WOW!!! When I was looking for a new truck the end of last year because i knew my current one wouldn't be the best option to drive to California for work, so I jumped on line and started looking.... I was looking locally because I like to support the smaller hometown mom and pops kind of places rather than the bigger "so called" chain businesses. I immediately found a truck on their lot that struck my fancy so I called on it. From the very second Kelly answered the phone, out came the professionalism, down to earth, best and most friendliest place to do business with feel that I was looking for! I knew that very second this is the place that's acquiring my business and will continue to get more of mine in the future! We chatted about the truck for a few minutes, pricing was fair and I decided I wanted it. My father and I drove the 3 hours that very night to pick up my truck sight unseen. That's how simple and down to earth my truck buying experience happened. Kelly was ultimately professional, answered all my questions assertively, and even offered to help sell my older truck on their lot if i wanted to! I've bought cars and trucks before, but I've never had the kind of experience I had that night! Thank you so much Haacke Motors and especially the awesome saleswoman Kelly! Kelly, keep up the fantastic sales reputation that you have, your awesome at what you do, in fact so awesome, that you can sell ice to an eskimo! Too bad reviews are only based on 5 stars instead of 8!

Called ahead to make sure the RV I was interested in was still available(I live 8 hours away). I was told it was and I said I would stop in the next day or two. When I showed up today to look at the trailer, I was told that one of the salesmen took it camping and nobody knew when he would be back. Very disappointing. I guess they are not that interested in selling their vehicles.

We were so impressed with out experience at Haacke Motors. At the end of the sale we hugged Kelly Haacke our sales person because she was so great! We were made to feel welcome and free to ask questions. And Kelly knew the answers without having to go to a manager behind a big glass wall! Negotiating was easy and we got a fair price for our trade. We were in and out with a new truck, old truck traded in and loan paperwork done in less that a few hours. Our previous experiences have been never ending days and nights going back and forth at the dealership. Haacke's have clean, well maintained vehicles in a very professional and courteous atmosphere. We won't go anywhere else to buy a car!
