Very helpful, friendly, and efficient. They did not try to sell me addition stuff I didn't need. Not pushy at all. Courteous and kind staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. They even washed my car, didn't expect that! They explained everything in detail and made sure I left there comfortable with the process needed for my Honda service/warranty. Overall very happy with my experience.

It took a while - but Gurley Leep helped me accomplish my very first lease. I highly recommend leasing a Honda. Their resale value is very, very high. I intend to lease until I can't drive any longer. No worries with a lease, the repairs are bumper to bumper. One think I hate to do . . . bring a car in for repairs . . . especially to the dealer. But I don't mind anymore with Gurley Leep Great company - I could go to a nearby dealer in Michigan - but I prefer the drive to Elkhart, IN.

Purchased a used 2013 Honda from Keith Martin at Gurley Leep. Found a small mechanical problem, got a service appointment and problem cured while I enjoyed coffee. Paper work for title with state not as smooth as hoped, but Keith went out of his way to hand carry required documents to my local BMV and made sure transaction was completed. This was well after sale was completed - this was true follow up!!

We purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V from Carl Grathwohl (574-522-2000) through the Costco Vehicle Purchase Plan and found it to be an enjoyable, no pressure, experience. He and all the dealership personnel proved to be a "leap ahead" of other organizations we have dealt with through the decades. We were in need of a loaner car until our ordered vehicle was born since we sold our existing car ourselves. They never hesitated to agree and in fact supplied us with a new Civic with five miles on it. What a perk that proved to be. Carl continues to keep in contact with us to assure all our expectations are met. We drove a couple hours from Ft Wayne, IN to this Costco partnered dealer and they proved more accommodating than our local Honda dealer. We saved a great deal from working through Costco. Be sure to give them a chance if you are in the market for any brand of new car.

If you're in the market for a used car, call Neil Matheison. He honestly did everything he could to find exactly what I was looking for (not an easy task), and didn't mind the fact that it took multiple cars and a good amount of time to find it. Neil .. That is Neil Diamond... Is an awesome salesman! He gave me a thorough tour of the car before driving and explained the honda certification very well. I never felt pressured. He even offered to let me take it home overnight! I was able to come to an agreement on a price that I felt comfortable with. I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience! I was dreaming of owning a newer, more reliable car...when someone recommended I call Carl Grathwohl. That was the best phone call I have made in my driving career! Carl went above and beyond to get me into a car I could have never imagined owning! We had talked several times, he knew what I wanted, and thought he had found a car that would be a "good fit" for me. However, after arriving at the dealership to test drive and consider purchasing this car, Carl had a major surprise waiting for me. All of the management and Carl worked over what would have been the minimum requirements to sell me a car. When they pulled around my potential"new" car, that was 8 years newer with 1/2 the miles of the one previously discussed I was ELATED! The best part is I didn't have to wonder if I was going to be able to afford this snazzy new car, because the Gurley Leep team had done their homework. They had a financing package that fit in my budget all lined up! A few weeks later I noticed a glitch with the transmission...I called Carl and he got me in for service the same day! It was some minor repair, covered 100% under warranty. They even gave me one of those amazing free car washes! Everyone on the team is helpful, kind and gives prompt service with a smile. I'm no longer intimidated at the thought of purchasing a new vehicle, Carl eased all my fears and gained a lifelong loyal customer!

I had been looking for a car that I felt confidence in driving during the winter. Being on a strict budget I couldn't find one in my price range at other Dealerships. I thought I would try Gurley-Leep. Neil Matheison helped me. He showed me what I could afford and what suited my needs. I have been looking for a newer truck with low mileage for a couple years. While driving past the dealership one Saturday afternoon I spotted it sitting there. They were already closed so I looked it over real good and went back Monday to talk to my buddy Keith Martin and see if we could make a deal. It was exactly what I have been looking for so Keith gave me what I consider a good deal. I like the free car washes and have been back several time to get washed. If Keith is busy another salesman will make sure you don't have to wait long. I recommend that you stop in and talk to Keith Martin if your looking for a car.

This was the first Honda I have ever owned. The people at Gurley-Leep Honda treated me great. Neil Matheison was our salesperson and he sowed us several different CRv's and explained all the options and also at the same time trained one of the new salesmen. We had a great experience and he said he would buy my wife and I a steak dinner but I had to be eighty years old and have both my parents there to prove my age, but all joking aside Neil and the rest of the staff did a great job. Walking into Gurley Leep Honda is always a friendly atmosphere where everyone goes out of their way to smile and be of help. Neil Matheison, my used car salesman, couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and courteous. Neil was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to find me the the car of my dreams - 2010 Honda Accord. This was my second purchase (both times using Neil). Had a great experience of trading in our car for a different one. The service and experience provided by Neil Matheison and James Seward was exceptional and far better then any other dealership we experienced. We went to another dealership in South Bend before visiting Gurley Leep and when they gave us our trade in price, I had to laugh out loud. When visiting Neil and James at Gurley Leep, they treated us and our car with value and didn't insult us with a low ball trade in price. They worked hard to make everything correct on the new car and showed us what all had been done to it, to give us piece of mind that the car we was trading for was in just as good of shape as our trade in car. I just purchased my second car from this dealership. The salespeople were great. Keith helped me with my new 2015 CRV. I am very happy with my new car. Keith was very helpful throughout the process and understood what I was looking for with very few questions. When he pulled up the car for my test drive, it turned out to be the one I purchased. The service department has also been great. I had a very limited time to get my first CRV repaired as I had to pick up my husband from therapy. I only had a 1/2 hour and they repaired my car and had me on my way in 25 minutes. Every visit to the service department has been a great experience.

From the minute I walked in I had friendly customer services from Carl. He didn't just want to make a sale, but I felt he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I leased a 2013 Honda Civic and I love it! The process was easy and when the paper work was done all the other employees were con-graduating me on my new car. I thought that was pretty cool and made me feel important and not just another customer they were trying to get in and out. I also spoke with Mark (the boss) and he was also very friendly and got me the best price he could and he even remembered my name when I went in the next day. I recently bought a car from Gurley-Leep Honda in Indiana. It was such a contrast from the usual dealership experience and we quickly came to an agreement on price without any negotiation or strong-arm tactics. They are all very nice at the dealership, (especially James who sold me the car). Our communications were straightforward and very accommodating. I had the car shipped from Indiana to Iowa and this was smooth as well. The car arrived in excellent condition. I am a very happy customer! :)

I wanted to trade my 2009 Element in on a 2011 because Honda is not going to produce them any longer. This dealer was willing to work with us to try to make a sale, unlike the Honda dealer in South Bend, and we got what we felt was a good deal.
