It’s easy to leave a good review for a company when everything goes well. The real test for a company is how they manage when a problem arises. Will they take care of the problem? Am I going to have to fight them to do the right thing? Do I trust them to be honest? My experience with H&K tells me that without a doubt, YES, you can count on them being responsive, fair, and trustworthy. I experienced a fairly significant issue shortly after purchasing a car for my daughter. They were under no obligation to help me at all. But they did. They went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I live an hour away, but they earned a loyal customer that will return when I’m ready for my next purchase. I have no reservations about giving H&K my highest recommendation.

Bob and crew are the best! I planned to go on vacation on Monday, when the new GMC Sierra I purchased indicated a DEF equipment fault. Even though it was a busy Friday afternoon, I spoke with Bob Quigley at the service department, and he got my truck worked in for repairs. Really appreciate all that the guys and gals do for me at H&K Chevrolet!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The took the time to answer all of our questions and explain all of our new car features. They made buying a new car very easy for us!!!!
