Very positive - Oscar worked with me from the dealership’s side. From the first glimpse, he is easy going, not pushy, knowledgeable and very responsive - he was a direct opposite to other dealership experience I looked at for a similar car. And he was the reason I stayed with H&R. Further, Oscar did what he promised, word to word, and on time - so I was super happy to roll out on my new car from them. Way to go! I bought my Mazda last week and the service was incredible!! They are very straight forward and simple. Through the whole process it was easy and helpful. They have mostly everything written on the ad so that was straight forward and I respect that. Very nice and genuine people, I recommend h&r auto 10/10!!

these guys sold me a great car. I live far away but I found the listing online, and since it was exactly what I was looking for I trusted them with a nonrefundable deposit, and I'm so glad I did! They held the car for a whole week, and Yasser answered all my questions. When I travelled down to pick it up the service was friendly and the transaction was quick. I've driven this bad boy 1000 miles this week and it runs beautifully. Thanks so much!!

I recently traveled from Rochester NY to look at a 2007 Subaru Outback L.L. Bean Edition that was super clean. They we’re very friendly, answered all of my questions and actually cared to make sure the car was in road trip condition. I visited family and friends on my way back to Rochester and put over 1k miles on the car with NO ISSUES! An overall great experience and I recommend H&R Auto to anyone who wants a nice and clean used car. A+
