to purchase our car from Josh. We highly recommend him.

I absolutely loved my experience with Gunther Kia. Usually when I walk into a car dealership, I walk in with my guards up ready for a fight but with Joshua, it was the complete opposite. Since out first conversation via email he has been VERY HELPFUL. He guided me towards the right car for me and made sure I was approved before even picking out the car (per my request). He was not persistant and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my purchase and believe me from now on I am definately sending everyone over to him!

By far the easiest car deal I've ever had. Everyone ther was very friendly and helpful. I didn't think I was going to be able to get a new car at this time but I left with lower payments than I had and a better vehicle than I was looking at. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone.

The thought of buying a new car sends me into craziness, however, our experience last night with Josh (and the manager from Chicago) was outstanding. They were not pushy, but knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like we were a member of the family. We also got an exceptional deal and, to tell the truth, we were not ready to buy. OH MY GOD!!! This are the 3 words that better describe my experience. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but never before in the first day. I did a lot of homework before going there and visited multiple dealers and as we all know they all just try to take advantage of you.After a radio comercial and the outstandind reviews at "Dealer Rater" I decided to give them a try so I sent out an e-mail to Matt who in a matter of a few minutes was able to confirm the price and availability of what I was looking for. This sounds easy but BELIEVE me, other dealerships changed the confirmed prices once I arrived at their lot. NOT THE CASE with this guys. Friendly, young, energetic, passionate... This people are changing the industry and I can assure you, you won't regreat purchasing from them. After being turned off and outright offended by some delaers in our area, it wasquite refreshing to find a dealer like Gunther Kia and sales representativeslike Jason Shirley. They listened to our needs and finacial parameters and offeredus the deal we were looking for. We purchased a 2010 Forte for our son, and twomonths later we traded our Ford Freestyle for a 2011 Sorento. WE love both cars, they are everything that was promised and more. Other dealers in this area would be wellserved by following Gunther's business model.

we found the dealership bright and cheery. we were greated by a nicely dressed young man by the name of matt. he had A SMILE ON HIS FACE QND WAS CALM AND HELPFDUL. it was a haggle free experience. i hadnt purchased a car in quite some time so i went in prepared to walk away. That wasnt the case at all. Walked away with a smile and a new car. Very satisified with the service, dedication, and most of all the car... salesman was very helpful, went for a test drive, answered all my questions and sold me the car... Have a different view on auto dealerships now since i always thought that it was like walking into a dentist office. ready for the worst l.o.l. it was the complete opposite and would highly recommend the dealership to any new car buyer

I cannot say enough about the length that Joshua went to help me with leasing my new Kia Forte Koup. I had been looking for 6 months to find the right dealership and deal. I live in Wellington, so the drive to Fort Lauderdale was a hardship. There are also 3 dealerships in my area but Joshua made the experience worth the wait and drive. His honesty is refreshing in today's world where people are wary of car salesmen. I was given all the correct numbers (I had done my homework) and was treated with respect and professionalism. I had recently seen my daughter taken advantage of by a Honda dealer in the WPB area so I was on guard to every scam possible. Not to worry with Joshua at Gunther Kia. I highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

As is the usual story, I had been to countless dealerships and was a few signatures away from buying a Sorento at another dealer. That dealership told me one thing to my face and put another on paper. Truly at my breaking point, my brother recommended we stop in at Gunther Kia and speak to Josh, whom he had met before. Josh sold me my car that night. He is by far the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with and just an all around nice guy. He was never pushy or deceitful. Josh was honest from the get go and definitely knowledgeable about the vehicles. They had to bring my car from another dealership and put in leather seats so I did not drive away with it that night. However, Josh got me a loaner car, and met me to deliver my new car a few days later. We realized there was an error in the tire size after the delivery and Josh met me again with a loaner and got the issue resolved immediately. He never wanted the experience to be an inconvenience to me and offered to drive over an hour north to my work to make the deliveries. Again, can't say enough great things...thanks again for making the experience painless (once I got to Gunther)!Tania D.

I was used to being put through the ringer, (gee I'm a woman) lied to and totally misled only to end up going back and forth for hours if not days, trying to make my final decision based on constant package and monitary change to get my business.I don't think I can ever beat the experience I had with Josh. Josh was great. I first contacted him on the web site for information and a quote on a Kia Soul. He got back to me quickly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and responded quickly to that email. Josh answered all of my questions and gave me the choices that were available. It looked like the Soul was not going to be my choice but he was not pushy which would have turned me off right away. He thanked me for my interest and encourged me to contact if I had other questions.I then inquired about the Sportage and again Josh answered my emails quickly and again gave me options to the questions I had. Then I made arrangements to look at the vehicles & test drive them. Josh was again not pushy but was able to answer any questions I had and is very knowledgable about the product he is selling. The test drive was great Josh pointed out things I did not think to ask about. I ended up really liking the Soul and decided to buy it. Josh is a very personable and bright young man and made the whole process very comfotable and unstressful which I really appreciate.

Absolutely incredible experience. Dealt with several dealers during my search, some were very helpful and some not so much. Josh Clinton, the internet sales manager, seemed to know everything about the car and offered the most aggressive price. I came in, the vehicle and paperwork was already prepared for me. Josh virtually helped me from start to finish. I also met the general sales manager, Devin, who was kind and extended help with anything I may need in the future from Gunther. In the finance office, James Proul was absolutely excellent and explained each document with great detail so I understood everything entirely. Overall, by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
