I would like to give a BIG THANKS to Natasha in the service department. She went above and beyond. She kept me updated while my truck was in the shop for five days. The communication was awesome, and thank you Fred for doing a great job on my vehicle. I have had a great experience everytime I visit Gwatney Chevrolet in Jacksonville Ar. They are so nice and friendly. I purchased my truck from them 7 years ago. They have been so wonderful to me throughout the years and the service is amazing. I highly recommend them. Gwatney has yet to fail me on my service or sales. Most everyone can get it “right” every once in a while, but Gwatney has been spot on every single time I have dealings with them. Everyone there deserves Kudos when it comes to this customer’s satisfaction! Thank you Gwatney and the fine staff that always take good care of me and my vehicle!
