Walked in to Gurley Leep today to look at a car. Bob walked out and was so kind, informative, honest and knowledgeable. He walked my husband and I through so many features and details about the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, the facility was nice and clean. I would work with Bob again any day to purchase a vehicle.

Fred, the service manager, was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the time of my appointment. He was personable and efficient. He put 2 techs on the job to get me out quickly. This is the best automotive service experience I've ever had.

I called to see if they can program a key that I purchased elsewhere. When I called I asked about cut and programming and was told yes, they can. I drove almost an hour and once I got there, I was treated rudely by the lady at the service desk. I asked her where I can get the key cut and according to her, nobody but the Germans can cut the key. She asked about ordering us one and I told her the only way we can is if it can be ordered and programmed no later then Tues since our daughter is leaving for college. She was not at all professional in my opinion. I have worked customer service in several different businesses so I have experience and training and thats how I have been taught not to treat customers. We will never use Gurley Leep again for anything.

I bought a new Audi from this dealer and had a problem as soon as the check was handed over. My salesman Mr Omar was great but couldn’t help me with basic information about the cars interior controls. He said that he primarily sold Mercedes and wasn’t familiar with the features of my new car. Also, the car had been sitting outside and needed a good detailing but I waited a long time only to be told there wasn’t anyone available. I returned the next day to hand over my trade ins second key and other items and to get it detailed properly. AGAIN no one there to clean the interior. I finally gave up, started to leave and a warning light came on. NO ONE knew how to explain what it meant. Did they not have a MANUAL around? Mr Omar asked the other salesman for help but they showed no interest in helping me or him. I finally went to the service department where after explaining my problem the service advisor told me they could look at it in 2 weeks. As I bought the car, with 140 miles on it, one day ago, I said no, not waiting. Please call the service manager. He said he wasn’t there, then couldn’t recall his full name. He never looked me in the eye or acknowledged Mr Omar when he spoke. He clearly did not like a woman speaking to him so directly. The service manager also had a terrible attitude. I persisted, asking his to run a diagnostic on the car. He eventually had a tech do so, it took 2 minutes, said all is okay. The sensor must be wet. He didn’t know what the warning light meant.. I drove home, checked my manual that was on my desk and saw that it was a warning that the air bags were not on. This is a long review but I have purchased new cars for 40 years. I have never had such a negative experience before. The men working there did nothing to assist. I will never use the service department. I discourage anyone, especially Women, to buy a car from these men. They were rude and dismissive at every turn. Sincerely, Judge Lori Wolfson, ret.

I was provided online pricing on a new A3 Cabriolet by Brandon and Cody and then verified their offer via telephone during the last week of October. I was told by the sales consultant that he would finalize the deal and get back to me the next day. It took him one week to contact me and then suddenly the pricing and incentives that they offered were no longer available since it was now November. The sales manager won't return emails or calls and the delay in the transaction was because of poor service from the sales consultant. I am glad that I didn't drive all the way from Michigan to their dealership as they clearly demonstrate unethical practices and the old "pricing bait and switch".

These people are thieves. Avoid the at all cost. I took my SL550 there. The recommended that I change all four tires and the battery. All those services were performed by them in less than 14000 miles. I had never heard of tires and batteries needing to be changed in 14000/ one year of driving. To add insult to injury they suggested that I have the worn rear wiper changed for $75.00. Let me remind you that the SL550 does not come with a rear wiper. When I complained to the manager the best he could offer to shut me up was a free alignment. He then proceeded to get testy with me and told me to go ahead and file a complaint with The BBB and he will deal with it. He was a real class act a proud thief. No wonder the company has 22 complaints with the BBB 15 of which is about the service department.

I had been looking for a 2013 Lexus es350 for a period of time. Gurley-Leep had one on their lot. We drove one and a half hours from Michigan to see it. I asked the salesman if this car had Navigation. He assured me that it did. I test drove it in the rain that day and thought this might be the car. There was nothing on the screen during the test drive. After the test drive, the salesman was to busy to talk to us. My wife and I drove home and decided to buy this car. I called back the next day to let the dealership know I was going to buy the Lexus. One and a half hours later we were at Gurley-Leep.. After another one and a half hours waiting, their business manager came to us to seal the deal. After a mind numbing ordeal with this person, we bought the car. Our salesperson met us with a packet of papers and a small manila envelope with the second key fob. On the way to the car, I asked him to turn on the navigation. He reach in the car, push a button, the radio came on and our sales person left. I just figured he did not know how to turn on the navigation. One and a half hours later and after I looked into the auto manual, I found that I DID NOT have navigation in this car. Also, the second key fob which was in the envelope, was not for this car. I called the general manager and he said that I test drove it and I should have known what I was buying. Yes I still have it.

