I had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my Buick last summer. I contacted Jim Fuchs when I learned my car was to be totaled. I met with Jim & he patiently secured the information on what type of vehicle I needed. Within a few days, Jim notified me he had one for me to look at. The vehicle exceeded my hopes for a replacement vehicle. Jim worked diligently to get me into my newer vehicle, remaining within my budget. My experience with Jim Fuchs was great! I would, and have, told others to contact Jim for their vehicle needs. I'll NOT buy another vehicle from anyone but Jim Fuchs!

33 years ago I met Jim Fuchs for the first time at Haag Ford. A year or so later, he became my husband. Jim is a man of integrity; he is a man of his word and cares deeply about his customers. He has sold cars for over 40 years.

I bought a new truck from Haag about 2 weeks ago and so far still feel good about the deal and really liking the new truck. I had no complaints about Haag, a little different atmosphere than most dealers I've been in, different in a good way. Just seems pretty laid back and they seem to care about what their customers need

I was in and out with a used truck in the matter of 1.5 hours. I was amazed especially given how smooth everything went. I got landed on a truck, negotiated the price I wanted and signed all the paper work quick with out any problems.

Just bought a truck. The shell was supposed to be included in the truck, me and the dealer even picked out the shell for it, then after I signed the paper to buy the truck , he said the camper shell wasn't included. Won't be back at that location !!!

My wife and I just bought a new Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. We really enjoyed shopping for what we really wanted and Mike was great at pointing us in the right direction. There wasn't hardly any price negotiations the vehicle was already marked so low and we also qualified for extra rebates we had no idea about. The only negotiations were on our trade in which I've never not had to do that when buying a car. I hope that the service department is as nice to us as Mike was when we come back.

I am not sure how I ended up buying at Haag, I live closer to two other dealerships but I gave them a try and am sure glad I did. There is a completely different feeling walking in the door than at other places. The price was just as low as bigger dealers and you just get treated better by the smaller dealer. Good experience. I will definitely be back in the future.

Went on a recent mission to find my wife a new vehicle. She drove a 2006 fusion for years and loved it so decided to go with a new Fusion. After doing some research online I ended up at Haag, they had one I knew my wife would love. I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in the door. We had done occasional service work there before but never bought there and now I wish we would have sooner. Mike, the salesman, was laid back and not pressuring at all. Just gave me the straight bottom line price and I couldn't even negotiate it seemed so low compared to what I had seen else where. Just overall a great experience, and now the wife is happy!

bought a 2014 F150 XLT delivered with huge scratch on door Took 2 months to fix General Manager told me after it took 2 months for him to finally call me When we meet he said "i guess we could paint it or just leave it scratched" Haag Ford could give a crap about its customers

Just purchased another vehicle from Haag, no problems or disappointments yet again. Straight forward and honest. Hard to find in a salesman these days. There new facility is a lot nicer than what it used to be, just another plus.

Highly recommend buying a car from Haag Ford. Buying experience was so cool, every sales person was so nice and helpful. Not pushy at all, they answer questions and concerns. Daughter likes her car and that means a lot. Go see Sheryl and her staff, guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Having just dealt with a Honda dealer to get my wife a new vehicle, in which the price was jacked up enormously and the salesman refused my repeated requests for disclosure, Haag Ford was a breath of fresh air. I bought a used truck off the lot, and I think we got it for a very good price, and I actually got more than expected for the trade-in. How often does that happen? Recently had an issue with the 4-wheel drive, and while I wasn't happy about having the problem - which I feel is a design flaw on Ford's part - Haag got the repairs done quickly and at a fair price considering what was involved. Also had a minor issue after the repair which they fixed at no charge. Being able to correctly diagnose a problem, and repair it without breaking something else is a rare skill! I also am impressed with their new facility. We drive by all the time and watched the construction, and the new showroom and service area are all quite nice. Compared to some of the city dealers, I enjoy doing business with Haag Ford. I will come back for future purchases, and in the 35 years I've been owning and buying vehicles, that's not something you would normally hear me say.

I have know salesman and service persons at Haag for about 20 years. We've purchased three new and used vehicles through Haag and have always received excellent service and assistance. Highly recommended.
