We originally found a car on cargurus we went to test drive here. Justin had reached out to me and we scheduled a time to test drive it. They worked with us on pricing and payment to get where we wanted. Long story short after seeing reviews about the car we test drove we decided against it. Justin was very patient and helped us with another vehicle we were interested in and we ended up buying.

I just recently bought my wife a Cadillac from Gurley Leep, last week. It was THE best car buying experience I've ever had, thanks to the sales rep, Sam Howard. We had NO intentions of buying a car there because we had found one online that we really liked. We went in just to test drive an SUV vs a car and we ended up buying the car the next day. Sam was the most respectful and non pushy salesman I've ever dealt with when buying a car. We were not approached as soon as the rubber from our tires hit their parking lot, which was definitely a huge plus for them. He gave us time to look around before he ever came out to greet us. He truly listened to what we were looking for and never once did he try to steer us into something else that HE wanted us to buy. He was very respectful and very professional and I would most definitely recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Thank you Sam for being a great salesman and delivering a car based on OUR needs! I would DEFINITELY buy a car from him again.

Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase and had a good experience at the dealership. He stayed almost two hours after close so we could drive it home that night, and he even helped me entertain my daughter while my husband was finishing the paperwork. He pulled both vehicles in the covered service area so I could clean out my old car out of the rain. I would gladly recommend Gurley Leep (and Joe) to anyone looking for a new car.

brakes still squeal...they suggested I break it in and leave it overnight so you can try it first thing in the morning. That will make it the third time it has been brought in for the squeal. also you washed the car and that looked nice but left long streaks on the windshield and terrible spotting on the side windows.. it took me over a hour of hard rubbing to get the streaks out ... please don't wash the car in the future if you don't do the windows