I'm a little confused, because email asks or a review of the service department. My purchase experience at Gurley Leep was better than any other dealership, and I've dealt with many in Indianapolis, Princeton, Evansville, and several in SW Michigan. Joel was an excellent sales person for my purchase experience. He was courteous, professional, and was very familiar with all of the cars he showed me. I plan to contact him again when I am ready for a different car. This is my second review because I keep getting email requests to submit one.

I had been shopping for a replacement car for several months. After trying at least 5 different dealerships, mainly in Michigan, I found a Passat listed for sale at Gurley Leep Motorwerks. I test drove two of them but decided against both. Joel must have paid attention to what I was looking for and my desired budget. He contacted me about a Passat they brought back in off of a lease agreement and let me see it before it was all cleaned up. None of the other dealerships gave me this type of consideration. It turns out this other Passat was exactly what I wanted, and Gurley Leep worked with me to get it to fit into my desired price range. I am a VERY happy/satisfied customer. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years, but I will definitely come back here when I need to get a vehicle. Dear reader: highest recommendation! And I don't give that rating very often.

I have purchased two cars from this location and regret buying both of them. The first car was certified preowned and had been in an accident the salesman told me the car was 100% clean before I purchased it. After buying my second car, a brand-new one, I received very poor service from the employees. The salesman and service representatives are only interested in selling cars.

We had great service from the start and it was great till the end. They made sure we had all that we wanted in a vehicle and they were easy to work with and tried to make you happy without any hassle. The vehicle itself was amazing and they make sure you leave with a great vehicle. Mitch himself was great, nice and friendly. I gave 4 stars for friendliness because at the signing the guy who did the paper work seemed a little grumpy, but we were there late. Either way they took their time with us and made sure we left with an understanding and happy purchase. Thank you for our so far, safe, nice dependable vehicle. We have tried to send a review weeks ago, but could not find it and still had some difficulties so we hope this went through ok! Again great job Mitch and thank you Gurley Leep

This company will do anything to sell you a car, but after the sale they act as if they don't know who you are. I have owned my $72,000 Mercedes for a year, and am treated so poorly when I go in for service, I am virtually ignored. Fred, the Service guy has zero people skills, and alienates every customer. He must not realize that because of his attitude, most of us will never buy another car from Gurley-Leep. We were going to buy our daughter a Subaru Outback this month, but decided not to, SOLELY because of this man! The only person who tries to work with customers is a lady named Julie. She is excellent! But Fred needs to go!!!!

Purchased a new Touareg. First problem is our brake have squeaked since day one. We have taken it back several times and the service manager just states this is just a VW product. Second our hatch quit working. Service manager (Matt) said it is a software and not covered under warranty. How does a part quit and it be a software update. Worst service to help. I am selling these vehicle and will never buy again from this dealer. Tired of paying for something nice and getting terrible service.

I went to this Audi Mercedes dealership to learn about buying a Audi or Mercedes against a BMW. The experience was a complete disaster from the beginning. Nobody greeted us not even Hi, a man at the desk started to bury his face deep into whatever he was reading. When we started to walk away someone came outside and started to talk the business, gave the model prices and showed us the vehicles that we were interested in. We drove a couple of cars but I felt reluctance in letting us drive. Nevertheless when it came to buying the salesman called his boss who was extremely rude -he asks me can't I see the written price on the paper so that I stop asking for any further price reduction. Besides he mentioned, that there is no profitability in leasing the cars.I walked on his face to tell him that indeed this dealership is unprofitable since it has people who are full of themselves and care least about the customers. I will not recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy.

Scott Miller and his so-called managers are nothing short of complete liars! They gave me and my wife a bogus Auto Check and tried pulling the ole bait and switch on us. I was warned not buy anything from Gurley-Leep but I went there anyway ! We ended up in Valparaiso. That was a great experience ! Come to find out the Gurley's own that store and have nothing to do with Gurley - Leep of northern Indiana. We could tell!! My advice is to stay away from Mishawaka and head south!!!

I went to ask for information and price on a Audi All Road, and not only had to wait more than 20 minutes unitl someone was able to come and talk to me and the salesman started trying to rub on my face why I should pay more for the car I was getting and etc...That's why I drove to hours to buy my 2013 Audi Allroad in Schaumburg Chicago!
